You can tell its a family run dealership as the two owners are right out front and center. The customer relations is great.

Had my vehicle in for engine missfire issues. Had my vehicle for 8 days and my vehicle ran worse after pickup ($1200 bill). I waited for an additional 10 days for a loaner to come free. Took my vehicle back for them to sort out, gave me a loaner that I could not use as the engine light was on and temp gauge was pinned in the red...Picked up my vehicle for the second time and running worse than before. Service manager said he would call back with a new quote and available parts. That was 9 days ago... Would not recommend...

Do not waste your time with this dealership. I dealt with Chris in sales and had a horrible experience. They posted a vehicle for $20000 and only negotiated down a total of $250. I wasted my time and I hope you don't waste yours. I have never dealt with any auto dealer that essentially does not lower their price in any meaningful way. This dealership is literally the smallest new car dealership I have ever seen for a reason.

Unorganized, they advertise vehicles that are already sold, you call in to make sure its there and tell them your driving over an hour to come see it mean while truck was already off the lot. Too bad.

Friday afternoon and had to pick up grandchildren for the weekend. The vehicle was acting up and went in before lunch. Explained the situation to the service manager and they fit me in. This dealership is a top choice. You'll notice the Palliser name all over central Alberta and that speaks wonders about the dealership. I have not bought from them however I have had to deal with them often and I am never disappointed with the service provided!

Purchased a Cruze from Palliser a month ago and have been blown away by the experience. Everyone was honest, pleasant, and friendly throughout the entire process from the finance office to my first oil change (which they did for free). I live in Calgary and will always drive north to Innisfail.
I was told (by my car expert friends) that you get better service at small town dealerships but they always have higher prices. Well... they beat my city price and I got the great service. Highly recommend this dealership. Go in and see James, Michael, Zoe and their team!
