Eastside Chevrolet Buick GMC made my leasing a new Buick Verano a wonderful experience. Yes I said wonderful. I like going car shopping but I hate the back and forth with the manager and after dealing with that there is the Oh we have admin fees... for what selling me a car and making a profit. At Eastside did not have any of that and in fact there gave me a better deal than I could believe. I did this deal after leaving a Honda Dealer who want to add ,, add ,, add. when I left Honda they offered me rubber mats to come back. they had pissed me off and I like many canadians I walked. So when I went to Eastside I was expecting some of the same but NO. they said something and stuc to it John and George. were pleasant strait and keep telling me to take my time and compare. Even sofie and Victor where just as good. no pushing just showed me my options and left it to me. I am very happy and the car is very quiet as well. thanks . I got a new GMC terrain, mrsp is 42k, I got $2500 discount, and also got 2 month free lease fee. So far the experience is good
I spoke with Oliver, we talked a few times, I met him for a test drive of the 2015 GMC Canyon. It turned out to not be the right vehicle at this time. Oliver was a very nice guy, very professional and if and when I decide to purchase or lease a gmc truck, he will be the 1st. that I will call.

My vehicle was not ready on the agreed upon time when I went to get it, I had to wait for over an hour.
My negotiation for floor mats turned out to be a disappointment as well, I was promised them at cost which turned out to be the normal price advertised on the website.
They only thing I have to look forward to is the no charge oil changes, let's hope it is not another hoax.

Bought a new truck from Geroge Kanavas last week. He was amazing! He was willing to find me a truck with every option I wanted. Very professional, very friendly, super nice guy. The salesman was rude, unprofessional and switched the amount on a vehicle at the last minute. Vehicles are very overpriced and not reliable.
No follow up customer service and no return of important calls They just try to swindle you into buying and then drop you and do not care at all.
Profits are not the only part of a business....they really need to treat the customer right and with respect. They just throw numbers at you and they do not even know where those numbers are coming from.....
Do not go here. Very poor customer service, lying on pricing, faulty vehicles and no follow up to questions or concerns.
They try to blame the customer for their mistakes and lies. How very very very unprofessional.

I was driving on Woodbine Avenue and had a nail in my tire. Went in to the service department and my car was taken in immediately. Fortunately the nail did not puncture the tire and was just sticking out of the tread. The service advisor pulled out the nail and didn't even charge me. Fantastic service, I'll be returning here for my service.
In the past year I’ve taken my Silverado and Camaro in for routine maintenance, and unforeseen repairs (starter, etc.). On each occasion, the Service Manager, Peter has been exceptionally accommodating of my schedule, and has effectively had the vehicles in and out as promised. The team at Eastside, answers their phone, communicates online, and makes every effort to assist and direct their customers according to their individual needs. Additionally, they’ve been very proactive in handling concerns raised by the pandemic. Evidenced by setting up responsible measures to ensure that me, and their employees feel safe and protected. I went to service this afternoon around 7 PM, the very nice lady named Lewis taught me how to see tire pressure of my car, another two stuff Mike and another young man helped put my tire pressure back to normal. Currently, my company FUSION AUTO is mainly running the car modification jobs for performance vehicles in Markham area. Catherine really referred a lot of business to us. I am going to invest as much as I can in figuring out how to modify the new C8. We hope that people who love cars will develop new concepts and do car modifications with us.

After going through hell and back on finding a trustworthy and knowledgeable dealer to service and repair my truck, I stumbled upon Eastside GM. Not a flashy dealer by any means, but the management and service team are bar none the best I've come across.
Service advisor Greg Hannaford is incredibly knowledgeable about the product, properly advises you about what needs to be done on the vehicle, takes pride in his work, and the technicians work.

Update:After a car accident, I had my car fixed here & they did an excellent job and were very prompt with the services & kept me in the loop on the progress. For this services I would give them 4 star due to dealing through insurance.
I booked my appointment almost a month in advance & had it so on my break I would drop it off -two hours later could come get it. I also asked the price INCLUDING tax -was told $94.95. Well I got there & was told it would be another 1.5 hrs -ridiculous for an oil change/tire rotation. They barely managed to shave 20 minutes off. When I got the bill it was over $100- the representative essentially lied to me about the cost. I had things I needed to do & they ruined that by not having my vehicle ready, made me spend more money then I had set aside for this service (hence why I wanted the total with taxes included to budget) & didn’t leave my car inside as I brought it- left it a mess. When I got into my car there was water all over the passenger seat & they had tossed a garbage bag I had (small and hanging from the dash) onto the passenger seat spilling it. No apologies, nothing from them after such bad service especially since I told them I was very upset with them. The service I got when I bought the car from them was good, but the service on my car itself was awful- for oil change i will be going elsewhere

Lewise O'Boyle is an amazing service representative. Both knowledgeable and experienced she gave me the list of necessary services in priority and the associated costs, so that I was able to plan out my schedule. She's informative and follows through with calls and updates. She always gives me an honest answer.
I was also involved recently in a motor vehicle accident and was introduced to the Body Shop Manager Danny Zita. Danny was so knowledgeable and professional. We discussed what was involved and he kept me informed of the adjusters input as well. I was shown before, during and after photos of the process. My car was returned immaculate and I cannot say enough. I would strongly suggest that if you need bodywork on your car you would be in excellent hands letting Danny Zita take care of you.
I had a great experience with my new car purchase at Eastside GM. Nico was the sale rep that help me buying my Chevy Colorado. He is nice guy and always with a smile on his face. Very patient and not pushy at all which are important to get through on this stressful process. I got a very good deal in my new truck and the sales manager was very kind to let me take the truck home for a couple hours to show it to my wife.
I had to use their service department to get a tonneau cover installed. They were very kind a and gave me a rental for a couple hours while they were doing the installation.
I would recommend this dealership if you are going for a new car and definitely recommend choosing Nico as your sales rep.

Never go there for service. All they do was robing money. Went there for safety test, they listed a lot unnecessary items, and each item charges much higher than else where.

Great service, always honest with status of my vehicle. Other then maintainence appointments I’ve only had 1 check engine light and was able to get into service within 24 hours. They diagnosed and dealt with the issue promptly (bad O2 sensor) under warranty as well as offering me free shuttle service if I needed to be somewhere.

We had a bit of car trouble last week, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They were able to squeeze us in, despite being very busy. They even set us up with a rental car, free of charge, to ensure we could get to work while they worked on our car.
The entire team is really nice, super helpful and always smiling. One of the service employees, Eddie, was truly incredible. He remembered us from a previous visit. He checked in with us, and called to give us updates. What could have been a really stressful experience (having our only car in the garage for a day), actually turned out great. The service made all the difference.
