I have been buying cars from Norden for more then ten years have recommended my friends who have bought there as well but I have bought my last car from them.
They would not budge on there advertise price at all as they knew I really wanted this car they gave me a really low trade-in value for the previous car that I purchased from them.
I also live two hours away and they knew that I wanted to the car home that day went for supper well they put the paperwork through about an hour and a half later they called me for piece of information on the forms for financing (which means they just started processing this paperwork) I gave them the information and continued with my supper when I got back to the dealership about an hour after that another gentleman came and asked me the same question better given on the phone( witch means to paperwork had not moved in three hours) by then it was too late in the evening for the paperwork to go through which means I had to travel home and come back a week later to pick up the car.
Then just yesterday I visited there again as I had questions about the warranty I waited in the store for about 45 minutes for somebody to come talk to me then I asked could somebody call me as I had to go I still have not received this phone call.
I have spent a lot of money at this dealership most of the cars I have bought from there have been more than $40,000 do not think the customer even one that is only spent $10,000 should be treated this way and will be looking for a different dealership the next time I buy and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
Norden Volkswagen is always available to assist with any service repairs, questions and ability to make everything run smooth when scheduling appointments. When there is an error (which is rare), they have always corrected it no problem and usually are the ones to bring it up to ensure complete transparency to maintain the relationship between customer-establishment. I have never had an issue with their wonderful team and have recommended them on numerous occasions to all who are seeking a new dealership to work with. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased a BMW X3 with Vincent , I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. He was very personable and knowledgeable- with no sales pressure. Very patient , and went above and beyond. It was like dealing with a friend , not a sales associate. After purchasing the vehicle I had several questions and follow up concerns and he responded directly and promptly to all of them. I can't attest to any of the other staff there but based on my experience with Vincent specifically it was 5/5!
Wade our sales person was very professional and accommodating to our needs. The sales team as a whole demonstrated food customer service. After noticing that my prepaid maintenance was not included Wade went to speak with the GM to get a rebate for me. The only set back was the minor Fianancing issue where I was not able to get my car on the day I was suppose to pick it up. That being said they provided me a rental to take and have me come back. Overall great experience from the group at Norden Volkswagen. Would recommend to others for great customer service.

My experience at Volkswagen was great! I dealt with Vincent in Sales and Rob in Finances. This is my first big purchase and I had a terrific experience and they guided me through the whole process. I definitely recommend Norden Volkswagen if you are considering buying a car!!
I’ll start by saying my sales rep Michael was excellent. The rest of the staff , we encountered were personable and accommodating .
The two start rating come come my dealings with the on duty manager.
Strike one:
When presented with the price ( i asked for both cash and financing option). We asked about the tacked on fees. Which we were told “ they are mandatory “ but when told we’ve never paid on any of our new vehicles. The reply was “ that’s only on new vehicles. I let it go since I wanted the vehicle .
Strike two:
on the test drive, I had noticed that the brakes were grinding a bit. I assumed the car had been sitting a bit, I didn’t except a 7 year old used car to be perfect. On inspection the rotors in the front where grooved and the rear were rusted/ pitted. I asked the “manager” about it (expecting some sort of concession ( price drop or brakes fixed). All I got was “the inspection says it’s fine”.
Strike three.
The financing Option offered was insulting( the interest was several times the amount borrowed). No details discussed etc. That was it deal blown , we walked out .
Up until that point our experience was excellent.
3 salespeople outside all of them were on their cellphone the entire time I was browsing...about 1 hour. All the used vehicles I saw advertised online were no longer there or were in far worse shape than the photos indicated...but hey, normally sale staff won't leave you alone at a dealership so maybe it was a blessing that their cellphone was more important than showing up for work...
We had a great experience at Norden! Brittany was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to introduce us to all the great features of our car. Ella helped us set up the extras that we wanted for our car and it was also a positive experience! They made everything easy for us. I definitely recommend this team if you are looking to buy a car.

Had an awesome experience buying a car through Norden this passed week. The staff helped a tonne. There were some twists and turns with getting the color we wanted but they ended up getting us the colour we asked for. And the car is a beauty and for a great price.
I had inquired about a vehicle. and was told to put $500 down on the vehicle if truly interested in purchasing. The vehicle was a great price so I put the $500 down.
Upon arriving, our sales rep had no time for us. he quickly rushed us into the selected vehicle. Quickly rushed us to finance and quickly rushed us on our way. I never got a full run down on the vehicle and how it works. So I am still trying to figure things out with the vehicle.
The finance person did not explain the bill of sale and all of the line items which, when I looked again, I saw that the $500 down deposit wasn't on the bill of sale. The dealership did correct this and refund it. but had it not been caught, I would have been out $500 which is substantial when you have a family.
When purchasing the extended warranty, I feel that it wasn't explained very well. Which was naive of me to just trust it was all good. I think I would have passed on it had it been explained to me better.
I blew 2 tires on the highway this morning and didn't know what to do so I called Norden and spoke to Mike in finance and he was very helpful. He helped arrange a tow truck with my roadside assistance and booked me an appointment at the closest dealership. 10/10 always had great service from Norden!

