One of the worst dealer. These guys charged me almost $600 as administrative fee which they told me was for installing a device. Later I talked to another VW dealer and he told me that there are no charges for things as such and started laughing. A complete breach of confidence and contract. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
This was a very easy process, it gave me a wide knowledge of all the steps involved, and provided great detail in the information of buying a new car. The whole process from beginning to end took a total of 1 week to complete, and this car has been a dream. Had a great experience at this dealership even though I did not end up purchasing at this time. Jorge Correa was knowledgeable and patient with me as my purchase of a Volkswagen was postponed due to my own vehicle being repaired after an accident as opposed to being written off. Jorge was not pushy as others have and treated me with respect. From a customer service perspective, I highly recommend this dealership for your next VW purchase, as I also plan on returning here again.
Triple A+ service for new lease. I've leased several vehicles and my experience 3 years ago with the old team at this shop was not good. Latest lease was a completely different story. Vince got me into the perfect vehicle for our needs and Brandon took care of all the business details. Totally painless and totally positive experience compared to last time. What a difference! I don't normally put reviews but credit where the credit is due. Marina spends ample amount of time to explain different models, promptly answers questions to suit needs of customer.Together with Vince, they make customer feel very welcoming, comfortable, and are not pushy to make on sales. I recommend them as excellent and hard working team!
We bought a car there. The team at the date of purchase were wonderful and made the experience great. I waited longer than quoted for my car, but they were great on pick up and friendly when I went to inquire where was my car. The issues I have been dealing with started from there onwards. I called to book in services, or ask questions and I have been repeated hung up on, and ignored. Left voice mails and not gotten call backs. Called recently and was told the manager would call at 9 am. NO CALL. When I finally actually spoke to the manager (after 5pm) as I had called and gotten through. I was informed he wasn't given the message so what is he meant to do? I will not be buying any VW again at this location. They are very disorganized and not worth the extra stress. I have since taken my car to two other VW dealerships who have been a pleasure to deal with.

Shawn Brenner "worked his butt off" (am I allowed to say that?) to help me locate and order the exact -and fairly rare- configuration of VW Alltrack with the specific options and features that I wanted.

Go see Sahib in Sales! I leased a new VW in spring of 2019 and shopped around prices at 2 different dealerships. The price Sahib offered right off the bat was was better than the other 2 dealerships, even on their second and third attempt to lower and negotiate. Sahib is approachable, easy to talk to and very straight forward during pricing and negotiations. Highly recommend you talk with Sahib when looking for a new car.

I recently had boughten a car at Volkswagen on Martin Grove and was stunned by the amount of amazing service and professionalism I witnessed during this process. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jesse Mainella, whom is a sales associate for the company and I was very impressed. Jesse was very prompt, professional, polite, and always willing to help. He took the time to answers my questions while he was at work, and also at his leisure. He got me an amazing car and deal within my price range, and I can honestly say that I will never switch car brands again, as well as Jesse being the sole person I recommend for anyone looking to buy a Volkswagen. Bought CPO certified VW with many things not working that should be been checked and corrected during the CPO certification before the vehicle was delivered (such as the tires being completed worn out besides few other things not working). We took vehicle home, had to go back and eventually got them fixed after having to follow up and after follow up for few months. They gave us the cheapest no name brand made in China tires though so not so happy about that. Will not buy CPO vehicle from them again, they don’t have my trust. What’s the point in buying COO certified if I had to find all the issues after delivery and then have to beg them to fix those issues.
First time using their shuttle service and their driver Sal deserves a raise! Wonderful driver, very kind and a great conversationalist. Uber & Lyft drivers have nothing on him! Great man! Cant wait to use this service in the future!
They helped me out in a bind. My winter tires were poorly installed with even one of my bolts coming off the rim. They got it done right for me. Getting me back in the road in no time. Thanks so much to the staff at VW and Azki especially

What can I say, if i could give 0 stars i would. I spent so much money at this parts department only cause Mayur and Baldeep. They always gave me great service but its sad that after they left, the parts department is very slow, the new parts people always have a attitude especially the manager. They have no knowledge of Volkswagen they have to call a mechanic over to come assist me. Wow Martingrove, just when i thought this place was getting better , it's not. I will never step foot into this dealership again. If you all reading this before they take this down, please just don not waste your time and make the drive to Maple VW, where you will be treated right and get parts at a reasonable time.

Buying a car at Martin Grove VW was such a good experience. I first sent an email to the dealership in order to know more about this pre-owned Sportwagen they had in inventory. Shawn replied in the next minutes giving me all the details and the car history. The experience at the dealership was just as pleasant. Shawn put no pressure and took the time to answer all my questions. On top of that, the dealership offered me a very competitive price. Shawn is always available even after 6 months following the sale. This is quite impressive! I hardly recommend to deal with him for your next car purchase.

Met with leasing manager Andy last week and found him to be very competent and professional. Although I just dropped in without an appointment he was up to speed on my file and was able to offer me lots of helpful options. He is a sincere person and very pleasant to deal with.

The worst and most incompetent customer service. I had issues with my car ignition for few days until one day when I couldn’t even stop the car. I have my own mechanic who is super professional, however, thinking that the ignition should be something that the dealership are more likely to handle giving that the ignition part needed to be replaced. I called the dealership first thing in the morning asking if they have the ignition part...the person I talked to was going around in circles...she kept saying to come in to have the car checked. She wouldn’t even bother to check if the part was available. She would not listen to my concerns or even trying to understand the situation. My car was running all night, I had minimal gas in it and all I needed to know was if they had the car part before driving there.
I called my mechanic and he ordered the ignition part from the same dealership and I had my car fixed for half the dealership price and less headache.
This location has exceptional customer service. I dealt with Shawn for the purchase of my Volkswagen Tiguan and he was wonderful to work with. He was informative and quick to respond to my requests. Recently, I went in to have some pictures taken of a car dent at the side of my door and their was some confusion about the protection that I had on the vehicle. Shawn was quick to respond and was able to close the loop and process the request. On a side note, if you are purchasing a car, it’s worth it to get the appearance protection.

We went on a Thursday after work, and it took an hour before someone was freed up to help us. They did send someone to check up on us, referred us to their drinks and snacks section, so that was appreciated - but it really only happened because another customer complained about the wait. I do wish they could have a better way to prioritize people coming in, especially as we were interested in a used vehicle from their site only to find out it had been sold days prior - something really that should have been updated on the site. Also, there was a dispute with another customer on the sales floor that should have been dealt with in a more appropriate location.
