I went into Murrays on a wet long weekend and just wanted to look at vehicles. Ray came out into the rain and looked around with me, while my husband drove, and then suggested we go inside to get a little more comfortable. He offered coffee or tea (fine British gent) and started to show us about various used vehicles we may be interested in. We narrowed our search down to three based on my criteria and we test drove two. Needless to say I fell in love with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and that was the only vehicle for me. Now, it was a long weekend and I could, not only, not get insurance nor available liquid assets but that did not phase Ray and he stated I would only need a deposit to save said vehicle. When I finally secured all paperworks, etc etc, it was nearly two weeks later. I spoke to Ray about when I could make it in, and although he had the day off, and I might add, important business to conclude, he stated he would be there for my pick up day. Ray ensured I knew about my vehicle's features I may have not found for days and ensured it was fueled and ready to go. I could say more positives about my experience with this gentleman, but, as he is English, I do not wish to embarrass him. Just a small aside, thank you Ray, without you, I would not have bought this vehicle.

My 2015 Chevy Cruze decided it needed a new water pump half way home on mayor Magrath drive. Discovering the issue near Murray Chevrolet, I was able to skip the tow truck and drive my car there. Service was exceptional. I will have to update with service mans name, but he understood my financial situation and took great care to provide a more viable transaction for me. It is also the quickest service I have ever received. Little over 3 hours from showing up with the issue and driving away. Mind you it was very busy, and was expecting a week or so for prepares (based on previous Chevrolet dealer experiences). These guys set a high standard for Chevrolet and I believe set a prime example all dealerships should follow.
These guys are a group of great guys supplying a great service.

Do not recommend this dealership, I told the salesman exactly what I wanted features in a SUV. After buying a Cadillac and driving it for a few days it was missing many things I wanted. I upgraded from a 2012 Ford Edge and ended up DOWNGRADING myself. The salesman and MANAGER would do nothing to help me get into something I would love. I ended up spending a TON of money on a vehicle that I absolutely despise. GO TO CALGARY WHEN PURCHASING. I am still waiting on a call back that was promised to be. No customer service after a sale is made. Not to mention the vehicle is already having issues.
This is regarding the reply to my last review. Yes we did get another vehicle because the new one we were going to get was so badly scratched all over there was no way I was keeping it. I was told they would get all the scratches out, they did not. Then we had to fight to either cancel the purchase all together or get a completely different vehicle.
I don’t know who does your quality checks but the new one showed up off the trailer and again had scratches, not as bad as the last one but still.
I spent an entire day buffing and polishing the body work to get the majority of the scratches out. But the two chrome pieces that were damaged you replaced one and said you wouldn’t replace the second.
And now no one returns my calls and I have to live with a brand new vehicle with one final piece needing replaced.
I work for a big electrical outfit and the owner has said he would not be visiting Murray’s Chev for our fleet.

Tom was great to deal with...he has a great sense of humour but also knows the vehicles he is selling and made sure we knew all the new features and how to operate them.
Had a miserable experience trying to buy a used truck from here. I had the cash ready to come test drive and ultimately buy a truck but got told it was sold, then not sold, then sold, etc about 4 times. They told me it was in "detailing for 2-3 days which meant i couldn't test drive it. That turned out to not be the case, they were simply waiting on someone who ultimately failed to get financing in order. Total gong show. Someone ultimately bought it from under me. I think it was the manager's fault much more than the salesman, but regardless, they won't get any business from me anytime soon and i'm usually a Chev guy.

We bought a truck from Ray Mcbarron , the buying part was fine , after we picked up our truck my wife told Ray that the license plate was not put on our new truck he flipped out the f-bomb , ( was not the first time) and used other profanity words during the sale, he told us we would be getting a questioner about our purchase, and told us to make sure that we check all completely satisfied or else it would affect his income. So we did that , and i told him we did and asked him that he owes me a jacket for doing that . Thats when he tells me to go to value village and get one there . Wow some professional salesmen , we should of checked of the truth on the questioner instead of doing him a favour. The dealership and Celine Bond are great and professional
Bought a new car days ago and put a bike rack on it and nobody told me the rear wiper was automatic so the battery ended up dead in the morning. Took it in they charged me $50 to take the rear wiper off and when I went to leave the battery was dead again. They replaced it under warranty but what got me was how the service guy said they shouldnt of replaced the battery but did because it was a new car. I nearly lost it because it was never my fault from the beginning that nobody told me it was an auto wiper on the rear! Still thinking if I will ever go back for warranty work and oil changes in the future!

I had an awesome experience buying a truck remotely from Calgary. My sales guy, James Walsh, made it very easy for me; communicated clearly, was honest and transparent. Because I hadn’t seen the truck, I wanted to see more pictures than standard; he had no problem and was very patient.

I don't know where to start. lets begin when i accidentally dropped ceramic particles from my old spark plug while replacing new ones, which caused a huge mess due to the fact that i turned the vehicle on. long story short i had to take it in to professionals, i have to commend the staff and service offered was remarkable, from free shuttle service and help they went the extra mile. A shout out to both deannas from office and service, and Sean in service with his communication and empathetic personality with every update he gets from his mechanic, which was mike who also was very great as he worked hard to clean up a disaster that i caused, also showed me what he recovered. that's true service. I love this dealership! I recently started leasing a 2014 Chevy Cruise from Murray Chev in Lethbridge and the process was flawless. All of the staff are so helpful and made the experience great! I also just got my vehicle detailed and it looks amazing. My boyfriend purchased a Dodge Ram from Northside Dodge prior to the purchase of my Cruise and that dealership doesn't even compare to Murray Chev in any aspect!

In the last fourteen years I have bought seven vehicles from the same dealership in Lethbridge. A few weeks ago I started looking for another vehicle. One of my nephews recommended a Buick Enclave. Murray Chevrolet Cadillac in Lethbridge had a used one in stock. I proceeded by making an appointment so that I could take the vehicle for a drive. When I arrived at the dealership the Buick Enclave was standing ready, which was a pleasant surprise. I like the vehicle very much and proceeded trying to make a deal with the salesman. We soon came to a agreeable price differentiation. Personally, I can recommend Murray Cadillac in Lethbridge, because the salesman and the manager made me feel that they appreciated my business.
