WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED... Selling the car we said yes to. leaving a message to the sales rep and after finding a way to reach her she tells me that she doesn't take her voice messages. sales director telling me that They would rather lose a Customer than lose a sale. I pity the people from that region that they have to deal with such poor customer service. Being pressured to buy a car, especially when it's your first car, I am speechless.

I bought a used Ford Focus from them. The second day I had it I discovered the cruise didn't work. I went back to complain and my dealer at the time Mr. Hurtubise said they could do nothing as I signed the paperwork and bought the car. I argued that the sign in the window said cruise and so the cruise should work. He said because it was over 4 years old with more than 80,000 kms it was sold as is with no guarantee. I called Consumer protection. They said there is always a 30 day guarantee no matter what. I told Mr. Hurtubise that and he said no. I called Consumer Protection again and they sent me paperwork to file a claim. Cowansville Mazda then said they would fix the cruise at my expense ($150). I showed up with my paperwork from Consumer Protection and promised to take it further. It was only after much arguing and waving Consumer protection papers that they finally agreed to fix the cruise at their expense...3 weeks later. I then vowed to never give my business to Groups St. Louis. Dishonest and shady. I had tried several times to speak to the owner but he was never available to take my calls. Terrible customer service!

Je recommande fortement ce concessionnaire. Ça vaut amplement le 30 minutes de déplacement de Granby. Louis Philippe Hurtubise est un excellent vendeur les gens au service sont aussi très professionnels.
Je n'hésite aucunement à recommander les concessions du groupe Guy St-Louis !
