We have been trying to find a new truck. Very challenging times. Martin found a great option for us but we ended up finding another unit with a shorter time frame. Booked an appt. a week in advance for 8:30am. We do not even live nearby so we went out of our way to go there. Got there on time, left the truck and came back at 11:00 and they had not even taken it in for an oil change! Were told to wait and maybe it would be done at 2:30. Unbelievable. We have always been a loyal customer but will never go back. Customer service is dead.

I went to Niagara Motors to inquire about detailing my 2015 Buick Regal. I met with CJ. He treated me extremely professionally.He offered me a loaner so I could get home. He ensured it had enough fuel and he went and put gas in the loaner. He told me my car would be ready by four it was done by 2.00. They did an excellent job on the vehicle. I have been doing business with Niagara Motors since I moved to the Niagara-on- the Lake July 2018. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sold me a lemon of a car. Car came with 1 free oil change, waited over an hour, seemed fishy, going home I checked my oil because I am quite handy and it was still black, they hadn't changed it. Came back years later to give them another chance, salesman completely ignored everything I said and started showing me cars way above price limit. Very strange place.

My experience with niagara motors is not a pleasant one. I have a 2015 Terrain with 36000 km's , i take it in because i feel some thing in the brakes. it turns out that the brake pads are siezed. I quickly find out that they don't back up their products.They tell me i need new rotors and pads a measly $1200 bill but they can save me money by turning the rotors instead of new ones , around $700. no thanks ill take my bussiness elsewhere. if you can't back it up then don't sell it. last time i deal with them.By the way i got them fixed for $260.
Excellent place to go for your next vehicle or repair the one you have....They have new vehicles also lightly used ones, a full service department also a parts department if you wish to buy and do repairs yourself. Sitting and coffee area if you should need to wait. All staff in every department is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Place is always clean inside and out.
