Today, I came in for the one required service for my 2018 Audi Q5. Two weeks ago my dashboard said “Oil Change”. This service was told to me by the saleswoman at the time to cost couple of hundred dollars 2-3 hundred max. There is only 8000 kms on the car. When I came in, I was not prepared for the rude awakening.

A day prior to my appointment, a salesperson named Gurpreet called me and excitedly told me Audi would love to buy my car since it has very low mileage and get me into something new. FYI, a car is not an iPhone, I do not need to change it every year or every other year. I replied I need to pass this through the wife. Is the dealership that desperate for sales? Or does he think I was that naive?

Anyhow this email is about the service. I promptly arrived at 2 for my scheduled appointment. But the reception was not ready. So I sat and waited over 15 minutes for her to call me up. Why schedule a time when clearly there was no availability? Not great.

When Christine briefed me on the service she said they need to do 2 software updates. One for the trunk and one for the door. Both have features I have stopped using long ago as they do not work. Those two services and oil change. She then informed me the service will be 680$. I said how come? Going rates for oil change from Mr. Lube etc is 60-80$ max. Throw in filter change max 50$ more. How did it arrive at 680$? Christine herself even said this can’t be right. Later she corrected herself yup this is the charge.

Looking at the bill later, there is no n/c for the software updates, but a whopping 378$ for labour? Are you kidding me? I leased 2 BMWs back to back, no service was needed until 25,000 km later. Oil and filter was max 200 including labour. Are you saying Audi is that inferior? OR that you did not charge me for the software updates but you charged me the time to do the updates? Why am I paying for something Audi is rectifying; deficiencies they created themselves?

DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE. I unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience at Audi Boundary and experienced a lot of gas lighting when ever I had questions or issues with the car. I was working with Gurpreet and his sales manager and the vehicle I wanted to buy was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned. When I got to actually financing the vehicle I was told it was not under warranty and was gaslit by Gurpreet into thinking that I was confused, and he was talking about another vehicle when I knew specifically which one I was talking about, and have photo evidence to prove the vehicle I test drove, referenced and ultimately purchased was advertised as having another year worth of a warranty and being certified pre-owned. I asked specifically if the moon roof seal had been checked, and was gas lit again, and was told that 'if it hadn't leaked yet it likely would not' and 'those leaks were for cars built after the pandemic'. I was told the car had been inspected and that this would not be an issue. I then experienced pressure from their finance team, Jahan specifically, to purchase additional warranty. I have now had the car 5 days and it was raining inside my car last night, because the moonroof is leaking, water then drips down from the overhead lights onto the center console, radio and gear shift. I am beyond disappointed, I feel taken advantage of, lied to, and do not trust their sales team. I told Gurpreet about the car leaking, he said he would contact service, its 9:45am, I have not heard from him so I called to set up the service appointment myself. I believe Audi Boundary will do whatever it takes to just push a car out the door and say what ever it takes to sell it without backing it up with action. I implore Audi Boundary to make this right but so far the experience has not been great, I will never buy a car here again. I will update my review accordingly if Audi Boundary makes this right.

Do not come here if you identify as a women (TOXIC MASCULINITY ALERT). I came in here today to test drive a car with my husband. The salesperson that "helped" us was Jordan Smith. Even though I was the one test driving the Q4, literally the whole time he was just talking to my husband about the car, did not even bother to make eye contact with me. At one point his back was towards me when he was explaining the details of the car to my husband; it was like I didn't matter. Never have I ever felt this disrespected in my life. So even though we are still interested in the car we test drove, we will FOR SURE not do business with this specific salesperson. I hope Audi will hire better, more respectful people in the future.

Have heard good things about OpenRoad Audi Boundary, and they helped us out years ago when our sunroof wouldn't close during a rainstorm, very kind and considerate, and patched well enough to get us home, free of charge. Just purchased a 2014 A$ Audi in fantastic shape, and are thrilled with our 'new' car. It's apparent that this is a very tight, and well-run dealership, and feels like they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with any decisions, without pressure. While Audi is a luxury brand, this dealership does not offer a luxury experience. We booked a test drive for a car on a Friday and confirmed again by text and phone on Monday just an hour before our scheduled drive. We get there and literally as soon as we sit in the car, dealer pulls us out of it to tell us it's just been sold. After a long-wined excuse, it becomes obvious that they brought us in just to use as leverage/backup for an ongoing deal with someone else for this same car. Same old used car salesman tactics.

