When my vehicle had full warranty, I noticed a drip. I informed Brian Cullen Motors' 'service department' and had been told that my car was fine and that 'all fluids' and visual inspection occurred during every maintenance visit.
Fast forward to when the warranty is gone...a Brian Cullen Motors service person, Mike Forgione (Service Manager) and Jeff Hewitt clearly conveyed that all 'THERE IS NO INSPECTION OF ALL FLUIDS' DURING SERVICE MAINTENANCE'. Brian Cullen gave me an $1100 price quote to fix a problem that I was told never existed and the hood on the vehicle was not even open. When I informed Brian Cullen Motors Mike 'Forgione about the history and events...deny...deny..."there is nothing in the computer" - he then attempted to ask me the customer to diagnose the vehicle.
During this time Brian Cullen also seized the opportunity to say that a hose was responsible for the leaks, and they charged and additional $80 above their price quote in their computer 'TO STOP THE LEAK'. They would not show me the old hose, the car still leaks. At that time I was told that all my fluids were good and the service person stated that, "I would put my family in that vehicle". Three weeks later I brought the vehicle back because there were still leaks. The technician stated to Mike Forgione and myself that he has never seen a car that dry. Forgione stated that he was going to make things right.
Lying Mike Forgione stopped correspondence and he refused to put things in writing or correspond with email. Jeff Hewitt, then began to send promotional emails and asked me to contact him. He was initially nice, he was reading emails which I had sent to Mike Forgione, he asked me to re-explain events, and then became rude, bold and accusing. He told me that he would not be willing to put his comments in writing. He said, "I don't play the email game". He told me that, "you can take your vehicle to another dealership if you want". He then stated that he would give me $500 off of a 'NEW' vehicle if I bought one before December 31.
Brought my vehicle into the service department for a battery and running board issue. The manager Mike Forgione was great to deal with, along with his staff. They fixed the issues without question and addressed any concerns I had. Professional, friendly service! Thanks everyone.
I had an amazing experience with this dealership, Jeff Easton was always in contact with me letting me know of all my available options and what they had available and was very knowledgeable about corvettes. I will definitely be going there again after this Epidemic is over but even then he has been in contact with me to help with all my questions and needs. you have to go to there showroom and ask for Jeff you will not be disappointed highly recommended if your looking for a corvette or any other vehicle needs, Jeff knows what hes talking about and gets it done, reliable and honest. not something easy to come by these days.

I received an email outlining the need for a repair based on a recall. So I made an appointment, attended the dealership, then waited around for 45 minutes only to have them tell me that the repair had already been done on my last visit. Two things come to mind. 1, why wasn't the repair that was done on my last visit recorded on my paperwork or at the dealership itself? Then, why did it take them 45 minutes to figure out that the repair was already finished? It is such a colossal waste of time. I'm not very happy this morning.
Sept. 26, 20-19 - to add to the story...After I wrote this review, I had a very pleasant conversation with Mike at the dealership. He called me personally to apologize and rectify the situation. i was also contacted by my sales person Alison T. (who I fully recommend by the way, we have bought 2 vehicles from her). It is fine to make an error,but when it is fixed and totally resolved in a timely and caring fashion...Perfect. now, a 2 becomes a 5!!!
When we arrived to take a look at some used trucks we were greeting by Alison and from there it was the start of a great experience. Alison was enthusiastic and very happy to answer any questions we had and gave us the full break down of features in every truck we were looking at. She made the process of buying a truck so easy for us step by step. This was hands down the best experience that we have had when looking for a vehicle and it was because of Alison.

thank you to Robert Perron for all the help and support he offered us during the purchase of our new truck. this vehicle is a dream to drive, fuel mileage is awesome, much better than the Colorado we were driving. we walked in 2 weeks ago just to look at the new trucks. we checked with a few other dealers, but Rob made us feel like old friends. we ended up back at Brian Cullen and worked out an awesome deal on an amazing vehicle. thank you again Robert, we will be recommending you to anyone that is looking for another vehicle.
I bought a new 2014 Cruze here. I felt pressured into buying a black one when I wanted grey. They lied saying they couldn't get grey but then when I probed deeper they confessed they could get a few grey/silver models from another dealer but seemed horribly inconvenienced by the idea. A few weeks later the cap on the battery broke off when I opened it for the first time. The maintenance staff essentially said that all the Cruzes did that and if they fixed it it would just break again because they were junk. The wifi didn't work in the super expensive looking customer reception area and it took multiple complaints and visits before they fixed it.
The last service I had on my care went really well. The warranty ended up being a good idea and there was no friction in the warranty claim which was a great experience. If all my visits were like that I'd have given 5 stars.
We took a 2012 Duramax Diesel truck in to be checked - it was coding for a glow plug issue that had been previously repaired by another GM dealer 10,000 Kms earlier. The vehicle was repaired quickly and at no charge. The new service entrance drop off is a joy ! Service Consultant Doug Jarrett was very accommodating and helpful. He is very experienced and I have dealt with Doug a number of times over the years. Thank-you Cullen's service department for the great service.
I love these guys I pretty much just bought the 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt LT Coupe. I love this car! I never had people who are so caring and wonderful. George who works in the Used Vehicle Center was amazing and sweet he had a big heart with me with no credit and got a co-signer for my new car, he understood being on ODSP and bills can be a hasstle. And I can make payments no problem. The finance woman was sweet and understanding and caring. Bend over backwards for me. I will always come back to this dealership when I get my next purchase, safe reliable cars, amazing caring and friendly people, great to talk to, understanding and great environment, if you are looking for a next GM car/truck this is the best place to go, better than John Bear or Falls Chev. Falls rips people off, I have been there and I didnt feel welcomed as I did here!

Had a great buying experience. Purchased my car over the phone with a deposit. Didn't hesitate to hand over the cheque when I saw the car. It was everything they said it would be.
Brought my car to a couple GM dealers for a problem and they couldnt figure it out, went to Brian Cullen and their technicians figured it out first time there. So happy I decided to give them a try after wasting money at other local dealers!
