The salesperson was very friendly and not pushy at all. We got exactly what we needed.
I was passing through on my way to BC and the nozzle on the driver side was not working. They took it in immediately to check it.
Turns out it was onlyfrozen and fixed with warm water.
They didn't charge me at all, not even accepting a tip. And on top of it I got a free coffee as well.

We were in Canada on vacation when we had trouble with our vehicle on a Saturday morning. We call the service department and asked if they could look over our truck before we headed home to the US. They were extremely helpful and got us right in! They got our truck repaired so we could get back on the road in just an hour or so. Such wonderful service from these folks 👏! Wish we had guys like this at home.
Was travelling thru and this dealer was the only one able to provide me with my tire 245/40/19 not even Kal tire could help me! Combine that with good service im super happy, and I dont even have a GM product. Keep up the great work!
Broke down on the road, had to wait for morning for the dealer to open. They took me in right away fixed the problem fast, and were friendly and courteous.
November 15th 2021 I got stuck in Dryden. I didn't know what happened. I went to the dealership to find help. The woman at the counter went and got someone right away. The employee was very helpful. She also had her manager with her. They helped me. Gave me ideas. They went above and beyond their job. They helped me to make sure I was ok. They explained everything in detail. Andy, Robin, Doug and the service department at Dryden GM are all top notch and understand the value of great customer service. My recent purchase of a used vehicle had an unexpected repair present shortly after taking ownership. They brought my truck in for service immediately and pretty much took care of the entire bill.

I recently went with Dryden GM to get my Civic fixed. Overall I was happy with all the employees I interacted with as they were all friendly and helpful. My car was well taken care of and the fix was done well.
That being said, I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to diagnose my car's issue (a week) and the service fee came in a decent amount over budget.
Overall a good experience and would be 5 stars easily had the diagnosis not taken so long.

Always great service at Dryden GM. Everything went excellent with my most recent appointment. Warranty work was completed quickly and without hassle and they also completed a recall I had forgot about.
Bought my first ever new vehicle in January. Andy was my salesperson and was super patient with me through it all, even when I had some odd questions. They brought in a Trax in the colour I wanted, offered a loaner in the mean time, and the financing process seemed smooth. Have been in now for some paint repairs, an oil change, and a recall. We stopped at GM Dryden with our van due to a brake problem and it turns out - after Eric's inspection, that it was not recommended to hit the road again without severe reparations to make. Our van is a Chevrolet from 2002 so not so new... But we were treated as recurrent customers and we directly felt confident with their expertises.
We were taken in charge by Kaela and she was so kind with us, providing us good addresses for our trip but as well, an excellent service and a great help during these 3 days since we were stuck at the Northwestern camping right next to the garage. We were not expecting such good advices, kindness and help from GM team.
We are ready now to reach the rockies thanks to all of you.

Very positive experience! Eric went above and beyond the normal to get a stranded traveler on his way. They even prioritized our need ahead of normally scheduled work .
Our technician Ethan carefully explained what he was doing; he was extremely friendly and very professional in his work. I never once doubted the outcome! When the work was completed we resumed our trip without incident. Our 2011 Duramax ran flawlessly!

Even tho my truck is a 1998 and needed minor repairs i was still treated with respect and far more important to me was honesty. Other dealerships could take a lesson or two from these guys. Well done Dryden Gm with makin a guy thats not just there to buy a new truck feel right at home.

Bought a used Certified Acadia, 12 months later engine blew (google 2010 acadia it should be a recall but I dont hold that against the delearship) they did nothing to try to help quoted the job at full labour rate. Edit: "This was in July 2017, I left with a neutral feeling, as my salesman was sympathetic but the quote was more than I got from all other places." Try to make service appointments you should be prepared to wait 2 to 3 weeks. If you order parts always call ahead as if they don't show up on promised date they won't tell you and you will waste the drive. Maybe this place is great for residents but Ear Falls, Red Lake and beyond just know once the car is off the lot the level of service is not what I would call adequate. Staff are all friendly that's the positive feedback I will give. Also take note this dealership offers prizes for reviews always keep an eye out for that as no one who wants to win a contest (58" tv for example) leaves a negative comment.

I live in Dryden for 26 years. Bought all my vehicles at Dryden GM, and there were a few lol. Services all done there , too. So l hit a deer a little while ago and damage was substantial. Anyhow, repairs were done faster than anticipated, beautiful and super job done. Sam even squeezed in another little repair, which l was grateful for that it was done at the same time. I got back a washed and inside cleaned vehicle as well and looking all new again. Dryden GM staff is very friendly, does amazing work. Only place to go to.

Bought my first car here service was amazing the dealer stayed at the dealership until I got back to town just so I could sign the papers. Now that was awesomely sweet of her to do and she explained everything so nicely she even entertained my daughter. Then I went back for my oil change and they did an great job and even checked and filled everything else that needed to be filled. I had a great time there with the staff everyone is so friendly.
