Bought a 2019 Acura RDX A-SPEC from Jeff @ Campus Acura. I’ve had 7 Acura’s, my pops drives 5 Series BMW’s, and I have never felt so comfortable in a vehicle in my life! Sell everything you have if you have to, get one. There are no bad colour options either, I have never seen that before from any automaker. Staff are helpful and make you feel comfortable, I would never say anything bad about anyone but honestly the dealership is well managed. Check it out!

Nick Lee is was our salesperson. During the whole process he showed great professionalism, advanced product knowledge, was super easy going and never pushy.

Having been to Acura for service numerous times- James and his crew have earned my business by being up front and honest. Telling me about options, and I always was happy with all service and maintenance done over at Acura.

I'm glad my family and I can continue to go there and feel 'looked after'.

Pathetic service.. Very sad...I would give only a star. I traveled all the way from Duncan to Victoria to get my alternator changed plus oil change and wheel rotations. Andrew was taking care of this. He said its ok to come today to get this thing changed ASSUMING they have it in stock. They asked me to come in 3 to 4 hours, I was ok with it. I spent all that time in a mall and finally when I get a call back after 3-4 hours saying they don't have alternator in stock, Like seriously. I wasted my whole day thinking that it will be done today. I skipped work to get this damn thing done. I was angry but didn't utter a word. Just came out of the store with just an oil change done which I could have managed in Duncan itself and was served no compensation for it too. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. I would prefer going to Burrard Acura in Vancouver downtown where I bought this car from. I always got excellent service there. Don't mind paying 150$ extra for the ferry. Time is very important for us, I hardly get any days off. Can't afford to waste a day like this.

He is extremely patient and delivers world class customer service. I have started my conversation with Eddie 6 months prior to me buying a car. Eddie was polite, not pushy but always followed up with me time to time to let me know what was available. I can only give it two stars because Andrew from the service department is a nice guy. However, things happen. Last time scheduled my car in, with additional note that I told Andrew please find the mechanist to have a look at my folding mirrors, which is not included in the warranty, and we set 4hrs maximum labor. He noted on the paper that check the mirrors after other services are done, I said cool. When I got home a friend just called me that he could look that up for me, so I called Andrew to cancel that request, and he did. When I picked up my car, he said I have to pay $140 for the labour done on the mirrors, which is "ridiculous" to me. I called him the second I got my friend's call, which is only something like over 1hr after I left the dealer, and he said the mechanist started that part first, which is not our deal. I'm not a cheap guy and I paid that 140 eventually without hesitation, but told them what I was thinking. They seemed so "right", saying that the mechanist decides what to do first. THEN WHY SHOULD WE HAVE NOTES FOR THE MECHANIST ANYWAY? I paid but that made zero sense to me. Today when I was looking for something in my car, I found that the guy who did the last service for my car even forgot to put a clip under the centre control console, lmfao. Being a nice service manager doesn't make everything they do right. This isn't personal, but I will NOT go to them again. I will service my Acura in Vancouver or Richmond next time, even if I have to pay the ferry.
