We have been a client of Georgian Chev Buick for 35 years +. Whether buying a new or another vehicle you will not find staff at another dealership that are so client orientated. Both our sons have also (and do) deal with Georgian !! These professionals (sales, service and office support staff) are specifically orientated to addressing our needs, concerns and budget. Warren Wilkey (and son Mark) go out of their way to ensure we understand any and all alternatives (whether "packages" or dealer/GM incentives); and of course 'afterwards' when we are in for our servicing we are always warmly greeted by the Georgian "family".
Just last Friday (of Labour Day Weekend) I drove in with a low tire and had "freezer goods" in the back; they advised they'd "get to it" asap but it could be about an hour. I shared my issue with the frozen food that I was concerned about; their answer was a personal shuttle ride to our home with the freezer foods. Upon return our tire was fixed .. no charge !! Now - you tell me when we should start looking for another dealership . NOT !!

My husband and I have been looking for a new Yukon or Tahoe for the past 2 months. I was watching the internet daily and looking for a good deal. We had called various dealerships but the inventory was very low as many of the vehicles were being sold to the US. We spoke to Bob Gill and he was very obliging and had some vehicles for us to try out. After careful consideration we ended up buying a fully loaded 2015 Chev Tahoe with one owner and only 19,000 kms. at a price we could not refuse. Bob was extremely helpful and would offer many suggestions and options and would do whatever he could to find us a vehicle that we would love and feel comfortable buying. Bob would do this with a smile on his face and no pressure sales. We have been dealing with Bob for 50+ years and and many years with Georgian. John Haines Service Advisor is excellent at his job and we have never had a bad experience. We do look around and always end up buying with Bob as he always gives us the best deal and best service. He does go beyond to find that special vehicle that we are looking for whether it is a special colour or options just so that we are truly happy! Everyone at Georgian Chev Olds is very friendly, courteous and professional. All of our questions and concerns are always answered. We would and do highly recommend this dealership and all of the employees to our friends and family. We really love our new Tahoe .Thanks BOB !

I bought a used Chevrolet Cruze here and it started having major and ongoing problems the minute it hit 100,000 km. The problems continued even after taking it to be serviced multiple times. It didn't take long after that before the car was too much money to repair and i had to get rid of it.
I also found the Service department to be very unreliable. They told me my car was leaking coolant multiple times and when i checked it out myself there was no leak. I also took it in to replace the thermostat and they told me it was the coolant sensor causing the problem. After i got the coolant sensor fixed, the problem arose again on my drive home. When i took it back in they confirmed it was the thermostat all along.
I will not be using Georgian Chevrolet again and would advise others to do the same.
I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu August 25/2020. The sales person was most professional, yet friendly & helpful. My overall experience was
pleasant.
When looking at the vehicle I had purchased on the Georgian Chevrolet site, under "disclosures" it clearly states that gas is included in the sale price as is the Admin fees. My bill of sale states the opposite. I have been charged $45.00 for gas, & $399.00 for Admin. fees. I shall make a telephone call regarding these two charges sometime later this morning.
Overall, the experience I had with Georgian Chevrolet was excellent.

Update - My husband was not pleased he was trolled to get his wife's name during a phone call by sales and management to confirm if this was his review. But he was pleased that they did read it. We're shocked to hear that the receptionist might be fired over this. Perhaps sales reps didn't bother to come out because it was late in the day? "She doesn't make a lot of money anyways" was relayed.....really???

This is our second perchase through Georgian Chevrolet. Our salesman Alex S is very helpful and courteous. We will buy again from Alex when the time comes to replace our new vehicles.
Worked with Larry on a used Yukon and what a pleasure it was. I had been shopping around for weeks and was so fed up with all the gimmicks and half truths that other salesman were making I was ready to give up. I spoke with Larry at length, he gave me an honest, no BS assessment of my trade in and what was a fair number. We got the deal done with no issues on his end whatsoever. Great guy, will be sending business all the way from Windsor his way!

Georgian Chevrolet has been our dealer of choice since 1998. In the past 5 years we have purchased 3 vehicles from Don Bradley at the Commercial Truck Center. Don provided honest answers and over all superb customer service. If a GM truck is what you have in mind I would highly recommend giving Don a call.

