It's the service I have been searching for! My vintage van was welcomed in with open arms and treated better than any other shop I have been to. The service advisor, Chris, always goes out of his way to get me the best deal on the required parts and discounts the labour rate. The technician, Al, has kept me on the road safely and with a confidence I have not had from other past shops.

Great test drive experience. Sandy took me for the test drive. It was super nice and he made it easy to compare feature by feature with the competition (I did other test drives as well), and highlight the Golf features.
To be honest, it educated me a lot and helped me to do comparisons between brands and vehicles. I decided to get a brand new Golf. The entire process was super easy.

Incredible service! I have an old classic and finding a shop to work on it has always been a challenge. I saw a Facebook ad saying they offer a discounted rate for older Euro vans and my inquiry with the service department and the parts department was very welcoming. Not only was the service above and beyond my expectations, the price was great! I am very impressed with the whole experience.

Great experience. Our sales representative John Ha was competent and quick to respond. Excellent and capable parts department. These guys don't try to needlessly upsell you on things but instead actually listen to what you want. It really goes to show when dealers pay their sales personnel salary instead of provision. I had visited several other dealerships before openroad, but this was the first one that felt just right.
I absolutely hate car shopping, and not once was I made to feel uncomfortable or over pressured while at OpenRoad VW. John Ha had approached me on the sales floor and asked if I had any questions almost as soon as I appeared to need help. He didn't hesitate to take me on a test drive around the lot and was extremely knowledgable about the Jetta's onboard dash functions and feature differences between the Trendline and the Comfortline.
After all my questions were answered, John and the on-shift manager Ian worked with me to find a fair offer on my trade-in and explained the concept of the black book and any tax incentives that might provide. They also took extra time to run through a number of financing scenarios to ensure I was making the best decision for myself.
If you're interested in a Volkswagen I would highly suggest checking out OpenRoad first; I think you'll have no desire to look elsewhere.
