We had a very successful experience with Westridge! We had texted them late one evening about a used truck and they had it delivered to our house less than 24 hrs later! We live 1.5 hrs from Lloyd and they delivered, free of charge, and made an offer on our very used truck that was more than reasonable. They were very thorough in describing the truck and made it clear that we were not obligated to take it after they delivered it when we seen and test drove it for the first time. Highly recommend!
The service was good. I was assisted by Crystal and Dyan. They were definitely a refreshing change from the usual pushy "salesman" type. They were knowledgeable about their products, respected my budget and assisted me in choosing something that worked for my family and my pocket.
Their COVID protocols were pretty thorough too.
Kelli is amazing! she's super kind and really takes the time to make sure you know your vehicle inside and out. she tells you all of the positives of the vehicle you're looking at without pushing the sale on you. she tells you everything you need to know about your new vehicle without bashing other vehicles. Kelli made sure to speak to me about my new vehicle, even though my boyfriend was with me! I'm super impressed with my experience with Kelli and I see more in my future

Wow, my husband and I were passing through Lloydminster on our way home from Ontario when an indicator light lit, resulting in us stopping on the side of the road. We called GMC Westridge and were put through to Kasey in the service dept. We called AMA for a tow and Kasey drove out to our location, brought us water and waited with us till tow truck arrived. Once our truck arrived at the shop, he had it checked over and fixed immediately. Kasey and his team were fantastic and got us on our way home. Many thanks to you all. Makes us want to buy our next vehicle from you, even though we live 3 hours away!!!
I would like to share my experience with KELLI.
She is a wonderful lady with immense sales experience. I live in Calgary, but she made the whole experience very smooth. She sent me the detailed videos of the car we were looking to buy with a complete description of even the smallest things.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy from Westridge GMC specifically because of her product knowledge and the way she connects with the clients.
I didn't think I could get a high mileage lease, I run 80000km a year. Jason Mills and the sales management team managed to get me a new Terrain, better equipped than I expected, at a lease payment that was the same as if I bought a used vehicle and financed it. I know they had to "eat" some costs to make this work for me and I appreciate all the work they did to make it happen. They are a friendly place to visit, I'm happy for finally giving them my business.

Had a wonderful experience with TJ! Absolutely brilliant chap. Super friendly and not pushy at all. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle from them but had a great experience in dealing with them.
Selling experience was good but if your new purchase has any significant issues you will be abandoned by Westridge faster than a husky puppy after Christmas.

Please be accurate in your statements.
1. It does not matter what GM dealership does the repairs. This was confirmed to me by your dealership when I decided to purchase from Lloyd.
2. Offering to do a trade in at 54% of the purchase price for a 2 yr old vehicle is "working the numbers"?
3. The extended warranty was not free of charge it was with a 100$ deductible. This vehicle has been to the garage 25-35x and needs to go back in this week.
4. Free courtesy vehicles are pending availability and the last one I was given had its battery die, twice.

Nice personal. Courteous showed me the functions of the car so I had a good start on new technology......at the very start in the show room no high pressure sales style...I really liked that. I had my trailblazer serviced and got me in in a short booking time. That was good so I knew any future appointments would very accommodating..

Great customer service of course cause they want to sell you something.But the technicians missed alot on the mechanical safety inspection that costed me alot of money to pass.also the delivery driver wrecked the tailgate and tail light and wouldn't cover the damage.

I bought a vehicle from Westridge Buick GMC recently and my experience was amazing! Val responded to my online inquiry very quick. She send me the information that I've requested on time and even went above and beyond with getting the deal for me and sending me a quick exterior and interior walk around video. Purchased a used vehicle here, received amazing customer service with regards to communication.
Service on the other hand... just bring a mechanic with you. They did an Alberta safety, but when we brought the vehicle home and our mechanic looked at it, before we gave it to our daughter, the rear brakes were nearly metal on metal. There were other mechanical issues that no way they didn't notice in their instruction.

I first inquired about a vehicle I had seen on the Westridge website. Within a few minutes Morgan was in contact with me via e-mail and we set up a meeting for me to come and test drive a new Sierra. They didn't have the trim package I was looking for in stock at the time, but as soon as one came in Morgan made sure to contact me and let me know the truck I was looking for was there. Every person that I dealt with from the front desk, to the sales manager to the finance department was polite, friendly and made me feel welcome. After I purchased my new truck I was given a tour of the facility and shown where the service department was and who my service consultant would be. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Westridge.

I arrived at Westridge at around 8:00pm and there happened to be a very friendly emloyee of Westridge that said he knew what the problem was and could have me on my way home in the morning. I was VERY,VERY, HAPPY and impressed, I was on my way home in the morning and the problem was solved. I would reccommend this dealership to any and everyone for their excelant service and experiance.

I felt like royalty every time I drove up and the vehicle I was interested in was backed up to the door. Westridge quickly began to feel like home and I am sad the process is over.
