I had my 2011 VW golf TDI for TDI recall in September 2018. Check Engine came up few days after recall done, I had it there for service again and again and agin, they have charged me for fuse box replacement which was mis-diagnostic. they replaced main harness under warranty and boom, engine didn't start, they blamed after-market alarm, removed, we fund lose ground bolt on (Negative) and it made all problems when excessive starter use had happen to push the engine to start. They blame Cluster now. I have my car in dealership since November 2018, Complained to VW CR, They refused it based on car mileage which is note related to the mess they made.

What a refreshing experience at a car dealership.

We just recently purchased a brand new Volkswagen GTI from Bailey. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, he was also an extremely down to earth guy who wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

From the moment we walked in the dealership we were treated with respect and there was no pressure what so ever from anybody to purchase a vehicle.

Paul and Todd also did a fantastic job of breaking down pricing and showing us all the options available.

The people here deliver 5/5 service, and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to go there and experience the great service for themselves.

I am very disappointed about their service department and this one was the worst. I had an class A service done on a weekend yet their technician is super careless and had done a bad job on not being able to close of the oil tap (see picture) & did not even wash the car thoroughly, as result of my engine light was on. I called twice to ask if I should bring my car back, the Service supervisor James told me to reschedule the appointment on weekday, which I returned in two days. The engine light was still on even I closed the oil tap. Regardless, if the engine blew up (due to oil loses), as a client, it their responsibility for paying the repair of engine (doesn't matter if my car is under warranty or not) in the end? Human error does happen but it's all about your professional attitude. When I took my car back, a lady was helping out but all her response was "I wasn't there so I don't know what happened. I will have the tech to check it out first". From a very disappointed customer, that adds up more anger towards your service. I had a follow up with the service manager, Tat, who had responded with apology but mentioned that human makes mistakes. Again, that is lacking of people management and it has nothing to with your customers.

By far, the most positive sales experience I've had, at any car dealership. There was a feeling of genuine customer service and attentiveness from the moment I walked in and with every communication throughout, minus the crude 'pressure sales' vibe. Working with Herman, Jay and Todd, was highlighted by their easy-going nature and I appreciated how up-front and transparent they were through all our conversations. Their willingness to break down every scenario and answer all my questions, in great detail, in person, over the phone and several long e-mails thereafter, convinced me that dealing with Regency, was the right choice, instead of any of the other nearby VW dealers. The 6 dollar a day promotion brought us in to Regency Volkswagen. We very greeted by Greg Balderson. He was personable and down to earth. We discussed our needs and went for a test drive.When we returned were sold on the 2014 Jetta. We decided to finance the vehicle and proceeded to fill out a credit application. We met with Sam and she was very helpful. Being Sunday we were unable to close the deal that day.
Sam called at 9am Monday morning to let us know we had an appointment at 430 to pick up our new car. We arrived at 430 were greeted by Greg and the Sales Manager. We purchased our insurance, completed the financing piece also purchasing the extended warranty to cover the term of financing. Our new car was washed and detailed. Greg walked us through all the features and we drove away very pleased and satisfied. The whole experience was professional, enjoyable and fun.

Kevin was a fantastic, and this isn't a prompted response.

I came in skeptical about buying a car during the Christmas season, but when I met Kevin, my trepidation was soothed.

car knowledge: very well versed on the car I was purchasing. knew the insides and out and was very at ease with explaining it to me in a non condescending manor. he listened to my needs and was immediate with solutions to my specific situation in needing a car. he matched me TO a car, he did not match a car for the sale.

customer service: Kevin knows how to treat a customer with respect and dignity. I was in this dealership at an earlier date and had spoken to a sales rep that made me feel like it was a joke that I was even there, expressing my needs for a car and wanting fair value for my trade in. when I came back a second tie to see a car my brother was buying, I met Kevin and all my faith in good salesmanship had been renewed.

on top of that, the support staff behind Kevin, enabling him to do his job was fantastic and also deserve credit for the good work they do.

in all honesty, Kevin was the salesperson that took a very bitter experience with Volkswagen and turned it into a positive. im extremely happy with my car and the attention Kevin showed to my account.

again, I need to repeat that not only is Kevin doing his job as a true professional, the support crew and people in the background all worked well together to make a deal happen for me. before I but my next automobile, I will always see where Kevin is and what he is selling as he has earned my trust and my business.
