Great service even if it is just an oil change. The Service Techs found nail in the tire and effected the repair for a more than reasonable price.

An experience to consider when purchasing a GM car
Yes, I was impressed at time of buying but as much as I was impressed as much as I'm disappointed from the quality of car I received (GMC Terrain Denali) and the way I was treated while solving the case. The driver's door panel is loose, the passenger's seat leather is burnt from the side, the ceiling is full of dust and some white spots, the inner plastic is full of grease, scratch in the outer back decorative window black rubber, one of the outer back-door decorative black rubber was pulled out from place, scratch in the dashboard and a loose inner cover of the rear light, was even closed from one side only when I received the car.
They offered to fix all but because I requested to replace the car since I shouldn't receive a car with such quality, their whole treatment changed; "You must choose from the list of cars we currently have in stock and currently we don't have any similar cars and we can't get you one from another dealer and you can't wait for the new stock to arrive since this will take a month and we can't exchange your car after more than a month from buying". Ok but I'm not exchanging a car that I didn't like, I'm replacing a faulted car, yet the feedback I got is "This is the policy and we are not changing it, you either take a lower trim, upgrade to another car like Acadia or Cadillac, or keep your car and accept the fixing". Again but I want the Terrain Denali, still the reply was "It's a risk you take when buying, there is nothing else we can do!!!!!", Isn't that's a new car from the manufacture?!! And upgrading will cost me much more, "Then go to a lower trim and save money" ... Really?!! Thanks for the advice.
And all of a sudden I found from their website that there is a Denali available in stock that no one knew about, the only concern is that it is a red one and I was looking for a white or black. But as I didn't have any other choice I had to accept and still it didn't end there, they informed me that there is an additional charge of around $1,350 ... $595 due to colour change and there was a discount of $750 that I took in my initial car as an offer which is currently not available!!!
I think there is a misunderstanding here, I'm replacing a faulted car, yet the feedback was "We are making you a favour and we are the only dealer that does so in whole of North America".
Even if I considered this an exchange, never seen a place exchanging a product asking you to pay the difference because the offer is over, they either just replace the product with no extra charge or even give you money back in case the price went down since you bought your initial product. They never ever take extra money for whatever reason, and I have lots of examples to checkout yourself.
This interesting discussion was with all of the General Manager of Sales and two Sales Managers.
By the way, there is a scratch in the rear light of the new car (the red one) and another from the dealer's logo after removing, the ceiling and the inner plastic coverings are not clean, and lots of plastic rattling sound inside the car. Moreover they parked the car right into the branch which does affect the paint but don't think they care.
On the other hand, was told by Applewood that they will contact me in the same day I replaced the car to receive a cheque with the fueling amount since I returned the initial car with a full tank and they re-charged me the fueling amount in the new car (i.e. double charge) and until today, almost two weeks passed, and no one called me.
My OnStar account stopped once they tried to replace the initial car with the new one and was told that the technical support will contact me within a day or two; never showed-up until I re-approached them.
Thank you Applewood for making me a "Favour" by replacing my faulted car and charging me extra amount for a colour I don't want and removing the discount you had given me and treating me with an attitude ... What a great start for what's expected to be a long term relationship; a job well done!
Only come to Applewood Chevrolet for all my car concerns/needs. Everyone who works there is very kind, patient and not looking to up charge you for anything. I’m not the best with cars and they will sit down and talk to me about why something needs to be done and explain it to me in a way that I will understand. You get complimentary breakfast and car washes so you can’t complain ! Would highly recommend !

All prices (product, services, parts, etc) are quite reasonable but the reason I continue to come back is for the excellent customer service, wonderful atmosphere and I can't complain over the free food & beverages! Honestly one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car. Everything was so seamless and easy, they were very transparent about the deal and were able to make many accommodations for us. Usually the idea of buying a car feels like such a chore, having to deal with oily people who pressure you. That was not an issue here, everyone was genuinely kind. We feel like we got a great deal for the car we wanted. Very happy with our purchase and will for sure go back there.

The service was excellent. They were able to drop me off and pick me up at work while my car was at the dealer. That's a huge accomodation for me as i don't have anybody to help me drive around. It was included in the price of repair. I appreciate the quick response!

