I travelled from Toronto to buy my car. I called several times to make sure the car had all the features I was looking for. The phone desk person was very accomadating getting me my answers. I arrived a little late for my appointment and was greeted by Ken Holmes sales advisor. He took the time to explain the cars reliability and sound performance. He took me out first and then let me test drive the car. I particularly enjoyed the experience with Ken and how he was open and honest with me during the sales negotiation. He also has a great sense of humor.

This dealership has just recently opened. They took over the previous dealer there but in turn have made it better. The customer service is always great, and they are always willing to help. Have had my vehicle in for a couple things now, and they are never hesitant to help, no matter how trivial it may seem.

Had purchased a used Jeep from another dealer. There were a few challenges working with other dealers to work through the maintenance transfer or even getting it serviced with my extended warranty. The Service team at Stockie went above and beyond to help me with understanding my maintenance and also working to resolve some of the "kinks" out of my used vehicle. Ryan working in this dealership was very helpful! I smashed my back window when I was parking and didn't notice a pipe sticking out. I ordered the window from this dealership and got it installed. This dealership's service is the best among all the Jeep dealerships I've met. The price is pretty good comparing to other glass companies such as Speedy Glass, etc. Recommend to you all!

I had run into issues with my van that seemed to be never ending - Dave and his service team were amazing. They got my van in right away and kept in contact with me about the work being done and went above and beyond what I ever expected to ensure my van was fixed right up. My calls were answered every time and I never felt like a nuisance calling with additional questions along the way. Even though they are not my local Dodge dealership I will ABSOLUTELY only deal with them for any work that my van may need in the future. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE NOT JUST A NUMBER HERE!!
