I have now purchased two vehicles from cornwall mazda and the sales, financing and serving departments are all wonderful. I have never felt pressured to buy a certain vehicle or accessories. They always look put for their customers. I recently bought a 2020 cx9 turbo and the vehicle was picked out with added accessories, vehicle was tracked down and delivered and accessories installed so that I could bring my new vehicle while in under a week. The sales and financing staff is always so knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

Went into Cornwall Mazda to upgrade my Mazda 3 for a CX-5, I dealt with Julie the finance person.she kept me there the entire day making me think I'm getting the best deal, I explained everything I wanted . Julie was making up excuses about you can't have certain things in the deal financing won't except you. so I went home to think about it and said to myself something isn't right, so I went to another Mazda dealer in ottawa they gave me everything I wanted cheaper than Cornwall Mazda and I was financed within 30 mins of making the entire deal. I also only spent one hour not all day with the Mazda dealer in ottawa. I also called Julie today to tell her we went with someone else , she flipped out yelling what a waste of time , you guys were not worth dealing with and all types of ignorance , I tried to explain to her that everybody wants the best price. she went off again yelling ignorant things about all the other Mazda dealers in ottawa. all I have to say is be competitive and don't B...S...T customers. THANKS TO THE LOCAL OTTAWA MAZDA DEALER FOR THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT SERVICE........(BEWARE OF CORNWALL MAZDA IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEAL . Took my new to me 2010 Mazda to a Mazda dealership for diagnostics. Asked 2 times if they were a certified to handle my after market warranty Rick the manager told me yes it wasn't a problem. Now I've paid 113.00 for a diagnostic report I cannot send into for the warranty because they were not certified to touch my car and that would void my warranty. I now have get 2nd diagnostics out of pocket expence with an actual mechanic certified by my warranty company. I contacted the responsible party Rick the service manager, he had nothing but denial, was rude, and refused to finnish the conversation telling me to call head office. It's pretty obvious I won't be buying a MAZDA ever again. I've had mine for 2 weeks and now need another new car. Rick is out of touch with basic customer service skills such as actively listening and asking probing questions. He also booked my appointment for the wrong day. This guy shouldn't be a manager or working with the public.

I recently have bought a new Mazda 3 and it's great. The car is very stylish, handles awesome and the 5yr unlimited km warranty is the best on the market. The salesperson I dealt with was Todd and he was very personal and upfront with everything. Julie took care of all the paper work and signing very nice and personable. I would recommend speaking with them. All other staff on site we're very polite. Looking forward to some feature maintenance appointments.

I asked them to check my brake pads and that I would like to see how worn they were and at that point I would decide if I wanted to replace them. 10 minutes later they said my rotors were finished so I asked to see, when I checked the rotors they were in perfect condition, I waited for about twenty minutes and asked how my CX5 was coming the guy in the front said they had to replace all my pads and gave me a bill for 438.00 I asked if I could see the old pads but he refused as he said the mechanic had thrown them in the garbage! This place should be avoided at all costs a total scam, I will never go to this dealer again they did not follow my directions at all and I feel totally ripped off.

My experience with the Mazda Service Department today was excellent. I took my car to another garage in town to have the safety inspection done. The quote I was given for the work that needed to be done was high, and I decided to get a second quote from Mazda.
In the end I took my car to Mazda to have the safety repairs done and it cost me hundreds less than what the other garage was quoting me.

It's not always more expensive to go to the dealership. Mazda saved me money wherever they were able, and in the end Mazda was able to fix a brake calliper that the other garage insisted needed to be replaced. I will return here in the future.

I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS DEALERSHIP. I HAVE WORKED IN A SERVICE DEPARTMENT BEFORE FOR A DEALERSHIP SO THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IS NOT UNKNOWN TO ME.

I CHANGED MY SUMMER TIRES MYSELF ON APRIL 21ST, 2015 MY SPLASH GUARD WAS ON MY CAR. THIS IS A BIG BIG SPLASH GUARD ONE HELD DOWN BY 7 ISH SCREWS. A PIECE THAT IF YOU WOULD LOSE YOU WOULD ROLL OVER IT AND DEFINITELY NOTICE AND FEEL IT. THE SERVICE ADVISOR SAID IT DIDNT SHOW UP WITH THE SPLASH GUARD THE FIRST TIME AROUND. YET IT WASNT NOTED ON MY WORK ORDER AND I REMEMBER IT BEING THERE PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. SINCE IT IS A PART THEY HAVE TO TAKE OFF FOR MY OIL CHANGE BECAUSE THE HOLE IS NOT PROPERLY ALIGNED WITH THE OIL FILTER. AND MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PUT IT BACK ON.

I BRING MY CAR IN FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. FOR A SUGGESTED ALIGNMENT -- THAT WASNT NEEDED ONCE I BROUGHT IT IN. AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME WITH THE SPLASHGUARD. AND NOW THE STORY CHANGED ..IT WAS MY FAULT I LOST IT. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A BRAND NEW ONE PROPERLY SCREWED IN. THAT WAS THERE 3 DAYS BEFORE MY OIL CHANGE. THAT TO BE NICE THEY WOULD DISCOUNT THE 140$ PART OF 15% OFF. WOWWWW! FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. NOT TO MENTION MISS TIME OFF WORK TO BRING IN MY CAR FOR A SUGGESTED ALIGNMENT ONLY TO GET THERE TO BE TOLD OHH NO ITS NOT NEEDED.

THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL YOU TO TELL YOU WHEN YOUR CAR IS READY OR WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THEY NEVERRRRRR DO. I HAVE TO CALL TO GET UPDATES. THEY DONT PROPERLY EXPLAIN WORK ORDERS. THEY MAKE YOU PAY AND GET OUT. I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP ONLY TO CALL BACK TO UNDERSTAND THE MECHANICS NOTES THAT WERE NOT EXPLAINED TO ME.

NEVER AGAIN! WHAT ELSE WILL THEY FORGET TO PUT BACK ON MY CAR AND THEN MAKE ME PAY FOR IT.
