Please, take my advice and just take your business elsewhere—literally anywhere else.
If you do decide to buy a new car here, make sure to check that every single part is OEM and hasn't been replaced by an aftermarket part. In 2014, I was sold a brand new car that turned out to have an aftermarket windshield that was very poorly installed. The dealer did not disclose this information and sold it as brand new.
Because of this, I've been denied warranty claims even after the dealership has admitted to having replaced the windshield with an aftermarket! The poor installation has also caused moisture issues in my car for years.
The dealership has refused to own up to their mistake and cover the cost of replacing the windshield, which recently cracked. The GM has made it clear that he has no interest in helping me because I've been driving the car for a few years and he has ignored my last email, which was sent more than two weeks ago.
Volkswagen has also refused to cover my exploded rear window that Volkswagen technicians examined and determined that it was due to a manufacturing defect. This set me back about $700.
All I want is for VW Moncton to pay for my windshield to be replaced with an OEM one and for my rear window with the manufacturing defect that the warranty didn't cover.
I've submitted a report to the New Brunswick Financial and Consumer Service and I've sent an email to CBC Investigates. Next on my list is the Times & Transcript and whatever other newspaper is willing to hear the story of how I got ripped off by VW Moncton.

Excellent service from Victor. I’m in the younger age quadrant, so I was scared to not be taken seriously. Victor was very kind, involved and attentive to my requests. I ended up buying my Audi elsewhere, but when the time comes for an upgrade, I will absolutely deal again with Victor.
Now I hope that when the time comes to service my car at Audi Moncton it will go as smoothly.
I brought my Audi q3 in for a few warranty issues, one issue was solved, but they replaced the battery in my key fob, without letting me know. The 12$ is not the issue, the communication is the issue, concerning the second issue they charge me for taking a look at it just to confirm what I told them and said this is not covered under warranty but my vehicle is still under full manufacturing warranty, instead of letting me know that their might be a cost to look at it if it's not under warranty, they went ahead and charge me for it as well. I will never got back to this dealership ever. I have a hunch that they don't want to do it under warranty is because I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership. I love my Audi, but I will go elsewhere to get it look at.
Second time Audi owner, and I would have bought out our vehicle lease if our experience was different at the Moncton store last month.
We drove over two hours to view the new Q7, and other high end vehicles to compare, and narrow my options, and be sure we were going to keep the Q7.
I was a lover of my car so it was not a product issue, and I do hope my choice does not let me down however, I do have a moral standard for client service and lets just say, that all excuses aside, it seemed to us as we stood around waiting on them dealing new deals, that the existing customers were not the important ones.
As more clients passed us by and we continued to stand around, my husband decided I was not going to keep the car and we left.
Whether directly intended or not, the feeling of being ignored at Audi that day over all other companies we visited where we were not just another client but we were served, and supported from the moment we walked in the door...That is what selling an 80-90K+ car is all about...service from the start to the finish and throughout the term.
Perhaps Audi needs to put on more staff to deal with the over flow or perhaps they do not have enough sales there to warrant the staff but, either way, that was a loss for Audi for sure....I now drive a brand new vehicle and it is as expensive as the Q7.

I bought a preowned non Audi vehicle at this dealership this past week. Louis, Stevens and Alex patiently answered all my questions regarding the transaction and the vehicle itself. Very gentle and knowledgeable team. Car was detailed and with a full gas tank by the time of delivery. Great experience.

Excellent and professional experience. When they ask what type of vehicle that you want they explain all of the details. Gives you more time to make a decision as they don't over force and pressure you on buying at that minute. They give you time to make a decision on the vehicle Class that you are interested in with no hidden fees. You already know your monthly price with tax. Or if you want to lease the same thing you know your price. . I had an excellent experience with Audi and was treated well.

I had an excellent service from this dealer. I was driving from Quebec to the cabot trail when my passenger side wheel bearing fail on my Q5. I had to set an appointment fast to be back on the road. I called on the monday morning and got it fixed the same day (2 hours job). The staff that work there are true professional. Thank you
Had an electrical problem on my Audi S4 2015, I dont usually go to dealerships, but my garage said it was a problem with the ABS control module. The piece on its own is 4000$ msrp. Took the car to Audi Moncton and was greeted by amazing staff who took more than good care of me, took them under 2 hours to find out there was corrosion in the main harness and had replacement wiring in stock! Recently bought an Audi Q8 Quattro from Simon. What a pleasure dealing with him. He met us when we came through the door with a big smile and asked how he could help us. The rest is history. He was very knowledgeable about the Q8 and accompanied us on the test drive. The handling and engineering is amazing. I told Simon the seat hugged me when I did the test drive. Needless to say I was sold. Simon’s professionalism, knowledge, kindness and exceptional customer service was for sure 5+ stars. He contacted me in my preferred method which was awesome. I bought an Audi TT in 2010..it was one year old..when it came time for service..I thought Audi in Moncton was the place to take it..DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE..for 3 years, I took it there..it worked worse every time I got it back..Finally I was going to trade it in in Fredericton..but they fixed it, for a much better price..I still have..And, ILL NEVER TAKE IT BACK TO AUDI IN MOCTON

We got the vehicle which we wanted. But the buying experience could have been better if the staff was little more pleasant. It felt like they just want us to take the car and go. We are Audi owners before too, and went to the other Audi dealerships so many times. But Audi Moncton was the least welcoming. Was every disappointing.
I walked into the dealership out of curiosity. I stayed cause of Victor the most patient and gentle salesperson. I adjusted my schedule to go on a test drive right away. Victor then offered me many choices including the rather fair assessment of my trade in. Victor seamlessly made different options available to me. He also had me uphold by simply allowing me to see what he had in inventory.
All in all I walked in out of curiosity and finalized the deal for my beautiful Q7 Teknik later on the golf course all in 6 hours.
I thought I had a good deal when picked up my Q 7. Next day in the first 5 minutes of our 4500 km family drive summer vacation, I hit a road hazard and tore a tire with grand total of 121 km on this Q7.
We were towed back to moncton Audi, and then they floored me. They had my wheel changed with a brand new wheel and tire in 43 min flat. That is way above and beyond. And thanks to victor I did have the Audi moncton tire warranty. We paid zero dollars and had everyone from victor the front office lovely lady the parts manager and the shop dealing with this so we could be on the road.
I like my Q7 but I love my Moncton Audi. Kudos to the whole team for an above the rim service level. I told Tesla to go learn from moncton Audi. ( my other car is a new Tesla S).

I love Audi, but this dealership doesn't have all the models. They are the only official Audi dealership in NB.
We've been very happy with the Audi Moncton dealership and a big reason is the people who work there. We didn't mind driving all the way to Moncton to get our car. First it was Rick then it was Victor. The service and knowledge they provide is reflective of their first rate brand. We feel secure in dealing with them, knowing they have our interests in mind. Given another opportunity, we won't hesitate to go there again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle, and have luxury service to go with it!

This is the 3rd Audi Q5 purchased or leased by my wife and I from Audi Moncton. On each occasion we have dealt with Stephen Patterson and to a lesser extent with Mike Campbell. Stephen has been so excellent to deal with that we more or less go out of our way to negotiate and deal with him even tho he has now moved on to a greater role with Audi Moncton. He is professional, knowledgeable and more importantly fair in every aspect of the deal. Hopefully he will be there for our next Audi deal on or around 2022.
