I was called by a sales person after i register with in haggle and got noted for my vehicle specs. However I never got the second call. I instead called the sales twice at Brennan dealership but could never get through to speak with someone. It's like they were not interested. Any I got a great deal without in haggle at another dealership for the same vehicle. And I forced to give this review half star as it would not allow me to submit otherwise. Cedrick was very unhelpful, literally came in for a $3.40 part and it seemed like he didn't wanna help us at all. When the technician came out to fill up my tires, we tried talking to him, but Cedrick came in out of nowhere and told the technician not to talk to us about anything. Everyone BUT him was very helpful. I suppose he was having a bad day or something, but for someone whose job is to help others, he acted like he didn't even want to be there. Don't be so sad, Rick.
I don’t post reviews often but I really want to help you guys save some hard earned bucks, so I would like to post a review!!! I recently got my car serviced from this place. On a weekend, I reached the place by 7:45am and still didn’t get my car by 11:30am because the service representative provided services to other people who came after me for the car service assuming that I have gone back to my place whereas I was still at the store. They told me few of the repair items will be taken care of during the week days. I agreed to it and took an appointment for the following week. I dropped my car at 1pm, picked it up at 4:30pm and they charged me $700 for the labor costs, which is terribly high whereas the parts cost $70 and they don’t even have the courtesy to inform you the same before the service. Not at all a good idea to get the service done from this dealership. I won’t recommend this place.
This is the best Chrysler dealership in the GTA, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great prices, excellent service dept. as well as world class service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
Last 5 years I have been using their service centre. I like the people and their service. On my last visit, one of their mechanic, Dave, came out and discussed with me the cost to replace the number plate since it was hard to remove even by other specialized local auto mechanic. Dave even gave me the options on saving on cost otherwise I would have paid for 2 visits. We meed more of these kind of honest people in auto service centres.

I visited this dealership with my cousins a few days ago in the evening. We are all students and one of us is looking for a new car. When we walked in the receptionist was friendly, but as we browsed a little more and were helped by a fine gentleman things went a little downhill. At first, we looked at the vehicle and then requested a test drive. The salesperson was respectful and was looking for the keys. After approximately 30 minutes we decided to look around as they still didn't find the keys. While we were looking around one of the store representatives locked a car which were there to test drive. A short while after we decided to leave and as we were leaving the manager comes out and says 'yeah we are kinda closing now, come back sometime later'. In short, we felt extremely disrespectful and were shocked to see such a thing happen. We will never be returning back and I recommend any new car buyers to try out a different showroom if you want to browse a car in a friendly and respectful environment.
Sales TEAM went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck I was looking for. Very impressed with their dedication to make sure I was happy and made sure I was aware of everything all the time. I will differently be going back for our next vehicle. Keep you the fantastic work.
What a waste of time. They keep calling me to do a test drive. I came here for a test drive and now they say they don't have the new vehicle. Then they do all the numbers for new vehicle saying they are giving a $7000 discount. Then the sales guy went to manager for couple of times and said manager gave additional $1000 discount. I said no point in discussing number if they don't have the new vehicle (2019) to test. Instead they were giving me a 2017 vehicle for test drive. Trust me don't go here unless you want to test your negotiation skills for yourself before you go to your choice of dealer to buy your choice of vehicle.
I own 2017 Dodge Caravan and visited this dealership today for oil change Service. It was good service. And all the issues I had were addressed. People were friendly. I will be visiting again here in future, and will definitely recommend this place for good service.

Never trust them , u bought coil from them and i talked to them regarding returm . When i go back to return they told me no because manager is no working and when i go back second time then they told me we cant return as box is open but actually box was not opened it was sealed as it was before so iam total disopointed with experience and suggest others to go to some different dealer because there guys are horrible
I purchased a Chrysler 200 earlier this year. I love the car, but constantly think back to my experience at the dealership; I should have bought elsewhere. That's why I'm now writing this review. This is the only time in my life I had someone back out of a handshake deal, with an agreed upon price. Bobin (a manager at the dealership) and I arrived at a price on Saturday, and shook hands. When I went back in during the week, ready to buy, he told me he couldn't honour the price we shook on. After plenty of back and forth, we arrived at a new (higher) price, only after I threatened to abandon the deal altogether. Looking back, I should have. What makes this worse, is after signing the paperwork, and sitting down with the finance manager, I later discovered he had removed the remote starter he agreed to 'Throw in' at the original agreed upon price. This is the second time I should have walked, but they assured me they would contact me later about installing the remote start. That was over 3 months ago. While the sales rep I dealt with was great to work with, I would never deal with Bobin or his team again due to his tactics. There are plenty of other Chrysler dealerships in the area, I'd look into those first.
As my car got older I relied heavily on the service at Brennan's Dixie Chrysler. Each time they serviced my car quickly and effectively, and if the service on my car was going to take a little longer they provided a shuttle service, so I still could get on with my day and run errands. When the time came that my car reached the end of its life they helped me find an affordable used car that has been running amazingly. Overall, I am definitely pleased with the service I received there!

The sales rep Alex was very understanding and accomodating. They did a great service on the car before giving it. The price was also very competitive. Very straight foward people to deal with.
