Had a great experience with Shane at Northwest Acura when looking for a new car. Shane listened carefully to what we were looking for and was able to provide great suggestions. While ultimately we did not purchase a vehicle here, I would have gone out of my way to purchase here if there was an Acura that met my families requirements.

Not a good experience with service, had a major computer error. I'm dealing with Kelly couple time, she implied that there is a sign of I had my vehicle repaired else where, while it's still under full factory warranty, which is absolutely no way I would do that to a new vehicle. She more likely try to get u to pay for a repair rather than Acura warranty coverage.
We purchased our first RDX from NW Acura in 2008 and just purchased our 3rd last week. It has always been a perfect vehicle for us. In the 12 years we have been dealing with NW Acura, the service has always been exceptional, a key reason for going back. The staff are always very courteous, very friendly and professional. March, 2020 - I bought a used 2016 Ford Edge Sport from Northwest Acura. I had a great experience with Koh, Danny & Misha that I dealt with at your dealership. I bought a 2018 Acura this week and was very impressed with the patient and calm manner of the General Sales Manager, Josh at Crowfoot. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he asked Mike to help me. Within a day & a half I picked out, test drove, and bought the right car for me - plus traded in my car. I just recently bought a used 2014 Lexus is350 from Danny and my experience has been the best from the beginning till the end. I had a tire problem but Chris and his team from service looked after my vehicle and dealt with my situation as quick as possible. Wow! We received first class service from our Acura dealership yesterday when our battery went dead. I placed a call to Chris Chamberlain and within minutes he had Andy on his way to help us out — this kind of service in this day and age is unheard of. Andy tried boasting the battery with no success and then rushed back to the dealership to pick up a new one. We were up and running in no time. Thanks so very much to Chris and Andy you made our day!
No doubt customer is good. However I own 2014 TL 3.7L and has burning oil Problem. I have been cooperative with the dealer on the oil consumption test and now they say it’s normal. Last recent visit I brought the car in at 40% with no oil on the dip stick. Get a email 1hr later that it’s normal.
I don’t have the time to argue as this will be my last Acura. My TL has less than 100K and burning problem will be excessive in the future. Acura Canada even sent out a mail saying this is not a safety concern but for “Customer Satisfaction”. And I am not Satisfied as my vehicle has extended warranty.
Just a heads up to everyone don’t buy the 3.7L if they are not gonna help you out. Acura please explain.
Everyone at Northwest Acura is fantastic. I wasn’t planning on buying a car the day I went in, but I found a beautiful car, negotiated a great price for my trade in, and am so happy! From the salesman to the finance managers to the delivery man I dealt with, they were all so pleasant. They are all extremely friendly and care about me as a human being rather than just a customer. Had a wonderful experience buying my vehicle from Mike at the Crowfoot Acura location. I found Mike to be very knowledgeable and patient. He didn’t push us to buy, he answered all of our questions and when we told him we needed to sleep on it and possibly look around, he was super kind and understanding. My mother was at this dealership and they tried telling her that it was a mandatory for $680 nitrogen air for tires, and some other hidden fees, she called me from the dealer and I told her to leave. Sunny was good but sales managers are typically sneaky, called Acura head office and they don’t condone these kind of fees and they said they would follow up with the dealer, we called up to Edmonton Southview Acura and they sent a build sheet no fees plus taxes drove up the next morning and bought it no issues, seriously NO mandatory Fees!! Funny that!
Working in the Sales industry myself I had very high expectations walking into Northwest Acura, Sunny and Misha blew them out of the park. The hospitality and hard work they both put into getting myself and my boyfriend into a new vehicle that met our standards is unbelievable. This Calgary Acura dealership cannot get any better! When purchasing a vehicle new or used, most dealerships will sell you a car without considering the buyer's circumstances as it is just another number to them. However, the amount of support and honesty you get from these guys is just unreal. They consider you as family and will treat you as such. What an experience we recently went through going through those doors and coming out of them with a new car. They are with you every step of the way and it doesn't stop once the car is sold.
Our adventure started with the perfect salesman, Noel. Noel listened, took things into account, understood, and worked with our family to try to get the car we wanted at an affordable price. Once the numbers worked out, we were directed to a Financial Services Manager, Kevin. Kevin also listened, took things into account, understood and worked with our family to get the final numbers in order for us to walk out with our ideal car. A bonus reason why you should consider purchasing here is that if one of their team members are away, another takes over flawlessly (Misha - Senior Financial Services Manager - did just that) After a few days of emails and getting all our ducks in a row, we were able to come back in to take our newly purchased car home. Dean who is a Delivery Specialist, took our family on a bit of a field trip and showed us the ropes around the service centre as well as all the gadgets+ in the new car.
All in all, our family cannot express all the thank yous in this world and our appreciation for all that was done for us.
I went into Northwest Acura not looking to purchase that day. I had just began my search so I wanted to see what my options were. I was greeted by Sunny Khan and introduced to several models that suited my needs. We test drove 3-4 and I was sold on the TLX Elite model. I was not prepared to pick up a car that day and even knowing that Sunny spent the time going over everything.

