Blair was responsive and personal, using video, phone and text to quickly move through our deal. He presented all the optional items you have to consider when buying from a dealer, but never became pushy if I wasn’t interested. I’m a private person and generally find the dedicated sales person experience icky, but Blair made it pretty painless. Thanks Blair!

Usually good experiences here. Although last time I bought some new brake pads, rotors, and bolts for my rear brakes on my Jetta and they gave me the wrong bolts. But they easily let me return the bolts and refund them.
Their mechanic Jason is top notch and has provided an excellent quality of work. The service advisor was also very helpful and communicated well.
We are consistently impressed with Turner Volkswagon! The staff are amazing and the service is excellent! I have owned a lot of cars and I have to say, this is one of the very best dealers. Always very very impressed!

I wanted to purchase my car from VW Finance, after the lease. Mandy was able to sort out all the final payments etc, and when I showed up, all was taken care of quickly and all staff are very pleasant. What I like about VW the most, is they always wash and vacuum your vehicle every time you take it there.
Dustin and Jeanne in the service department are my hero’s today.
They didn’t have to but they did, even after I was a little rude.
My wife’s new beetle had a window issue that wouldn’t let it go up. She said I could bring it in but they were booking into next week and with Covid, so no promises.
I get it in, check it in, apologize to Jeanne for being a bit rude and self centered about my issue.
They manage to get a tech to investigate and nicely ask the parts man to get the needed part on last nights truck.
Got a call this morning it was fixed and ready to go.
So again, they didn’t have to, but they did.

I had called one day ahead for tire change and alignment and an appointment was made for the following day. Tires were in stock, I dropped my car off and even being 20 minutes late for appointment, tires were installed, car washed and vacuumed. When I had returned to the shop earlier than scheduled time, within 10 minutes I paid the bill and was on my way. As long as I have a VW I will be bringing it in to Turner VW for any repairs required. The service was exceptional ! Thank you Peter and Staff...
Had a wonderful experience here with the service department. Everyone was super friendly and professional and went above and beyond with servicing my son’s Jetta. They even cleaned it for him!
I bought a car from Turner in December, but when I went to get winter tires put on at a tire shop, it turns out they forgot to include a key to the locking lugs, so it was impossible to get the wheels off. Turner told me to come in right away, but their technicians had gone home, so I had to schedule another appointment to come in and get new locking lugs put on, and then schedule another appointment at the tire shop. All told I spent 2-3 hours running around to deal with their mistake.
I asked the sales manager to compensate me by giving me 2 hours of free service, which seemed fair to me. He offered an oil change -- after initially trying to dupe me by saying I was being well-compensated by getting a new free set of lugs, which were required to fix the defective car they sold me in the first place -- and refused to budge any further.
I wouldn't do business with a place that values their time more than their customers', and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do business there either.
I left Turner VW feeling great about my purchase, the service, and the overall experience. Richard from sales took care of my every request and made sure that I was 100% happy with my vehicle choice. No pushy sales tactics, or anything like that. Combine the service with their thurough service and inspection on a CPO vehicle, and you have a flawless experience. Definitely would recommend purchasing from Turner VW, I'll be back.

Can't give this place a high enough review, and that's largely due to one particular sales associate, Johnty, who made the process extremely smooth and pleasant. Bought a used Corolla from them and the price they let it go for was far, far beyond reasonable. Johnty was extremely friendly and patient, didn't pressure me for a sale, and was willing to work with me to make it eventually happen.
I have always tried to deal with small shops where you know the owner and mechanic. However, Turner VW has changed my mind and will be getting all our business going forward. What a great team of people that work hard to earn your business.

Guy there was helpful but pretty lame. I didnt have an appointment but i just had a couple questions about my Jetta. Was kinda rude and he kept telling me to move my dog like i was going to run him over on my way out lmao. Anyway, guy was alright. Place was nice. Just be a little bit more catering to people who want to buy a new vehicle.
This is a customer-friendly dealership. Left feeling well looked-after even after a simple oil change and check over.

I basically negotiated and bought it over the phone before making the trip to Kelowna from the Shuswap. When i arrived it was everything I expected! The whole staff crew were super helpful. went looking for a new or preowned vehicle - was on my way to mazda to check out smaller vehicle but drove by turner volkswagen and stopped in on a whim not thinking i could afford a midsize volkswagen with luxury finishing but... will (guillermo) came out and that was my lucky day - showed us a selection of top notch preowned passats in mint condition and directed us to andres for our back up/nav system for a pristine everything we wanted car and we got a deal on everything including the 2 year bumper to bumper warranty - andres was absolutely great for our upgraded audio system - will would not let us walk out of there without the car of our dreams (and we had come from a lexus gs350! and couldnt be happier with our passat) - one stop one shop - never felt pressured but he nailed our needs and desires and put us in the right car that met our luxury requirements without breaking our retirement budget!! Will is amazing, and turner vw is lucky to have him!!!
