While in the market to upgrade my current vehicle, I found three identical pre-owned SUVs, two in Calgary and one at Okotoks GMC. The vehicle in Okotoks had the lowest mileage as well as the lowest advertised price.
I met with Kevin Goldsmith at Okotoks GMC and he offered me the highest value for my trade-in. Kevin was friendly and accommodating and not pushy and he could tell that my wife and I were really interested in the vehicle, but the overall deal wasn't quite at our desired price point. He worked the numbers again, as well as throwing in some incentives and we were able to close the deal. Once done, he introduced us to the service department and we were given a final thanks from the sales manager.

My experience here was beyond reproach! My vehicle was written off, and from previous experience, I was dreading having to shop for a new one. Coming here took all of that stress completely out of the equation. Kevin was a wonderful sales associate and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was honest and extremely pleasant to deal with through the entire process. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for with a price point, and he delivered without trying to push my budget. When I drove my new-to-me vehicle off the lot, I left with peace of mind that my vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition and the interior was also immaculately clean. Before handing me the keys they found a small crack in the windshield that was overlooked before and they said they would be happy to replace the entire front window, free of charge, once the winter gravel is cleaned off the roads. They even went so far as to do an exterior and interior detail for the vehicle I was borrowing from a family member while I was without a vehicle of my own.

I love this dealership! I bought my C8 Corvette august of 2021. Also got a Yukon XL and my Colorado ZR2 pickup this year. Wally is the best salesman! Wally kept me up to date on my C8 Corvette order even though I’m sure I was a bit of a pain to deal with. Just custom ordered an AT4 Yukon XL with him also. Our sales person Fred was great, zero pressure or urgency - implied or stated. The experience was great, pretty straight forward and flawless. Considering the 2018 Yukon XL was exactly what we were looking for.. It was a easy sale for Fred. I am sure that Fred and the sales manager would have used the same approach in helping us find the right vehicle for us.
Trade in was an easy process as well and pretty much told them what I wanted and I got that.. both being realistic to the value.

We stopped in to Okotoks GM as a last minute decision one day when we were out looking for a new Equinox. Himanshu met us and walked us out on the lot, showing us the ones he had available. We went for a test drive, and decided that night to purchase that vehicle. Both myself and my son have had our car serviced at this place in the last 6 months. We were very pleased with the treatment we had. My son's car is older and they went over it really well and told me what needed to be done and what was not required or necessary at this time. I liked that as he is a student and does not always have enough money to cover these things and some places try to rip you off with their quotes. My vehicle was checked on the spot. Pleasant and friendly staff, comfortable waiting area and lovely surroundings. Female friendly which I loved as i often feel intimidated by these places. Not here - I will be back!
My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Okotoks GMC. When I arrived at the dealership's Service Department, I was promptly greeted by Matthew whom I believe in their assistant manager. He was very kind and actually cared about my situation. They offered me a courtesy vehicle while my car was being repaired. I was updated through out the repair process and once the repair was quickly completed the SAME day, all work performed was explained thoroughly so that I could understand. I will definitely be returning to the Okotoks GMC service department going forward for all my maintenance needs.