The manager then sends us an email asking if we were satisfied with our experience. Obviously not. We tell him we're interested in another car, he says he'll do everything possible to work out a good deal for us. A week of waiting later, and the best they can offer is $500 off (which they will of course collect in additional dealership fees later).

Long story short, I went and bought my Audi at another dealership, and I suggest you do the same.

I recently dropped my car off for repairs at OpenRoad Audi. Although I didn't purchase the car there, Angel assisted me from the beginning. She promptly checked my car's warranty status and collected all the necessary information. Although I had to wait for some time to get a loaner, the overall repair process was incredibly fast. Angel shared detailed information about the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. My friend had an issue at another dealership where he was left in the dark about his car's status, but with Angel, that wasn't the case at all. She genuinely cares about her customers and is very knowledgeable.

Peter Chen is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable Audi sales to work with. Due to supply shortage, the delivery of RS6 can take anywhere between 1 - 1.5 years. This is one of the larger Audi dealerships in Metro Vancouver. Showroom is large with a few cars in the showroom for viewing. Service area is big as well but not many people working. There is also a lounge area is stock with coffee, tea, and water station. Recently I’ve been here twice and both occasions there is no bottled water in the fridge. This is quite disappointing especially on a warm day. I would’ve given another star if the lounge area is fully stocked.

I bought my first Audi in this shop. The shopping experience was far beyond my expectations. My sales consultant is Sarah, and as a bilingual sales person she speaks Mandarin and English very well. She's the most responsible salesperson I've ever seen. With her help I was able to get ahead of my order very quickly, which was rare during the pandemic. She always responds quickly for my questions. She gave me a very satisfactory price for my order. Since I had no transportation on the day I picked up the car, she sacrificed her time to pick me up in person. By the way, with her help, I got a lot of little Audi gifts.

Disappointing experience, after taking the car to the dealership to make an appearance package claim they failed to make the claim and I returned for the service and claim hadn't been started requiring an additional visit, after the windshield had been installed the lane departure system failed most likely due to incorrect calibration. Called to get fixed and they refused to give me a lift to my work and therefore I have to wait 2 weeks for a loaner car to address this issue. Will consider an alternative dealership for all future servicing. Still waiting for this issue to be addressed.

Came here because there was a BMW that I was looking for in their used inventory. The sales girl was really nice and courteous, responded to all my inquiries promptly. I really enjoyed my interaction with her. However I didn't end up getting the car because the sales manager was being rude, unreasonable and tried low balling my trade-in offer. I had been offered with a trade-in that was $5,000 lower than the average trade-in price on my car (I've done appraisal at another dealership and did my research...). And I after I questioned him, he kept trying to convince me that my car is hard to sell and get my car in resellable condition will cost him more than 5k... At the end he even said we don't want your trade in and you can go somewhere else. I was stoked at the end as he put in minimum effort to make the deal work, and tried to offer me $100 cash or equal value Audi swags to close the deal... I felt insulted and walked out of the door. If you want to buy a non-audi used car here, do it with cash, they have good price. But be careful with trade in as you may loose a good chunk of money there.

Joe Yen is the best sales person to deal with. I am the type of person who is more concerned about service than product. To my satisfaction Joe went above and beyond. I told him over the phone that I want to buy this car and we agreed upon the best offer over the phone yet he tried everything he could to provide me even the best price he could and on top of it he professionally handled the transaction.Honestly, If it was another sales person he or she could have sold the same car for more money but Joe stuck to his word and he delivered his promise that’s what it matters in life. Having said that If u looking for a car then by all means this is the dealership u want to shop. Based on my experience what I can suggest that don’t go after the deal but service! Nothing but fabulous service you will experience here including business, insurance and service. I am not getting paid for this review but I feel I should as I spent good time on leaving this review....just kidding!!!

Cynthia, part of the sales team was a pleasure to deal with. Her professionalism, knowledge and patience during the process (I liked two different models-and had a tough time deciding) was really supportive, and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. I liked that! Go see Cynthia! Also, Harj and Vivian were very welcoming and supportive throughout my time there. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years, and know great service.
