Our initial impression was good, until it came time to settle the deal. The sales guy was great and promised he’d work something out because we really wanted weather tech mats that weren’t included with the vehicle. Well they wasted two hours of our time doing the typical back and forth with the manager, who finally came to speak to us and in the most demeaning way possible told us why they couldn’t possibly compensate for the $400 that we were asking off. We walked away thoroughly disappointed (and insulted) after having driven 2 hours to see the car.

Two days later, the sales guy managed to get our $400 off and we bought the car. Upon our scheduled arrival to pick it up a week later they were still “cleaning” the car. It was a quick vacuum and wipe down. The scratches on the bumper and door handles they had been promised to buff out hadn’t been touched. The car was still filthy with the previous owner’s dirt in obvious spots like door handles, cup holders and buttons. They left us with half a tank of gas. They had not reset the computer system, so I could have payed the previous owners a visit via GPS guidance, called them by name, while listening to their favourite radio stations.

Seriously disappointed with the level of service provided here. The sales rep was friendly and kind but didn’t follow through on promises made. The manager was rude and demeaning. The servicing and detailing of the car was very poorly done. We made a good purchase but couldn’t wait to get out of there and leave the dealership behind.

I purchased a car for my wife not long ago, I would say almost $40,000. Bought it with very low mileage as well with a warrantee from Acura. The car barely has been used, driven 3,000km additional to when I bought it and realized my whole interlock was covered by oil by this car. Covered is an understatement. I brought it back to Acura so they could fix the issue. They supposedly solved the problem but as I was driving it home, I realized there was a trail of oil from my car. At this point I am furious. I’ve spent so much money on this car, barely have used this and have been having a reoccurring problem. I then brought back the car once again and they gave me a rental. At this point I don’t even want the car back. It has been such a burden on me. If you want my advice please do not purchase from Acura. Biggest mistake of my life.

Terrible customer service !!! No fairness, no honesty. One was the lowest mark but with me personally they scored a minus.

A couple months ago, I found a used Lexus online selling this vehicle from Maple Acura. The pictures were great. The sales person explained to me that this was a trade-in from a customer he knew and the car was in excellent shape. He assured me that Acura checks it’s used cars with great care before they put them up for sale. And that I have nothing to worry about. Except a few scratches on one of the rims and a few stone chips on the hood. Awesome, seems great thus far.

Then I physically arrived at the dealership to pick up the car and the first words out of the sales person’s mouth were that I am so lucky to be dealing with a reputable dealer that has excellent customer service..... I felt super comfortable and happy. So after signing the paperwork giving away the deposit getting into the car only to find that the infotainment screen for the navigation, media, the heating and air-conditioning is cracked. Wow, a bit of a disappointment but why do I have to worry about I have excellent customer service coming from a, “reputable Acura dealer that has excellent customer service....” right... no wrong.
What happened to the 7000 point inspection and thorough check of the vehicle that I was assured I’m getting?

Normally, I would walk away from the deal but I drove four hours to Toronto and caught a ride from a friend. I couldn’t leave the car behind and cancel the deal.

The sales person was somewhat cooperating and concerned but the general manager, Paulo Gomes, was a real you know what. He was willing to do nothing. Unbelievable. A $2700 repair that is not reported from a reputable car dealer that promise you normality but this is not normal. This is not a $300 missed repair. So shortly, after we got the car the screen started to flicker, changing colours, and now you can barely see it because the colour is fading.

High score on Google. Maybe it’s easier for them to uphold and deliver this so called customer service when selling a brand new car without any potential issues. But, when it comes to a used car they fail miserably. The least they could’ve said was there is a problem with the screen in the ad online and selling the car in that condition the way it is. Like I said before, nothing was said.

I guess they were expecting me not to notice the damage and drive away with the broken screen. Then they will simply would have blame it on me for the broken screen after getting home with it.
A very honest bunch.

Do not buy any used cars from them.

I brought in my car to have my brakes done which costed me over 1K (only rear were completed). The job was done approximately 3 hours earlier than what was stated on the receipt - I had to pay for the labour hours stated on the receipt. I wasn't offered a complimentary car wash either. Safe to say, that was the last time going to this dealership.

I recently leased a 2020 Acura ILX Premium from Eric Truong at Maple Acura. This is my second car purchase at any dealership and Maple Acura by far has been the easiest and best service that I have ever experienced! We knew what type of car we wanted but with the help of Eric, we were able to narrow down which model type was best for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars and knows what he’s talking about. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I really appreciated how he took the time to help us understand the difference between the model types and what is included. Gave details and explained the different features so that we understood what we felt would be important to us in a car. Eric was patient and answered all of our questions/concerns. Their staff was friendly and helpful every time we came in. Simon in Parts helped with getting our winter tires for the car. Darya in Financial Services was very patient and helped me to understand what the next steps were when getting approval for leasing.

