We acquired a used Grand Caravan from Barrie Chrysler. The sales team members were very forthcoming and honest about the vehicle to be purchased. Some small technical issues with the vehicle were expeditiously corrected by the service department. Very professional attitude all the way around. This dealership is definitely worth looking into for vehicle purchases. Our salesman Brian was very courteous and definitely made the whole process a positive experience. Good work.
I encountered a significant issue with my vehicle and thankfully it was still under warranty. Ted for Service was a massive help in explaining what had happened, what was going to happen and how long to expect before getting the vehicle back. They also managed setting up a rental for me. As my previous review was much less than flattering I would like to take the time to correct it. Since my last post yesterday the service manager went above and beyond to solve my previous issues. As I never give 5 out of 5 stars normally. The exceptional and immediate response from the service department warrants it.
I was satisfied enough that I spoke to the fleet manager about 2 more vehicles to add to my business. That was even before the work was completed on my van.

Absolutely amazing experience, from finding the vehicle, to getting financed, to pick up day. Dave in sales was extremely helpful. We asked a lot of questions about our truck since we are new to the pickup game and wanted to make sure it met our towing needs as well as family needs. Dave toured us around a bunch of different models without us feeling rushed or forced to make a decision. When we finally picked the perfect RAM, he worked out all of our payments and trade in values with us so we knew there wouldn't be any surprises. He made himself available and kept in contact with us through the financing and what we needed to provide since some procedures have changed due to covid. Patricia in financing did the same, making sure all of my concerns were taken care of as I had a trade in and preferred customer discounts that can be tricky to obtain. Dave and Patricia were very thorough on pickup day, firstly making sure I understood every piece of paper I was signing and then giving us a full demo of the vehicle. We could not be happier!!

Second time dealing with Barrie Chrysler for a vehicle. First was a Jeep this time was a Ram. Worked with Phil in sales to set up a meeting date and time for a test drive. He was able to get me what I asked for in a trade in and worked hard to get payments down. Contact through phone and text was amazing and is still answering questions for me. Great guy, easy to talk to. Thomas was also great in finance, talked everything out over a zoom call which went very well. Was also able to work with me in keeping payments to where I wanted them. Day of pick up, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall another excellent experience.

I brought my car to the dealership for an oil change and mentioned to my service advisor that I'd been hearing some noise lately. The oil change service was completed quickly and I received feedback about the cause of the noise. The price was comparable to those oil change spots, but with the added care and that comes with a dealership service. It was also a comfort to know that a trained and experienced technician addressed my concern.
I wish I could give ten stars. Right from the initial contacts via e-mail to driving away in my new 2020 Ram 1500 Classic, I was put at ease and made to feel welcome by all the staff. Dealing with Phillip Finlay was as easy as talking to an old friend (with a lot of old school charm), he was quick and concise with no B.S. I really appreciate Barrie Chrysler’s customer service. The service associates are always friendly and prompt when updating me about the status of my service. Service appointments are usually quick even for more difficult issues that need to be resolved. If they don’t have a part in shop, they locate it nearby and do their best to pick it up same day. I only have one issue with the service I received lately and that was with the oil change I had done at their service centre. I noticed an oil stain on my driveway after I had brought my car home. I double checked to make sure the cap was screwed on properly and that the filter had been tightened enough. Everything seemed to be okay there. It just seems they were a little careless when filling the oil back up and it spilled over the side and was sitting in the engine bed pan. Not a big deal but didn’t love the oil stain on my driveway. All in all they are a reliable and reputable service centre and I would recommend them to anyone.

The most pleasant purchase experience I have ever had with any dealer. Have purchased over a dozen new cars, this transaction was the quickest and smoothest I have ever experienced. Despite the quarantine restrictions, the dealership was incredibly courtesy and sensitive in social distancing and providing ample sensitization of pens, desk, and the POS system. From start to finish from my end, the process lasted less than two hours. Highly recommend Jacob (sales) and Patricia(finance). Excellent team!
My experience at Barrie Chrysler was very positive. I first walked into the dealership wanting to test drive a Ram 1500 and a Jeep Gladiator. Rob (sales) introduced himself professionally and was excited to assist in my purchase. He gave me all the time I needed to test both vehicles while answering any questions I had. Rob and his team gave me a fair price on my trade and provided competitive pricing on the Jeep. I ended up ordering a Gladiator Rubicon from them. While the Jeep was getting built, Rob kept me up to date with the progress. This included things like when it was in paint production and when it shipped. When the Jeep came in, everything went smooth and the truck was perfect. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to friends and family.
The little lady and I came in to do some window shopping and compare the Rubicon vs Sahara for what our real future needs would be. Jacob was very helpful in explaining the differences and we felt the Sahara would meet our needs. There was a nice white one done up nice and caught our attention. However we were not planning on purchasing until the following year and the Sahara was more than we wanted to invest in. Jacob was no pressure and attentive to our current situation. Over the next week Jacob was able to get us looking at a Rubicon Recon which hit all of our wish list and a deal that was too good to pass on. Jacob made the purchase easy, simple and an overall awesome experience. We have owned Jeeps for over thirty years and look forward to enjoying this new one. Looks awesome.
