If in market for new or used Audi look elsewhere. Defective tires delivered on used certified 2017 Audi A4. Had to purchase new tires from Audi-Midtown Toronto. Reason did not initially go back to Durham was because I was told by Audi-Midtown Toronto that Audi Durham closed because of corona virus. Audi Durham refuses to even address issue. I should never had these defective tires in the first place.
there are other dealerships in Toronto with a lot better service teams who actually take care of your and values your time... waste of time here

When I went in to pick up the vehicle Ted surprised me with an even better price stating they applied a new incentive that had just come out!!
I had a wheel alignment done at Audi Durham. The price I had paid was reasonable, considering it’s a very specialized equipment they use. The service staff were very courteous and professional as always. The waiting room was modern, clean, bright, and comfortable. If I have one suggestion to make, I would like to see their shuttle service increase its frequency.

First I’d like to start that the dealership is in a great location and the design inside and out are second to none! I was looking at a 2016 Audi S5 that was at the dealership, I sent a quick message via auto trader and no word of a lie I got a response from Ted Chung within minutes. Ted was able to send me details about the car before stepping foot in there, with all that I felt like I had to go see the car but also the see the professionalism of Ted in person. He invited me to come on the same night to test drive the car. I knew what I wanted to buy but I was looking for the right sales advisor and that is Ted. From presentation to pricing all was perfect and highly recommend seeing him for an Audi. The Used Car Manager Jeff Budgell was amazing giving an realistic trade-in value that I was happy with. Finally Tammy Woods the Finance Service Manager was amazing and informative. Letting me know about all the details Audi offers, and if you get an Audi I recommend the Audi Care package, you will not regret it! From beginning to end it was perfect. I purchased my first Audi Q7 from Ted Chung at this dealership. Ted helped us to find the model we were looking for when stock levels were low. He worked hard and found it at another dealership hours away and had it shipped for us. No overly aggressive sales tactics - he works hard to find what you want. Great experience! Steve was the best sales person I have worked with in years. After being treated horribly in Ottawa we drove all the way to Durham and we were not disappointed. Recently purchased a gorgeous Q8 and loving it and Customer Service was exceptionaly good...second to none. No pressure sales, Sam was our salesman and was extremely responsive and kind, very professional and knowledgeable... he made it such an amazing experience for us. My experience at Audi Durham was exemplary. Fred Li, my Audi Sport Specialist, went above and beyond to make the entire process as seamless as possible. What started off as a simple exchange of emails resulted in me leaving the lot with a brand new vehicle in about a week. Tammy Wood, my Financial Services Manager, was just as great. She was extremely diligent and responsive to my needs and requirements. Both were able to get me a great deal and were even able to find and apply further incentives I wasn’t even aware of! We recently bought our second Audi, a slightly used Audi S3, from Audi Durham. The overall experience was excellent. Brand Specialist, Cameron, was extremely helpful. Interactions with Sales Manager, Jeff, and Financial Services Manger Tammy were first rate. We were particularly impressed when we went to pick up the car. Although the deal had been negotiated for a car with half worn tires (19,000 km), the service manager at Audi Durham elected to replace them (at no charge) with new Pirellis, at a retail value of about $1000 including installation and balancing. Kudos to Audi Durham.
We recently took delivery of our first Audi, a 2019 Audi Q3 Technik at Audi Durham. Our point of contact - Cameron Bugajski was FANTASTIC to deal with. The experience of dealing with him was simply top-notch and exemplified what you would expect from the brand! They tried to charge me 2 hr of labour just to change my daytime running light. Watched a few videos and did it in 15 mins. Don’t waste your money here.