The staff at Northwast Acura are so helpful and so knowledgeable. Sunny really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me make a decision. I had some concerns about the car and he took care of them right away. Finance people were also helpful getting my papers in order so I could pick up my car as quickly and smoothly as possible. Even the last step of the process was very pleasant when Dean handed me my keys and walked me through some last minute items.
Being a fan of the Acura brand for years and owning an Acura from before, I walked into NW Acura in Calgary without any appointment and was quickly greeted by Sunny. Told him my situation and what car I was hoping to get. He explained the options with patience and offered me an alternative car with great features on a lower budget. He let me put my child's car seat in the car for test drive and took the family along. Sunny explained all the features during test drive. That night I was not sure about the purchase so I told him to give me some time to think it through over the weekend, although I must say I was pressured a bit, but I guess that is part of the job. I ended buying the car at a small price discount but at a good finance rate. They took care of everything, including the registration and detailing. They even filled the tank of gas for free. Overall satisfied with the experience. Thank you to the whole team for the great service, I look forward to coming for regular maintenance.

He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Bought a $2200 Winter Tire & Alloy Rim package from them for my 2016 MDX at the time. Now, realized that they did not include the center rim caps (with Acura symbol) - they were swapping in the factory one. They tell me the center caps are $52/each.....but, on their website, it clearly shows on their rims package picture there are center caps on the alloy rims. If you buy from them, make sure you get the center rim caps on the rims.....don't get ripped off like i did. Richard Chiddle says most Rims you buy do not come with center rim caps......(i tend to disgree) ! Disappointed with this dealership and service ....(be careful, they oversell in the service dept too)
Bought a SUV 2 years ago and NW Acura has since provided good consistent services. Josh, Koh, Mark, Chris (Svc Mgr) and other team members are great to deal with. I have had a good experience dealing with all their team members from the receptionist to the sales manager.
Very peaceful if you are just waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Very friendly staff. The show room is so clean and you're quickly greeted with a salutation and a big smile! Nice very nice!! :-) my husband and I have been coming here for the last 11 + years. We will definitely buy our new vehicles here when we are ready for it. The service people are amazing! I could spend the whole day in the waiting area just relaxing listening to the soft background music! Lol.
We have purchased 6 vehicles in the past number of years from Northwest Acura and all with their sales consultant Si-king Yee. Our most recent purchase was a 2017 RDX. The reason we kept going back to Mr. Yee is his integrity. We find that he really looks out for what we needed in a car and he does not push us towards the most expensive one. We have told our friends and relatives to go to Mr. Yee when they need a new vehicle. We also like the Service dept. as well; we find their advisors very friendly and knowledgeable.
We recently walked into Northwest Acura to browse at new vehicles and purchased a new MDX under the professional guidance and experience of Si-King. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our purchase. He followed-up after our purchase to check-in if everything was fine. I have just returned from having my 2014 Acura RDX serviced. It was promised in less than 2 hours by Mark and was ready in 1.5 hours. Kristen was friendly and professional in explaining the service work to me when I returned to pick up my vehicle. The service team that Chris has formed do an excellent job. Each time I return to NW Acura, I am readily greeted like someone they know and that they are there to help.
I also want to thank the very helpful and respectful Si-King that I bought the vehicle from and his associate Effren. They helped me select my third Acura, and I appreciate their knowledge and assistance.