I was always scared of buying a brand new vehicle from a dealership, you always hear horror stories online and stuff. I guess you could say I was in the market for a new vehicle, or it was in the back of my head atleast incase my current car ever died suddenly.
I went in to Georgian to gather more info from the people who know the vehicles the best. I did loads of research and studying via YouTube etc. I was going there for a little booklet to gather some info which lead to some test drives, and some number talks.
Mark Wilkey is who took care of me, and he is a really great dude, you can tell he takes passion in what he does. Most importantly he is patient. This whole process took about 1.5 months for me. During some point he definitely thought is this guy going to buy something or is he just here for free test rides... I mean and I don't blame him, in only a 25 year old kid...
Mark will definitely take care of you, the guy is a class act and makes me trust dealerships more. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The guy filled my tank and bought me a hat to go along with it. Not enough words can come to my mind to show how nice this guy is. A complete stranger 1.5 months ago, but now more like a friend.
I told him half way through that I wanted one of those huge bows you always see when you buy a new vehicle or I wouldn't be able to make the deal.. (joking ofcourse) He made it his mission to get that bow, absolutely went above and beyond which really put a smile on my face and literally might of made my whole year.
One person doesn't always buy a vehicle right when they walk on the lot, it's takes weeks... If not months. Ask your questions, doesn't matter if it sounds dumb or stupid to you, it may not be for the sales person. Most importantly take your time.
Definitely has to be one of the nicest dealerships I've been at, all the employees seem really happy and polite.
To conclude, just do your research, ask questions and talk to someone you like and gives you good vibes.

Sales consultant Brooks Price went above and beyond for me and my family and I am the proud owner of a 2020 Silverado. We talked with Brooks and explained what we were looking for in a vehicle and he had 3 great options all ready for us to test drive. He even had them started and warming up when we arrived. Brooks was very personable and easy going. He even gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle after my young son got sick during our meeting and my wife had to take him home. He could have easily had one of the shuttle service drivers take me home but he wanted to show his appreciation to me for taking the time to deal with him. That's what I call going above and beyond. The whole experience dealing with Georgian Chevrolet was great. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a vehicle.
Recently we have had car trouble, with our only family vehicle, the staff at Georgian went above and beyond to get us back on the road. A bit of a wait for first in line in the morning however they make waiting very comfortable with free coffee WI-FI and comfortable chairs. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is when you walk into the waiting room you can smell a very strong scent. What it was doesn't matter I left there with a migraine. I should have gone outside and stood in the cold.
There are many people allergic to fragrances.
I will go back but probably stay outside and wait.
Had a great experience with buying my car a few years back. Took it in today for an 8am appointment to get my snow tires on and get my backup camera serviced since I was only seeing shadows. 7 hours later i come back and only the tires were done. Quite upset
Georgian service is AAA+++. I can't say enough about how comfortable I feel getting my car serviced here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the communication is top notch and if you have to stick around the waiting area is relaxing. Laura goes above and beyond any dealership service centre employee I have ever dealt with. If I could rate this dealerships service centre higher I would! Highly recommended!

Purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado from them and the process was flawless. Before I ordered it, the sales person Corey Graves explained and answered any questions I had. Now I'm driving my truck and very happy with it.
If I could rate Georgian Chevrolet less than 1 star I would. Hands down the worst experience I've ever gone through from buying my vehicle all the way to the service department. It took 3 visits before a single person even came over to me to ask if I needed ANY help when looking to purchase a vehicle. After having to walked around the entire dealership trying to find 1 PERSON that was able to help me purchase the vehicle. Now for the idiots at in the service department and their mechanics. When you get there to get service not a single person even looks in your direction to you to see if you need any help as they are to immersed in their own conversation with other employees. Seeing two employees at Georgian Chevrolet is like seeing a Sasquatch. You need to interrupt or track people down to drop off your keys. If you do interrupt them they get offended that you are budding into their conversation. After dropping off the vehicle they took 8 HOURS to do a oil change and tire change... THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. There is no way in any world that this kind of service should take that long especially when having an appointment. Not only were they not accommodating when I said I need my vehicle back but when I showed up to get the vehicle not only were all the service employees not around, but the entire shop was empty and the service desk inside the dealership with PEOPLE WAITING was empty. When I asked to speak with their manager they said he was here but no one knew where he was and they hadn't seen them much that today. I would NEVER recommend Georgian Chevrolet to anyone I knew or ever met. I can honestly say that they have not only lost my business but the business of my entire family. I will never return to this dealership even if they paid me. Completely unsatisfied and furious for the experience Georgian Chevrolet put me through. The best thing that could happen to this place is to go out of business.

Have been leasing cars from Georgian for many years now - always get a fair deal and outstanding service. Nothing like the typical high pressure sales tactics you get elsewhere. Like dealing with a friend. My previous sales rep retired so this was my first time dealing with Brad Mullen and he was a real pro to deal with - knew the car features like the back of his hand. Told him what I wanted in the car and he found me exactly what I was looking for.

That day came recently and my husband and I visited the used car lots of several dealerships (one hadn't even acknowledged our existence after waiting for about 20 minutes for assistance) and we eventually found ourselves at Georgian. We met Bob Gill within just a few minutes and he helped us find the perfect vehicle. From the moment we arrived on the lot until we picked up the vehicle 4 days later the experience was very positive. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Went to move our son from Toronto back to Barrie for School on long weekend. His Pontiac G6 was acting up and running poorly. Nothing was open and had to head back home to Northern Ontario. On Tues. called Georgian Buick GMC. Talked with Chris Cambell and said not to worry and get him to bring it in. Checked out and Cat converter plugged. Got it all fixed up and running 100%. Best of all GM had extended warrenty period on cat and no cost!!
