What an amazing dealership. After negative experiences with a Lower Mainland Acura dealership, I found myself at Harmony Acura after a move to area. My 2014 RLX had been clunking a bit over bumps. The car is still under an extended Acura warranty.

That Lower Mainland dealer had tried to extort $1,500 to have the items that were supposed to be covered under warranty replaced, along with a bunch of other extraneous charges. They also told me it would be 6 weeks before the parts would be available.

After talking with Jeff at Harmony, I was told the parts were immediately available. he would order them in and told me to call once I had a spot open in my schedule. I called last Monday and was there on Wednesday. Aaron checked in the car, kept me updated on it's progress and handed it back to me after the work was completed. And just the way an honorable business should operate, the parts were replaced under warranty with no charge.

There was a night and day difference in the car afterwards. It was like a new vehicle! I will have no issue returning to Harmony Acura for all my maintenance needs, even after the car is off warranty. The entire crew at Harmony Acura has earned my respect and loyalty as a customer.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while.
We are super happy with Harmony Acura and also Aaron the service advisor. We moved here from Ontario a few years back and we have an older MDX that is out of warranty we initially brought out MDX in for a recall check. We were treated with care and respect even though we had a slightly older vehicle.
In Ontario, we didn’t do regular maintenance with Acura once our warranty was over because they were crazy expensive. The prices at Harmony are the same (if not slightly less expensive) than Jiffy Lube. They use OEM parts and if we have time even wash the car! So better service at the same price and even the coffee is better...
we recently had some other work done and the pricing was better than the Napa service center, and again it was done with Acura products and not after market.
Overall, the service is great, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and the prices are either comparable or better than the after market garages. So much better than our dealership in Ontario. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, I saw a used car they had on the lot and made a phone call that morning and offered their asking price that day. After arguing with Andrew that I would need the car for 2 days to have it gone thru as I don't live in Kelowna. He said it wasn't possible to allow a car out on loan for 2 days even with a deposit. I've had other vehicles for up to week at other dealerships. So I have 24 hours with this car, to learn 1 of the winter tires the car comes with extra, has a huge bulge sticking out, and the other a nail and doesn't have any air in it. He assures me they have gone thru the car and its good to go! Then Quinn gets involved and is quite rude on the phone, even at one point says "fine see you at 3 today" and hangs the phone up. Then I'm left dealing with Tristan who the poor guy is clearly being managed rude, disrespectful people, and he cant make a decision or a move without permission. All in all, terrible experience, with everyone except Jackie in finance. Couldn't even be bothered to look into Thule roof rack keys for the rack that came on the car. Rack attack had them in stock in Kelowna. The whole key ordeal could've easily been avoided, but heaven forbid these guys think about customer experience. I should've shopped somewhere else.

We had an initial good experience with the gentleman who was helping us over the phone as we live in Vancouver. When we went up there to look at the vehicle our experience quickly changed. We were bullied and harassed and purposefully intimidated by their sales manager and left after the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I understand the techniques used by salesmen as I've purchased cars before, but never have I been treated like this. I have steered anyone I know in Kelowna away from this dealership.

I drove up from Van to review a specific used car after a phone call with Ryan, and it was a positive experience the entire time. They were accommodating to my review process. There is no documentation fee, the way it should be! What value do other dealerships provide for that fee? Why is that a thing? When it came to negotiating the price, there was no "Let me go talk to my manager." BS! Nope, Andrew and I just discussed it directly, honestly, and fairly, face to face. We were done in a few minutes.
I wish I bought the car from my girlfriend, but I bought it from Harmony, and now I think of Ryan and the Harmony team every time I drive it rather than my girlfriend! LOL.

Let’s call this the 'honeymoon' and 'divorce' experience with Harmony Acura (HA). At first everything was great dealing with HA, as I purchased a used import, all good. Fast forward a week, I end up purchasing another used import and was treated to great service from John. I pick up the car, and no more than 15 minutes of driving the car off the lot the engine blows up, spewing oil everywhere! I offered to have the vehicle towed to HA for troubleshooting. After I provided explicit instructions to Quinn (sales Mgr. and others) regarding troubleshooting/repair, the true (lack of) professionalism and lack of customer service became evident.

After almost a week of waiting around , I collapse the deal, request full reimbursement of the purchase price and all out-of-pocket monies. Quinn decides he wants to be 'right' in an argument with me, bickering over reimbursing me for my out-of-pockets monies due to their vehicle being a lemon. At that point, HA lost a future customer and likely many more customers due to HA's lack of professionalism, customer service, and needing to be 'right'.

Test driving a vehicle was an easy and helpful process. I went in to test drive a vehicle that my wife drove. After receiving a great offer I tried to go home and talk things over. I asked for my keys back and bunch of things happened including .... Someone coming to take another look at it.... Leaving me somewhat forced to take the vehicle I had test driven home. We did end up buying it so I'm not upset but be prepared they want your business.
Emman our sales man was very nice genuine and helpful. I liked doing business with them and can recommend them they will get you a great price on your next car purchase.

The moment we arrived at the dealership we were warmly welcomed; Marco and Joe were fantastic to deal with! We bought our vehicle after viewing it online and discussing most of the details over the phone. We scheduled a test drive for the vehicle we were most interested in and one or two others just to be sure. Our test drives went well without any pressure from the salesman at all along the way. We were able to make a decision and from that point, the sales staff did everything they could to make us comfortable between visiting the onsite insurance agent and waiting for winter tires to be installed.

Had an issue with the software in my 2019 RDX A-Spec (Auto wasn't detecting the correct time zone, among other related minor issues). Came in and spoke with Aaron. He was very accommodating on timing to fit me in, as well as providing a loaner vehicle.

He even went above and beyond by being able to provide details of the loaner so that it would not be an issue at work. Aaron was also very helpful in general questions and maintenance suggestions (beyond what the "recommended" are).

I would just like to say thank you to Harmony Honda and Wolfgang in the service department. My husband and I purchased a new-to-us vehicle on May 18, 2019 and after we drove it home, the check engine light went on. It took a bit of time for the part to come in to remedy the problem, but Wolfgang worked very hard to ensure that our new vehicle was repaired and even went as far as to install an airbag that was part of a recall.
