Stay away from this dealership, specially from James Chang sales representative, really a scammer and unstable man. Asking him questions about the car but he just want us to put a deposit.After we've done our own research he just requesting a credit card and signature before finalizing any offer. Please be careful with this salesman.

I just picked up my Audi Q3, yes, an Audi in a Volkswagen dealership! I dealt with James Chang who was very patient with my parents, both of whom have a substantial background in German cars. Purchased a 2014 Jetta TDI. My vehicle would not start. Very dishonest managers overseeing, not to fall short on their profits within their own department. There are a lot of details with my experience, but overall each department receives a bonus and until the games ended I was the one without transportation.

I have been dealing with VW for quite some time, and decided to go to a new dealership for my next vehicle. I found the staff at Don Valley VW to be rather friendly while discussing my buy-lease options. ... No surprise there. The sales rep, however, seemed to be fairly new to the business as he was quite unknowledgeable about many procedures, and had to ask the Sales Manager questions in order to answer my questions.
In the end; I will refrain from going into details, but what they had told me in the beginning (while pushing to sell me a vehicle much earlier than I had intended) did not transpire. Hence, I was put through a lot of grief and regret for the next several weeks.
In addition, after I purchased my vehicle, I had several questions for the Sales Rep and Manger, and had left several voice messages, but never received a response. It seems that they were no longer interested in maintaining a relationship after I drove my vehicle off their lot.
The Sales staff are not only dishonest by making false claims in order to push their product; they also lack the belief that ongoing customer service will guarantee that the customer will return.
I will neither return, nor recommend this dealership to anyone.

I also spoke with Ezra, who was also great, and answered all my questions. I really liked that there was zero pressure from either of them. I only just got my 2014 Jetta TDI, and hope it pans out to be a great car. But I do feel backed by the staff, and management. I would recommend this dealership.

Ethan Hodgson sold me my latest Volkswagen - a 2017 Golf Trendline. He's smart, approachable, easy to work with, and was super helpful on the test drive. He had the snow tires already on the car for pick up making it a smooth transition. I had a great experience at this location. I dealt with Frank, who was really personable and down to earth. I made an appt with the online person but when they weren't around Frank and I started chatting. right away. He ended up driving the car with me to my house so I could show my wife and not have to come in again. He wandered around the block and let us look at the car in peace in my driveway. Bill is a great GM and they don't try to push unnecessary stuff on you. I've been to lots of dealers where they are always 'busy' and don't have time (like the Honda and Toyota dealers on the same strip) but these guys were much better.

As a Honda owner for 20+ years and this being my first Volkswagen experience, I am disappointed. Why is it not part of your customer service to return a car washed after it's been serviced? That simple gesture would have turned this into a more positive experience - its something that Honda (and Audi, and others) always do. You can do better for your customer service, Don Valley Volkswagen!

I do not recommend going here to service your vehicle or for recall maintenance. Horrible customer service! I took my vehicle here today and they told me it would take two hours for the recall repairs. I decided to take a walk outside only to see my car was still parked in the exact same spot as when I brought it in over two hours ago. When I inquired I was told it was waiting to be washed. I continued to wait and eventually decided it was not worth wasting anymore time here. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

I took the car to service at Don Valley. It was a bit out of my way, but I had some good impression of this location. Loretta was excellent. I really appreciated that she had the mechanic show me where the problem was before we agreed to proceed with the service. George, who helped arrange Uber and rental, was also very helpful. My place was a bit far from the location, and they were going to give me a car rental. He made sure I checked the car before driving off. Although I eventually didn't take it out of my own concern (the rental car seemed really nice actually), I was very touched by their kind consideration.

I purchased my first car last year (2015 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 TSI) with Eric Chrons and it was such a great experience. Leasing a car from Don Valley Volkswagen was a fantastic and painless experience. We knew what we wanted and never felt pressured into anything we didn't feel comfortable with. We delt with Chloe Simpson who was simply wonderful. She was honest, trustworthy and very open to questions and was very knowledgeable. She puts her customers first and that was apparent as soon as we walked in the door.
When we picked up the car, she went through every button and dial and is open to any questions via text, phone and email.

I drove down from Alberta to Toronto,
my 2010 Jetta TDI was giving me issues.
the check engine light came on and the vehicle had slight loos of power, which concerned me.
I went in without an appointment, noticed they were very busy,but they still took me in.
I dealt with a guy name Richard, him and the staff is very nice to deal with.
I was given a shuttle to where I needed to be.
My check engine light problem turned out to be covered under warranty.
this will def. be my dealership everytime I visit Toronto.
