First off, id like to say that the dealership is very clean and inviting. Everyone greats you and treats you like family. The manager named “Will”“was very Professional and friendly. While dealing with advisor Steven Sharkey, and service manager Fab Perri, I was confident that all of my servicing needs were understood. In picking up my vehicle it was evident that all of my requests were met and that they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, exceeding all of my expectations. Went in to test drive what looked like a nice truck. When we finally got into the truck for a test drive, we opened the door to and saw that where there would usually be a radio, touch screen, and climate control, there were wires hanging out everywhere. The entire center display had been removed and needed to be replaced. What a surprising lack of communication and waste of my time. Buyer beware, I guess.

Southview Acura has the best service department I have ever dealt with. Hands down. They are always courteous, and provide honest high quality work; the best thing for me though, is that they always make you feel like they really care. After my latest visit I had to write a review- I got a flat tire late Friday night, and showed up Saturday morning with no appointment for when they first opened. I had a spare set of rims and tires so all I needed was a swap, but I needed it ASAP because I was supposed to be back at work that day, 5 hours away from Edmonton. Steven was amazing, he found space for me that morning and got me back on the road before lunch. Big thanks to the whole service team for keeping me on the road and working! If you are looking for a trustworthy place to service your car, this is it.

I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership.

My family has purchased 2 new vehicles from Southview Acura the past year and found the Sales Manager, Philip Young, dishonest. Specials/Programs were not honored. I have sent 2 emails to Philip and both were ignored. We went into the dealership and discussed with Philip directly, twice. Both times he promised to look into the matter and have it resolved by the end of the day. We never heard back from him.

We are satisfied with the service department but we will not be returning due to Philip. Even though he is the manager of a different department, his dishonesty and lack of customer service reflects poorly on the dealership. We will be escalating our issue with Acura Canada.

I am not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but we did not have a great experience at all. We went to look for a Car that was at the web side and them we decided to get a 2019 MDX and we were waiting to get approved they asked for 2000 dollars deposit and we gave to them Next day we get approved as my husband credit is super but unfortunately my father passed away and we call them before even sign any documents from the leasing company we told them that we are not going to purchasing the vehicle as my father passed away and I did not have any desire to buy at that moment my husband went to the dealer to inform and they did not have the heart to understand they tried to convince him to purchase the car and the worst part the took it 300 DOLLARS from the deposit There is not solidarity not respect and plus they do not have the right to take that money I WILL GO TO TALK TO THE AUTHORITIES THAT CONTROL THIS ACTS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER

Been dealing with Emil in sales and Alan the manager, those two guys went above and beyond!
I was really impressed with their energy finding me the right car! It was also really fast and efficient. Came in for my appointment, and within about two hours Emil was helping me move my belongings from the old car to my new one!!

I've never been to Southview Acura until today and let me say they have gained a customer for sure. I bought a part (battery) from them that they matched and beat from another Acura dealership. Everyone welcomed me into the dealership and were very personable and friendly.

A HUGE shoutout to Steven, Stephan and Duane for helping me install my battery, go over any questions I had about my engine and didn't charge me. Great, right?!

A job well done gentlemen. I will definitely be back to this dealership......maybe next time to even purchase another Acura. 😊

I had a lease from Montreal that they took over and got me into the 2019 TLX at a great price. The process was quick and easy. I had bad experience with westside acura, so today i decided to do oil change from South view. I wanted to returned old battery to get my $10 refund but parts department refused to give money without receipt. But when my friend bought new battery for my mdx while I was in Toronto, he asked parts department do I need receipt when returning old battery somebody in parts told its ok just bring it in. Today they refused to refund though i told them it was cash purchased on may 5th 2016. They can see on system cash purchase + they can see new acura branded battery is installed. why i will lie for $10 when i am spending almost 300$ today for servicing my car. I am sure they can see on system that battery which was bought on may 05th on cash didnt receive old battery against that invoice. So i told them keep battery for free which they did.

Went shopping for an Acura RDX and the initial offer was great and wanted to trade in a vehicle and they started to nickel and dime on the discounts and the on the value of the trade in. After signing the offer, they inspected the vehicle and tried to go back back on their offer and kept changing prices. We stopped negotiations and continued with other dealerships who actually held up their offer. My suggestion is don't shop with Southview because they can go back on their offers after signing them and definately dont do a trade in with them. Their initial numbers might look great to get you in but the service and the way they do business leaves a bitter taste. Shopped around with West Acura, Red Deer and Calgary dealerships and found them to be much better. West Acura especially was much more honest with their dealings and did not try to nickel and dime us, nor go back on the signed offer. Recommendation - check multiple dealerships and get offers from all of them but beware of dealing with Southview.

started at West Side Acura, negotiated with their General Manager, wouldn't budge on his price, came over to Southview Acura, dealt with Philip Young, what a treat in comparison. I offered a fair price, it was accepted with no haggles, and it was 3k cheaper than West Side Acura for the same car with same options. A really great experience, and they didn't try to gouge me. Will definatley do business with them again. You definately want to shop around if concidering a vehicle at West Side.

after going to a whole bunch of dealerships around mayfield and pretty much all of sherwood park, i have to say this acura was the best overall in terms of service. the sales rep tim seemed genine and more honest then all the others and even tho the final price on our car was ever slightly higher than another dealership, they threw in a bunch of extras and made it worth it.
