I have purchased a car from this dealership. Unfortunately I found that their primary focus was on selling cars rather than addressing customer needs. The sales team (Shawn and Ali) seemed more interested in pushing sales rather than providing attentive customer service. Due to this experience, I don't highly recommend them if you value a customer-centric approach.

I hate writing negatively about any business, but please be extremely careful when purchasing your vehicle here. Our family ended up purchasing a work vehicle as well as TWO personal vehicles. We were hooked by the fabulous service we received in the beginning prior to our purchases, they were so sweet and welcoming.
Unfortunately, that drastically changed the moment we had servicing issues. Their customer service took a whole 360 for the worst.
We were very understanding and patient in the beginning, trying to understand the copious amount of charges they were adding to servicing the work vehicle. They kept saying our warranty didn’t cover anything they had listed…
Though, it didn’t make much sense. We had luckily called the warranty company and learnt that our warranty covered everything they had charged us for which ended up being an exhausting, exhausting conflict to resolve. It was an awful experience.
Forewarning to all future buyers, you will have an amazing experience buying your vehicle here at first, but the moment you sign those documents to getting your vehicle(s)… You’re nothing more than a money bag to this dealership. We will not be recommending this place to any of our friends and family.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. I had one of the worst experiences of my life bringing my truck here. My truck was held on a hoist for 10 days with little to no communication from the technicians about what was going on after being told they could fix it in a day. Each day i called and there was a new excuse why they couldn't have it ready for me. They spent 12 hours trying to diagnose the problem and when they finally did they didn't have the part to fix it, so they told me to come and pick up my truck and stuck me with a $1700 bill. This is a truck i depend on for my business to make a living so not only was I unable to make money but now i have my truck back with the same problem I took it in for. When I sat down with the service manager they told me that everything was standard protocol and would not budge on the price. I work for a municipality and talked to multiple mechanics there, they all couldn't believe how i was treated and how long it took them to diagnose my truck. They have all worked in private industries as well and said my situation and how Journey dealt with it was completely insane. After about 4 days of my truck being held there i was told that my wheel bearings were completely shot. I took their word for it an had them replace them. They gave me the wheel bearings when i picked up my truck so I showed them to the mechanics i work with who said there was nothing wrong with them. Yesterday i took my truck to the Maple Ridge Chrysler dealership to get the repair done. They were able to diagnose the same problem in 2 hours (not 12). I feel completely scammed. I'm not one to write reviews but i feel the need to warn anyone who decides to take their truck to this establishment. There is 0 level of professionalism and they clearly do not know what they are doing. All they could give me was an insincere apology and said pay the bill or we wont give you your truck back. If you need to take your vehicle to a dealer for repairs as I did go to Maple Ridge Chrysler and save yourself the biggest headache of your life!

I was referred to Journey Chrysler, more specifically to Shawn York at Journey to search for a new truck that best fit me… I purchased a ram 1500 classic in ‘21 and really liked it but i wanted to see what else I could get for my money. Needless to say I had lots of questions and scenarios to go through. I asked many questions over a two week period and just when I thought it wasn’t going to work out Shawn showed me different trucks and kept giving me things to think about. Shawn’s patience and easy to talk to personality made me feel very comfortable as I knew this process wasn’t an easy one as I was pretty specific. We found a new Laramie and it worked out perfectly. A big thanks to Shawn and his senior sales guys for being patient and helping me get into something that i will be happy with for a long time! I will not hesitate to recommend these people and specifically Shawn York!

He worked with the Journey team to get me out of my old car, get me an incredible deal on a new vehicle, while at the same bringing back my faith in car salespeople as people trying to be helpful to my needs. I had been stuck for years, and he managed to take all the necessary steps, show me over 20 vehicles and outlined their individual advantages and disadvantages. I'm now in my dream vehicle, which I can use for work, thereby turning my liability into an asset. You made my year, and I made a friend in the process. THANK YOU ADHAM!!
I was referred to Journey VW located in Port Moody and was told to deal with Adam.
When I spoke with Adam on the phone prior to my appointment I explained I wanted a new VW, Taos... I knew what I wanted beforehand. But when I arrived he tried to sell me a 10 year old Mitsubishi. I reminded him again that we spoke a new car. He showed me a 2023 Taos and explained that the blue showroom vehicle was going to be $4000 more than the grey one that they have enroute to their dealership.
Adam assured me that if I put $2000 down that would hold it for me. Great! I secured my new car!
The next day Adam informs me that the car I put $2000 down on was sold in March... ummm ../ we are in September!! How could he not know this especially if he was having me put a deposit to hold the car.
Needless to say, I was not pleased and asked for my despot back.
Although Adam was not pleased and told me that he was too transparent or a salesman for me he then told me that I needed to contact reception to make arrangements for my refund to be sent to my by cheque. Seriously? A cheque?? I paid by debit... I was advised that they are not set up to do refunds by debit. So I am told that I have to wait the entire weekend to get my deposit back by cheque.
I had a friend call on my behalf who spoke with Andy the manager and he was great and assured my friend that he would look into Adams poor salesmanship and would send my refund via e-transfer.
Although Andy was great, Adam really made me not want to deal with Journey VW in Port Moody. The very next day I met with XXXXXXXX at VW located at XXXXXXXXXXX who was fantastic and by Sunday, I drove away in my 2023 Taos!!

Stopped in at the new dealership just to kick some tires on a new trade in and was helped out right away by Seth. Although I was only there to have a look Seth was super attentive and didn't brush me off as a window shopper. I was super impressed with his knowledge and attentiveness. I ended up going back a few times just to have a few more looks and Seth was such a grinder he ended up closing the deal! Excellent salesman and a definite asset to your team.

An extremely terrifying experience: I went to this shop last Saturday for oil change and maintenance. Didn't drive on Sunday. While driving on Monday, the car suddenly broke down. The engine is overheating! My car is a new car. I just bought it for less than half a year and just drove 10,000 kilometers! Never had a problem driving before, went through "after maintenance" by this shop and had a serious breakdown and was forced to park on the side of the road until three hours later, at 1am, the towing company towed my car to another for repairs factory. The diagnosis was that a screw in the engine cooling system was loose! Know that my car has never had any problems before, and the vehicle has never gone off-road or crashed. Just after changing the oil, there is such a serious problem! Although in the end Chrysler Company assumed all the costs, the threat to my personal safety and the damage to the vehicle itself are unacceptable to me!
I recently bought a Tesla from here with the help from Alan the sales advisor. Alan was very kind, patient and attentive to my car needs. He was very knowledgeable on the inventory and helpful throughout the process. He also helped me set up the car and walked me through all the features since this was my first Tesla.
The Parts Department here is amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help me get everything I needed for a full overhaul on our transmission in our 3500 diesel. Thank you Mike

We bought our daughters Jeep from the new location. Although our sales man was fairly good trying to get insurance through here was a unbelievable amount of time we had waited. Arrived at 5 paper work was done by 5:30 and waited till 7:25 for insurance to be able to leave.
With a toddler this was no fun considering it was suppose to be fast they said.
I can absolutely say if I thought of switching over to have 2 vehicles under one shop that experience over all kind of threw me off.
The Jeep itself wasn’t even properly detailed or cleaned on the inside and we were told it would be. Food was still in the cracks, looked like coffee going down the side, dust everywhere! We are getting it professionally detailed! But you think After spending 50k it be spotless on the inside.
I get it’s a new place, but come on!
That wait for insurance was absolutely ridiculous! Rushed to come in at 5 only to wait till 7:25 to leave!
