Recently went to Luciani Acura jean talon to purchase a car and had Mr Dubuc as a sales rep. It was remarkable the amount of knowledge he had on the car, all of the questions were answered and was more then accommodating in all respects.I had the best experience and i highly recommend mr Dubuc for he is a true professional sales rep!

Hello, my name is Gaolou Zheng, and my foreign language is not good. I bought an Acura Mdx 2016 from Luciani Acura on January 17 this year. Since they lost a car key, they only gave me a key and they agreed. Will re-produce a key to me, but it ’s been over two months, and I have n’t got another key. During this time, I sent many emails, no one responded to me, and I went to the store to inquire, staff Tell me that I haven't started to prepare the keys yet. Depressed! Don't they want to give me this key? I'll wait another month. If I haven't got my keys, I will complain to them through OPC. Another problem is that the day I mentioned the car, I found that they replaced the original Michelin tire with another brand Tires, I do n’t know why. Fortunately, I found an advertising photo of this car. The photo clearly shows that the original tires are Michelin tires. They unconditionally replaced me with the original tires. Everyone should pay attention to buying used cars in the future! !! !!

Amazing purchasing experience, from the moment you walk in and are assigned a sales person there is a feeling of cohesiveness, the sales person Sebastien was extremely polite and worked with us to drive away in a TLX and the manager was the icing on the cake with him accommodating us with our requests, and even the finance director was very understanding , they work as a team and each one went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Horrible service department. Can't even fix a new car properly. Denis, the service manager knows nothing about brand quality or customer service. He says that a crooked car is what to expect from acura. Totally not impressed.took them 5 months to determine car cannot be repaired... And it was a brand new 2019 rdx with a than 20km. Assembly was horrible. Precision crafted my @ss.

A very disappointing experience. When we first bought the MDX in May, they didn't put the cargo cover in the vehicle, and when we contacted them about this,. They said there's nothing they can do about it which is very disappointing obviously. We expected to have a cargo cover in our vehicle. Now we went to put our winter tires on and Luciani dealership had given us one of the wrong rims, so we had to pay at the place we went because they had put three tires on and when they went to put the 4th is when they realized it was the wrong rim, they had to take the three tires off and put back on our summer Tires , so even though we couldn't get the winter tires put on we had to pay for the work they did. Luciani solution was to just give us another rim, even though we had 5 inches of snow. We asked if they could please come and put the winter tires on the vehicle by sending their service, and they refused. Even though it was completely unsafe for us to be driving with summer Tires, and because of all the snow we had in our area, of course no one had time to put our winter tires on. We were proactive and ahead of the game watching the weather to make sure that we were getting our winter tires put on in a safe and timely manner and because of Luciani error giving us the wrong rim we were unable to do so. And Luciani did not make it right. And now we have to pay again to go and put the tires on with the right rim! We called Acura Canada and of course they said there's nothing they will do either. I strongly advise not to go to this dealership.

worst experience ever!! after buying the car, prob with Ac, need 4 months to fix it, after fixing it prob with accounting, after fixing accounting prob with them trying to change oil.. take more than 6 hours for an oil change!! still waiting in the waiting room!! i have a an appointment at 10am, I put the car right after putting my son to daycare, now need to pick up my son but car wasnt done !! ppl are nice there but they are really incompetent!

Complete as@les and liars. I remember one of the seller telling me that heated seat can't be installed because it would burn the seat. That is the most stupid thing I have ever heard.
Avoid this place they will try to sell you anything on the floor. Waste of my time and money. Let them go bankrupt!

Best service I can ever get. I went to all Acura deals in Montreal, and this one outstands by far in terms of quality of service. You can not ask more! Even the price for a brand new car is better than all other ones. I am very happy I went there, as they took the time to answer all my questions. I got helped by a gentleman called Sebastien, and he is someone very pleasant and competent to speak to. 11/10!
