Just leased a 2020 RDX after debating whether I should finance or lease. I went to see Marty as a friend had referred me and he was very patient with my family and walked me through all of the features. In addition, I could tell he is really passionate about Acura as he has worked for over 17 years and really knows his stuff! There was no pressure to buy and I ended up getting the A-Spec. Marty spent a lot of time showing me how to set the SUV up when it arrived and I would highly recommend Marty to others if they are looking for a new vehicle.

I had a great experience during my purchase but horrible service from the service department. When I arrive the employee working at the service desk says for me to wait in the service bay and someone will come and help. Nobody shows up so I go back to the service desk and the guy says “we don’t have anyone working in the service bay.” Lol. So I made an appointment to have my winter tires swapped out and told them when I booked that I would be waiting for my car. The service employee then tells me it will be a couple hours wait. So then why did I prebook and tell them I was waiting. This is a 10 min job. Absolutely horrendous customer service!
I am editing this review after the Service Manager Christopher Mani reached out to me within 24 hours of my review. He apologized for the poor service that I received and was very accommodating in trying to fix the situation. He took ownership and did not make any excuses. I was really impressed and want to reflect a more accurate star rating so have changed it from one star to five. Clearly customer service is very important to the Service Manager and to this dealership.
Purchased a 2016 Volvo V60 from Marty last month. Great experience, he went above and beyond. He had the car ready to go before the appointment, was super transparent about everything and even brought it to and from Volvo of Edmonton to have my requested pre-purchase inspection completed. He even personally washed my car as they were short-staffed due to COVID restrictions! Negotiation and F&I was hassle-free and I was in and out in no time. This was my first dealer car-buying experience and it could not have gone smoother.
Best experience purchasing a used Acura here. Unfortunately, I looked at the unit Westside had first... and seeing how it was practically mint, and super low kms, it ruined any possibly I had of wanting to buy anything else currently available (2015-2017 TLX). My salesman was Erik, and I get the feeling he is a "car guy" like I used to be. I've been driving SUVs for the last 8 years, and was wanting to sit in a TLX and ILX to see how comfortable they were. The ILX was a bit tight... the TLX was just right. Erik was very knowledgeable about all the features and functions of the car, and I ended up teaching other salesmen about it when I was comparing at other dealerships. For a luxury sedan, this is a serious fun ride.
I could have bought a higher km, fairly good condition model for much less at another dealer, but this perfect condition unit, plus friendly Erik's superior service brought me back.
After some excellent negotiations, we settled on a deal I was happy with, and am now the happy owner of a 2015 Acura TLX! It was truly an easy, pleasant experience.
Afterwards, check-ins by text, and a seriously awesome gift basket of treats made for a happy day (couple of days, some cookies left).

I just bought a 2020 Acura RDX at West Side Acura. I was fortunate to get Jeff Ma as my salesman and he made it a wonderful experience for me. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and what my budget was. I walked out of there with the vehicle I have always wanted within the budget I had.
Jeff was very professional and he not only walked me all around the outer area of the vehicle explaining all about it but spent time explaining all the workings and functions of the vehicle.

Dear Acura owners, please think twice or thrice before servicing your vehicle at West Side Acura. I took my 2017 RDX there for replacing the windshield for which they charged $1036. On the invoice, they said they sublet the service to Glass Masters. Out of curiosity, I called Glass Masters for a quote, their price was around $450 for the glass, installation, calibration and tax, for which West Side Acura charged $1036, almost 120% more. People say don't go to dealer for service because you will get ripped off, which I experienced now. So, in future any of you planning to change your windshield please go to Glass Masters or other shops, not to Worst Side Acura...sorry West Side Acura!

In listening to my concerns, he was able to explain potential underlying causes while offering prompt service to rectify the issues. My vehicle was serviced and returned to me with a fresh wash and vacuum, vibrations and squealing resolved! He was able to reiterate my concerns and provide the rationale behind the service provided, in layman's terms which was much-appreciated. Was car shopping for over a month before finding exactly what I wanted within my allotted budget at west side acura. Easygoing, good-natured, and professional employees. West Side Acura has always been a pleasure to work with. Marty is probably one of the best sales people in the business. He has sold us 3 SUV's already and continues to assist us with any service issues we have (which are very few). West Side even reimbursed me when they had completed a service that was not up to par to Acura standards. The Service staff is very professional, the car always gets a wash and they are usually able to squeeze you in for a service at any time of the week - loaners are always available as well. Although I live on the south side, I prefer to make the drive to the west end because I know my vehicle will be well taken care of and I won't get pushed around for services I don't need.
