It was the worst experience. Car was dirty scratched. had to take the car back to repair. No compensation whats so ever. Will be telling everyone about this terrible experience. The salesman did everything he can and more but unfortunately the management at this particular Volkswagen does not care about customer satisfaction or to make sure that the cars leaving the lot are clean and that are fully functional. Stay away from this Volkswagen no matter what cost. Poorly managed

crooks and thieves!!! avoid at any cost, false diagnose, trying to get more money from you. Went there with a simple request to fix a lamp and they were saying it's a computer issue and I have to pay $1300 to fix it. It was a $12.99 +tx at a Canadian Tire garage....and of course they were laughing at me when I told them about the VW dealership experience. SHAME ON YOU!

Just finish having a wonderful experience with a sales woman named Kelly.She answered all my questions and never made me feel any kind of pressure. Even the rest of the staff was smiling and just had an all over great ambiance if I could give them six stars I would since in my experience is very rare to see this in a car dealership. Own two recent Jetta's. What a great buying experience but what came next was even better. The service for the last two years on both cars was second to none. The service consultant "E.A.'" leaves nothing to chance because he understands a vehicle is about reliability and security for you and your family. As a customer experience professional Duval has exceeded my expectations. The other day, while my car was serviced I was able to take an uninterrupted and relatively important call with complementary coffee(s) in a large and technologically accommodating showroom, it felt like I was at my office. If I would have asked for a private room I'm sure they would have accommodated without hesitation. Cheers

I had an item replaced under warranty. Upon my next visit they refused to return my keys after servicing my vehicle; until I payed the warranty repair that VW warranty refused to reimburse! You think they would stand up to the VW company, as I bought this vehicle brand new from this dealership. 'Cheap place', 'Cheap thoughts', 'Cheap people'! I would like to give negative 5 stars. I will never in my lifetime deal with these Cheapskates and advise everyone to keep away... Poor Ethics to No Ethics.

Typical Dealership Tricks - False advertisement to get you in and then pretend like they made a mistake on the ad. Advertised the car as NEW with 225KM only to find out it is a demo car with paint chips and close to 10000KM. Seriously, fix the paint chip before showing the car... "sales 101" here.

Deals in bad faith with made up stories and never giving you the full picture no matter how direct and honest you are with them. Can't even get a straight answer on winter tires regarding rim size, condition and brand. Salesman is nice and respectful, I feel for him. As mentioned per other reviewers, manager doesn't even come out for negotiations. Waste of time and makes the whole experience extremely frustrating.

Events like these are exactly why no one likes or trusts car dealerships.

Service is horrible, sales manger doesn't want to show up and discuss price the with u.
Salesman man is a nice guy but he has no power to make a deal.
I asked to talk to the sales manger, unfortunately sales manger declined to show up.
The car I am intrested to buy got 3 claims as per carfax info if I did not asked they will not tell me about them
Despite car got there claims the sales manger doesn't want to make a deal and he is sticking with the price listed.
Volkswagen should give farther training to sales manager in this location in how to deal with clients from different walks of life.
Also they have to be honest about their products conditions and history of their cars, at the same time sales men should have a power to negotiate otherwise let the sales manager get out of his hidden office and talk with clients.!!!!!!
Very bad experience comparing to the state and other part of Canada.
I do not advise anyone to go through the bad experience I had .!

Charged me 300 for a light and a spark plug which was already excessive. They were 30 minutes late taking my car and nearly an hour late giving it back. Had to do it during work hours and it forced me to cancel meetings with clients which I explicitly said I wanted to avoid at all cost. They didn't seem to care at all that I also have a job. Turns out they didn't change the light at all! I realized only once it got dark. Have called three days in a row now, left two messages, no one answers or calls back. Taking it to another garage to see if they even bother to change the spark plug.... I have a feeling I just got cheated. If the owner is reading this, I would hope that someone would call me back to arrange an appointment for the repairs you charged me for but never completed. Unbelievable.

jamais vu un service aussi mauvais.
J'ai acheter un volks dans un autre concessionnaire, avec la grosse garantie prolongé (plus de 3000$) il y a moins de trois mois.

suite à des problèmes (sous garantie), je prends rdv et demande un véhicule de remplacement durant les réparations pour pouvoir continuer a travailler.
Une fois sur place, on m'annonce non seulement que mon rdv ne sert a rien puisque ils ne savent pas si ils vont avoir le temps de checker mon véhicule, mais aussi que je dois débourser pour le véhicule de remplacement à raison de 30$/jours.
Evidemment, j'explique dans en aucuns cas je débourserais plus d'argent.

On m'a répondu "mais Mr, vous n'avez pas acheter votre véhicule ici, et sa marche comme ça."

Et je ne parles pas du problème survenu il y a moins un mois, ou je me suis encore "pogner" au téléphone, pour finalement régler le problème moi même puisque ils voulaient encore me faire payer, puisque je n'est pas acheter mon véhicule chez Volks Duval.

Wow. sharp Volks. j'ai évidemment repris mes clefs en sacrant.

Buyers beware, DO NOT BUY from Mathieu Deschenes he's a LIAR!!!

He would:
- Make you sign the contract saying the car is in his inventory and next day call you saying that the dealer he was getting it from sold it and tries to sell you one in different colour. Isn't "in inventory" means he HAS the car?

- He promised to cover the last 3 payments of my previous lease and he changed the terms to 2 payments on contract without my consent.

- I asked him numerous time the mileage of the car before delivery and he guarantees everytime it'll be under 100KM. When I signed the contract it's written 10KM I then check the odometer and it shows 250KM!

These are just a few of his lies!
The dealer in overall is not bad but this salesman (Mathieu Deschenes) MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!
