I am a ver particular customer when I purchase a vehicle. South Fort had the vehicle I was after. I called and was put in touch with Tyler Hitchings, after confirming the vehicle was still in their inventory I was on my way! From the moment I walked in to the point the deal was done Tyler and his team gave me just the experience I was looking for. No BS, right to the point, bang out a deal and I was gone within a few hours. By 5pm they had the vehicle detailed and I was on my way to pick up the new ride.
Overall great experience, I am giving a four star rating, not because there was anything wrong but I feel we all should strive to be better and this helps drives that initiative.

I was offered a price match and better with the same accessories as per original estimate and some of the accessories were cheaper out on. I called the sales rep who soled me the truck and left a message and never heard from him its been a month and no call back. They assured me the same accessories would be added onto the truck. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with being lied to buying a $100,000.00 truck.

Recently got a car from here that needed internal fixing soon after the purchase. These guys DID NOT help me fix it for free OR even at a discounted amount even though they sold me a car and did not bring the problem to my attention during the time of purchase.

After finding a few different potential used cars through Auto Trader site, many reached out to me. However, Mitch from South Fort Chevrolet was the only one that took the extra step to send a video of the vehicle so that I could get a good look inside and outside of the car before going to the dealership to check it out myself. Mitch was very understanding of my personal situation and he did what he reasonably could to get the deal done. The whole process was very smooth. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Great after sale support from Josh Heary at Southfort Chevrolet. I won’t go into details, but certain things were missed that were agreed upon during negotiations, and Josh corrected after I took delivery. I highly recommend dealing with Josh at Southfort Chevrolet.
My husband works for CN. We bought two brand new vehicles off the lights and we’re supposed to get a discount. I was given one price on my car and then when I got to the dealership to sign the paperwork it was another price, higher of course. They said they made a mistake. I was ready to walk out I didn’t need a new vehicle. They change the paperwork back to make me happy and away we went. I arrive the following day after that to pick up the car they changed it back, ripped up the old contract. Fast forward to a year later I find the original paperwork from the dealership in the glove box of the vehicle. I paid full price. Mislead me to believe that the price I was paying WAS with the discount we received as CN employees.
As a result they ended up handing me a certificate for lifetime free service. OK sure over the course of the next handful of years I will definitely save some money there. But the service oh my goodness hours for an oil change.
My mom and I both purchased vehicles just over a year ago and have had the most wonderful experience from Daniel and his sales team. I have nothing but great things to say about Jennifer in the service department. Right from day one taking my vehicle in for oil changes, they are super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and give exceptional customer service. They do go that extra mile for each customer!! Dealing with the Southfort team was the most comfortable buying experience I have ever had while making a purchase on a brand new vehicle. The Manager of The sales department Daniel was totally awesome to deal with along with his sales team members Tyler and Bill.
This young team not only understand the business putting focus and attention on the customer, they also put zero pressure on you while you shop in their store allowing you to feel comfortable and at ease , not like many other dealerships .
They are well versed in understanding the product they sell and honestly gave me the best deal on my truck purchase beating their competition hands down along with good old fashioned “ we care” about the customer and want to see you your friends and family come back.
Although Daniel is a younger manager in the business, I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and most importantly his word. He backed everything he said he would do and then some ! I bought a used certified preowned pickup from South Fort Chevrolet. The truck appeared in great condition but after purchase I found out the tailgate was badly rusted and held together with the bed liner sprayed on it. I got several quotes from different body shops and the dealer agreed to split the cost with me. I'm really happy that they were willing to help with the repair and that they stood behind the truck they sold me. Tyler was a great sales person, he wasn't pushy and was very helpful. Service department seems great to, very happy with my purchase.
10/10 customer service. This is our second purchase from Southfort and we are super happy with the entire process. Mitch took a lot of time to help us from start to finish. An awful, pushy and uneasy feeling after dealing with this dealership. Today It’s rare you come across a sales team so heartless and unwilling to help. It’s obvious they are driven on profit and not costumer service. I regret not posting this sooner but I’ve learned the importance of leaving an honest review.
Bought a vehicle here a few months back and could not be more disappointed. After only having this SUV for less then a week I started noticing the multiple locations across the body where they tried to hide the rust spots. This vehicle was only 3 years old. When I called them to ask if there was anything they could do they just took the vehicle for multiple days and then used a cheap paint that literally fell off after the first wash. Now six months after purchasing this vehicle it is totally rusted in the front and rear. I attempted to possibly trade this vehicle back to get something else but only had them try and push a brand new 70,000$ truck down my throat and offer me back a trade in for a 20% loss on this used vehicle. Did not listen to my ideas and refused to take the time to help rectify to situation.
The whole experience from start to finish was professional and easy! All staff I worked with were friendly and fast to help! Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle!

Ug. These people are bad at customer service and not accurate in their quotes for time or dollar amount. How is it that I book an appointment for a recall, then when I arrive they begin by asking about what I drive? How is it that they take 3/4 an hour to let me know they don't even have the part (remember, I also booked this recall work a week before)? "Oh, another four hours at least? You have got to be kidding. When I booked it I was told half an hour, an hour at most. That is why I didn't arrange for a ride even though a relative was in town. I live nearly an hour away and actually had things I was hoping to get done today ... but now it will be at least four hours, then you'll have and install the part. Thanks."
