I can't say enough great things about the whole buying experience! Wessley (my salesman) was fantastic to work with. Karim was so patient and kind during the financing. Cristina was great as well taking care of the delivery. The all weather mats were not there during delivery (they were on order) but Cristina promised they would personally deliver it to my house in the coming days.

I recently had an amazing experience at this location. Firstly the location is beautiful and well kept, i was warmly greeted when i walked in the door and they took all health safety precautions for covid.
I came here unsure of what i wanted however i was referred by a friend to come see Daria who had given her such a pleasant experience as well. Daria did not disappoint , she was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. She showed me multiple models and listed their benefits. She wasn’t at all pushy which made me feel very comfortable. Bought a certified used golf with warranty from this dealership a year ago and ended up with many minor to major issues with the car including the need to change the whole transmission (at only 28k km). I'm happy to say Arbour Volkswagen has regained our trust & satisfaction due to their new salesman Patrick Ghakis. We had bought/rented 3 cars with them prior to our last 2 dealings with them, which sent us to other car dealers to purchase 2 other cars. When we decided to go for a new model that interested us, we were lucky to fall on Patrick, cause we requested not to deal with the old team. We rented a new car due to his honesty, credibility, politeness & respect, which we did not get to see the last few times we were there.

Extremely expensive, just out to sell you a car no matter what. Bought a car supposedly "certified" here back in 2011, but towards the end of the two year warranty it was a headache to try to get the electrical problems repaired. They did it but I really had to insist. Only a couple of months after I purchased it, the suspension started making noises and the seat started sinking, making it very uncomfortable. The suspension was ready to be replaced within a couple of months. I wouldn't buy a car here again. I spoke to Mr.Arbour over the phone but he was very rude to me. (I think it was Mr.Arbour, the son)
They'll sell it to you and then they don't care. To be avoided. I have used my car for 8 years and it has served me well, but it had problems very early on that you wouldn't expect for the original price tag, which was quite expensive.

Worst experience. Got my car in for my scheduled service and to change my tires. This is the second time it happens, but they forgot to call me when my car was done. Service close at 5 so I had to pay for a taxi myself to get my car at the dealership (they offer a free limousine service that I had asked for in the morning). I told about my issue from my last time changing my tires and they assured me this time they would call me and come pick me up when my car was ready. Didn’t get a call or text from anyone. It’s really disappointing when you pay over 200$ on your car and you need to spend money on a taxi.. really ?
Excellent experience with the service/maintenance group! Needed my tires changed and routine maintenance done within the shortest time and the guys were very prompt and organized to arrange everything. Special thanks to Jason (service representative) who took extra care to follow up to make sure everything is done as requested and on time!
Best Volkswagen dealership in the GMA. I've been to three other dealerships and I stayed with this one because the service was by far better than the others. They listened to my requests and never pressured me into buying. It made me feel comfortable and bought the car in the end. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen, I would highly recommend you go to this location.

Good service from the Director of Used cars and from a salesman, but as any company, they also have some bad apples.
For instance, the adjoint director of used cars. He knows who he is, tries to give you the lowest price for your car so they can make a ton of profit. He is not polite, diplomatic, or doesn't have any common sense that should be an instinct especially for a adjoint director, when you're dealing with future clients.
Dear Volkswagen, I like your products, but you should do a major cleanup, or send your staff to some basic sales courses on how to deal with customers.

Bad service
TERRIBLE! Worst dealership ever, I went there twice, and I was taken for an idiot both times. I'm never going back again! I gave them my car for a minor repair and when I got back they told me that the car couldn't start anymore and I had to pay 800$ and that it was "bad timing" and "It could have happened anytime. " The second time I went there with my other Volkswagen they told me that the reparation would be covered by the warranty since my Volks had only 50 000km. The day after, when I went to get my car back, they said they made a mistake and that it wasn't covered by the warranty after all, so they forced me to pay 1200$.... A COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT AND INTEGRITY BY ARBOUR VOLKSWAGEN , THESE GUYS ARE ONLY TRYING TO STEAL YOU. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE !!

These guys tried to take me for an idiot claiming that the center taillights (on trunk) don't take light bulbs in them and that their only reflectors. Lazy people couldn't even figure out why my dashboard sensors were signaling a light problem. I wonder why. They're just idiots I suggest avoiding this dealership