I went in to look at the new Cadillac and 3 times they told me that they were giving me a deal I couldn’t resist. Well I did resist. They wasted hours of my time only to quote me high prices each time. The one time we had a deal and shook on it ,two hours later they backed out of the deal.
Today once again they said they would give me the best deal. When I said the deal was no good they tried to negotiate again 2 to 4 thousand off the price. I said no deal. You said the first deal was the best now you want to offer me a better deal. I say, do deal. I would buy another Cadillac but not from Applewood.
The Applewood GM car dealership is a great place to do business. They treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism. The staff is very caring and look after you in every way especially the service personnel. I have been dealing with them ever since we moved to Mississauga many decades ago and would highly recommend them for all your car purchase and service requirements as well. When it comes to anything cars Applewood is your place! Sounds cliché but its true. Maybe they will use it in their future ads!!
While I did not buy a vehicle here simply, just because I'm an employee of leggat and we got an incredible deal. I just wanted to say what a pleasure Gary was to work with, he went out of his way above and beyond to help us find either a suburban or Yukon . Like I said if we hadn't got such a good deal, I would have gladly bought a vehicle off Gary. Not pushy and you can tell he truly cares about customers.

Great service. Efficient timing. The best is the interactions around the customer. They aim to make the customer happy which is something many places don't bother with anymore. I also love their in-house kitchen. I had a full complimentary breakfast while I waited for my car to get ready in the morning.

I leased my car 4 years ago in Alberta. When I was looking for financing on a lease buyout I tried 4 other dealerships that were closer to my home or work. No one called back. I tried Applewood and Vince called me back the very same day. He took great care of me and earned a loyal customer. Today I visited for my first oil change at this location and I was blown away by the service. Every one I spoke to was full of smiles and in a great mood. To top it all off I got a free breakfast while I waited! Would definitely recommend this place. I will be back!

Excellent overall experience. Dealt with a very helpful Sales Professional, Jeff K, and the sales manager. Everyone was helpful and friendly. In part because we were using a Costco based pricing plan negotiations were a bit easier but still had to talk trade in. The delivery was great, Jeff took more than an hour to explain all the various controls and optional things to use.
2nd time buying at Applewood, would recommend to anyone. We chose to buy here rather than an closer to home dealer Addison that we had had less that ideal dealings with in the past

I've come here for the life of my car since day one and have always been ecstatic of the service delivered by Paul Gomez every single time I come. He is an absolute delight to deal with and never overcharges or suggest repairs that are not needed. Always accommodating and professional to a T. Finding a mechanic to trust and do good work is difficult enough, my next car will be a Cadillac just because of the service I've received here for 5 years.

I chose to go to this dealership on referral by a gentleman whose car was serviced at Applewood a few months ago. I did not know this person whom I approached after church service to ask where he goes to service his car. His is the same make, model albeit 1 year younger than mine. He advised me to go to Applewood. Before I did, I checked the reviews on this dealership,
I am truly glad I did. The good reviews I read about this dealership are true. Courtesy and respect for customers seems to be the motto in the service department and these traits reflected on how I was treated by service advisor Paul. I should also mention that the experience was pleasant from the time I was greeted by a young gentlemen at the bay area, up to the time Paul handed me back my key.
So, I thank you Paul for the accommodation. I thank your service technician for doing the job in good time. I visited Applewood Chevrolet this past weekend and I was honestly floored! From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A salesperson, Nabil, came over to help us out and not only was he polite, he was also very well-informed about the cars and his numbers. I took two cars on a test drive (the Spark and the Cruze), and during that time, it was evident that Nabil was genuinely committed to finding me the right car and advising me based on my needs and financing.
Before I stopped at Applewood Chevrolet, I had been to a couple other dealerships in the automall, and they all paled in comparison to the service and care I received here. If you're looking for a Chevy, Cadillac, Buick, or GMC, or even any of their pre-owned inventory, I would highly recommend a visit to Applewood Chevrolet, and Nabil in particular.
Buying a car at Applewood was a fun experience. Nick kept the mood light and low-pressured, allowing me time to explore my options and to make my decision. The price they gave me on the car was exactly where I hoped to end up and so I felt confident that I had gotten good value for my money. Russ Dowswell helped me get my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Russ made sure the truck exactly matched what I was looking for, including the 3.08 geared rear end. This is my first new vehicle off the lot, and Russ did everything possible to make it an easy process.

Bought a Used Chrysler Town and Country from Alice N. Deal was done 95% via emails and a couple phone calls. Van was exactly as described, and in better shape then i expected. Alice went above and beyond to earn my business, including staying late so i could make the 60 km trip across the city to see the van when i could. Excellent transaction, well worth the drive!!