Overall my experience with Maple Acura has been fantastic! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Eric’s expertise and patience, it really helped us in finding the right car that meets our needs. I am looking forward to enjoying my car for the next couple of years but also will be coming back to lease my next car with Eric/Maple Acura as well.

I leased a 2020 Acura TLX from Eric at Maple Acura. I have to say this is the best/easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles he sells and he takes the time to explain each feature to you in detail. He even took the time to introduce us to the service staff so we'd know who to talk to and what to do when we bring in our car for service. He's very patient answering any questions/concerns you have. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Best of all, he has a very pleasant and accommodating demeanour throughout.

Called multiple Acura dealerships for a quote on ordering a part (2018 A-Spec trunk lip spoiler) for my Acura TLX. This was the only dealership with a knowledgeable and extremely kind staff that actually knew about Acura cars. Another dealer tried to charge me $300 for the same part (or another part for all I know, that staff was embarrassingly unprofessional, uninformed and overall stupid ) that I got here for $150. If your time, money and mental state are some things you care about go here!

This was the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a car from will. I purchased a used 2016 ILX vehicle in October 2018. I purchased the car on a Monday and called them asking when I could pick up the car they said the paperwork and car will be ready my Thursday but I was advised to come on the Saturday so they could fully detail my car which I had no problem with. When it came time to pick up my car as I was leaving the parking lot I noticed the inside of the car was dirty. It wasn’t even wiped down and full of dust. I later email my sale rep explaining how I was upset to see I was promised a fully detailed car and it wasn’t even clean her told me no problem come back when you can and we’ll clean it. Living out of the city and having a small child it wasn’t really realistic so I let it be. As the weather got better it was time for me to switch from using the heating system to now using air conditioning only to find out surprisingly that the air conditioning doesn’t work (something that I should have been told before purchasing the car) I have no problem fixing something but this is a something that should have been told to me and not hidden from me so I could have a proper decision if this car was for me or not. When calling and speaking to the purchasing manager he’s said “don’t accuse us of anything” what does that even mean?? I explained that this is something I should have told and asked what they can do for me all he said is “you can pay for a diagnosis and we’ll tell you what’s wrong” That’s not doing anything for your paying customer by offering me a standard charge that they usually charge other customers and that’s definitely not appropriate customer service the way I was spoken to. This place has the worst customer service in my opinion.

They are one of the worse people I dealt with. Paul the general manager is not professional. He is very rude and does not compensate for the work employees they did. Acura cars are also very expensive in repair, and not a reliable car! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! If I could give them 0 stars I would have given them.
I was asked if I co-sign for my mother, she gets a discount and this does not appear in my credit. This was confirmed by 2 people other than me. The information was inaccurate and when I approached them to fix it they are asking to pay a new application. I complaint to Honda and they said contact the owner of the franchise. Regardless, Paul the manager was not professional, very abrupt and did not take responsibility for his staff action. I am going to reach out to owner. Aurora maple that we dealt in past were much much better.

Will never take my vehicle here again! I took my car in for an airbag light on the dash. They checked it out claimed the issue was from objects falling under the seat and disturbing the wires/connectors for the airbags. They remedied the issue by pulling a few water bottles out from under my seat clipping the harness back in and charging a diagnostic fee ($130 +HST) despite the fact that the vehicle is still under a comprehensive warranty. The real kicker is that when I returned home and went into the back seat to clean out the water bottles and plastic gum container that they had found, I see that the back cover of my seat has been removed and not resecured (see my pictures of Maple Acura). After immediately calling them, they had me drive back to the dealership where a technician took a look and ultimately fixed it.

Maple Acura doesn't take thier clients seriously and lacks efficacy from a servicing standpoint. I would stay clear seeing as thier price point and quality of work are not in alignment and the care that you would expect for your Acura is not what they provide.

Overall I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2015 Acura TLX with Maple Acura! Alex Figgins was amazing to work with. I first met Alex in the summer when I came into Maple Acura to find out more about the new TLX. Alex was very knowledgeable and courteous, he even kept my 3-year old son busy for me so I could check out the car. When I came back to make a deal in the fall, Alex was patient and worked hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with. They made sure I wasn't just satisfied with my deal but actually excited about it.
