Wade and Charbel we're great. I went in to look at Jeeps on Thursday with no rush to buy. They gave me such great service and pricing that I ended up signing the paperwork then and there. The Jeep I wanted wasn't in stock, so they ordered the car and had me driving away by Saturday. The process was smooth and quick. I'm loving my new Jeep Wrangler.
We picked up our vehicle less than 24 hours ago. I’m a disabled person with MS and my partner is a disabled senior citizen. Totally got conned and bamboozled. Picked up our vehicle yesterday and haven’t stopped crying. They conned us into buy stuff at a premium price and then did not give what was promised and agreed upon. The work that was done to get the vehicle ready was substandard and trashy looking. Made 2 appointments, one we waited an hour and the other almost 2 hours before we were even seen. And everyone passes the buck. Apparently the old and vulnerable are easy pickings!!! 🥺😡😢

I was looking for a vehicle which would have been the seventh vehicle we've purchased at dilawri Jeep Dodge. I had to go inside to ask for a salesperson's assistance and they sent someone out. She was absolutely NO help whatsoever!! She just was telling me come inside and we'll find the prices without even looking at any vehicles that I was interested in. I finally, with some convincing, had her go with me to the vehicle's I was interested in and there were a couple without any information in the windshield. Any vehicle I asked her about without information in the windshield, she just said "oh I think it's sold" but wouldn't look into it for me. She was the opposite of a salesperson. She convinced me with her lack of effort to not purchase my new vehicle there. After six vehicles purchased with this company, both new and used, they have now lost our business! Also, any vehicle I asked about seeing that was online and mentioned I couldn't find it, her simple response was 'oh, it's probably sold. Our website is not kept up to date". not sure why you have a website when it's not accurate! Guess it's just a ploy to pull people in!!! Very, very disappointed!!!
Awesome place, well worth the trip from Petawawa. Dealt with Jeff and he helped us find a great deal, way better than anything local. No stress either, wasn't sure if we even going to buy or put money into what I had for a few more years. Would definitely buy from them again, we even talked with another couple while we waited for paperwork and they were just as happy as us really friendly staff.
Typical dealer with sales guys doing typical sales tactics. Would be nice to find a dealer who does not do the typical pressured sales things like bringing the manager in after you chat with your first sales guy. Does the first guy (girl) need more training? Years ago I used to deal with only the first sales person. They went back and forth.
I bought a 2013 Rubicon. I have to say that the Sales and Finance departments are awesome. They had to order the Jeep directly from the manufacturer, to get exactly what I wanted and I received it about 2 months later. The bad experiences started when I had to visit the service department. My freedom hard top was leaking when it rained or had rained...and I don't mean minor leaks, water was gushing in over the rear view mirror, the driver and passenger front windows and around the top center. It took the service department 4 times to repair this issue and guess what it still leaks from the rear view mirror area and center roof area. I have all documents and they basically replaced the same exact seals ALL 4 times, with multiple other times the Jeep went in and they couldn't even find the leak. I would get my Jeep back and guess what...the leak was still pretty obvious. I also had a squeaking noise coming from the engine area. Two of the last times I took my Jeep in to have the seals changed for the leak, I mentioned the squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Brought the Jeep in twice and both times they told me they heard absolutely nothing. Went in for my "free" oil change on Saturday, 28 May 2016 and they mentioned I needed to do an inspection. After my oil change and inspection are complete, they give me the inspection sheet and the guy says "All is good". So I say "They didn't hear a squeaking sound under the hood" I get a dry "No" and to contact the service manager during a weekday. I knew I was going to have it checked on the 30th, but thought this was interesting. So going back to Thursday, 26 May 2016 I brought my Jeep to another dealership to have them listen to the sound and book an appointment to bring it in. At this point I was tired of hearing it and afraid of the damage this ongoing issue may cause. The other dealership Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge on St. Laurent, heard the noise immediately and booked me in for the following Monday. Guess what...my water pump needed to be replaced, so they replaced it. On top of that they offer better shuttle service and they washed the outside of my Jeep. Can't get better customer service than that.
2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara
Ermin Brandic did a great job in showing us the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that we ended up buying. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, very patient and pleasant to deal with. We didn't feel like we were just "another customer". He took the time and effort in showing us different features of the Jeep. We would definitely recommend Ermin from Dilawri to sell you a vehicle. Wonderful Experience All Around
We came in on a bit of a whim, after some disappointing used car dealership experiences. We weren't even sure what we wanted, and right away Dennis took us under his wing. He ran all over to locate a vehicle we had expressed interest in, and made us feel very comfortable when it came time to discuss the particulars of actually going through with a purchase. He arranged a very fair value for our trade, and then steered us to Don in the finance department. Don was just as friendly and helpful as Dennis, and incredibly efficient. He took care of the financing and particulars, and within 5 days we were driving our new Jeep off the lot. Overall, it was a very comfortable and stress free experience, very much thanks to the tone these gentlemen set. Thanks!
Wasfi Haroun, the Dilawri sales representative I dealt with, was very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. From the moment I stepped in the door to the time I was handed my keys, all aspects of the transaction were organized and went very smoothly. Paul, the finance agent who handled my file, was also very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. He explained all available options clearly and concisely. Normally, buying a vehicle can be a hassle due to the constant and consistent pressure tactics to upgrade or buy beyond your means. This was not the case here. I told them what I wanted, what I could afford and both worked with me to ensure I reached my goal...a new, affordable vehicle. I was quite surprised that when handed the keys for my new vehicle, everything had gone so well and so quickly. No muss, no fuss, just a sensible, logical exchange between someone who was looking for a new vehicle and a dealership that had skads of them for sale. I would definitely recommend these two individuals and, of course, the dealership they work with. Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant experience.