Our sales rep was incredible. Honest, friendly, personable, and genuine. However, when I have to follow up with services to see if our part has arrived or if our vehicle is ready, I consider that an issue. It's not as though I was checking in the next day, as that would be impatient. I'm talking two weeks after ordering a part, calling, and having them say "oh yeah it's been in". Nice. Immediately noticed issues with our vehicle, which they addressed at no cost to us, but now the list continues to grow and we'll pay out of pocket. Odd, considering we bought extended warranty and nothing seems to be covered?
5 stars for our sales rep, -2 for selling a lemon and poor communication.
I tried to get approved at other dealerships, they kept on saying I would have to pay 30% interest and plus they were trying to get me into little ugly cars. I wanted something more sporty. Norden got me into a Infiniti g37 coupe at 18% interest with low bi weekly payments. While my car was in the shop they gave me a loaner car for free. I was treated with respect. I highly recommend this dealership.
I like Norden VW. Staff are friendly, smiling, and helpful. I was directed to the parts department by one such staff person at the service desk. She looked, no one was at the parts counter. She went and 'found' a staff person. Sadly, the person she found made me feel I was doing him a favor purchasing the part I was there for. Recommendation: Be like the rest of the employees, put a smile on your face. Makes customers feel they are important. Guess what, they are!
I wish I could give this absolutely brutal dealership a -5 star rating. Not only is there service department horrible, lazy, rude, and just down right ignorant ( mostly there manager Scott) but they just don’t care about doing quality work. For the price they charge for labour you would expect excellent work but no, you actually get something that looks like a 10 year old kid was trying to do. I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this place. In fact I think this place is just an embarrassment for Volkswagen as a whole. I have experience very uneducated works in a departments that just at tell you stuff you want to hear just to get your business then they don’t care about you. I have called them out on it every time and they just give some stupid excuse and call you the idiot. My self and my girlfriend were both told directly to us in 2 different phone calls by the service manger Scott that we were idiots for believing that a piece of glass in a sunroof could just explode without a rock hitting it. This first time it happened to me the closest vehicle was about 2 Km’s away so ya something was wrong with the vehicle, rocks don’t just fall from the sky Scott. I’ll be adding more details into the current horrible situation I got going on as I’m getting Volkswagen Canada involved and will be contacting Go Autos upper management. But for now I want to tell everyone to stay clear of this embarrassment, they will just try to tell you what you want to hear and steal your money from you. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was amazed at how easy it was. Vincent was very accommodating and ensuring that we were well taken care of. He even picked us up at the hotel to bring us to the dealership. He was very friendly and prompt with the paperwork which made everything a breeze. Went there 3 times. Every time salesmen filled up the handicapped parking forcing me to park across lot. When I mentioned this no one cared. Had a salesman park so close to my car I had to climb in over the passenger seat, fun for a handicapped person. I bought my vehicle outright with a spare key. Oil was dark and check light was on they argued with me saying it was changed. Eventually changed it but who fights over an oil change when your dropping tens of thousands. 2 weeks later my spare key never arrived. I went down and key wasnt ordered at all. I asked to talk to someone in financing and they said financing was too busy to talk to me. Customer service sucks here. Only reason i gave 2 stars was my sales person was very personable.

If I could give Norden Volkswagen negative stars I would my whole ordeal started when I bought my car 3 years ago. It took Norden 4 hours longer then I was originally told it would take to receive my car when I finally got my car it had almost no fuel, and the dash light up like a Christmas tree with warning lights. They also didn't give me the winter tires I bought with the car. These unfortunate circumstances were all put to bed very quickly by my sales rep with a $10 famosa coupon.... That was expired. Of course I complained and they gave me factory pricing on any after market parts this of course is useless because the person who promised me that told nobody and it's impossible to use. Every service appointment I've had usually runs at least an hour longer then they tell me and even when they tell me car is done it takes about an hour after that to actual get my car because when they call they aren't actually done. What prompted my review was a text message I received from Norden Volkswagen asking if I would be interested in upgrading my vehicle I politely declined and told them I'm happy with my current car. The next day I get a phone call asking if I would be interested in upgrading my car, again no thanks so I went in for my scheduled service appointment and promptly told the manager all the issues I've had with their company he responded to my complaints by saying "okay thanks bye and left. So If you can buy a car anywhere but Norden Volkswagen I'd recommend that and if you have to buy a vehicle at Norden Volkswagen... Just don't, take the bus and set your money on fire. It's far less
If you've spoken to a lot of salesmen before you'd know talking to some of them can be like talking to a robot, especially if they've been in the business for a long time.
Ray wasn't like that. He doesn't put out that robot salesmen vibe. He's been a salesmen for only a few months, and it shows. And I mean that in the best way possible. On our test drive it was like we were just hanging out. No pressure, no bs. You talk to him, and you're actually talking to him. Not a fake salesmen personality.
Best experience I've had at a dealership because of him. If you want to talk to someone who doesn't sound like they're reading off a script, talk to Ray.
This is the first time I've actually purchased a vehicle from a dealer and I can say I am 110% satisfied with my experience!
Right from the start Brandon was helpful and answered my questions quickly - if he didn't know the answer, he made it his priority to find out. I appreciate how easy the process was and Ella (in finance) was excellent at describing each and every option she presented me so I understood everything (she also helped me to see the value in those options). Overall I felt comfortable and zero pressure from either sales or finance.

My sales associate was Mark Mounzer who was nothing but professional. Mark was able to help me complete my second step with credit rebuilding and put me in a brand new 2016 Jetta at a significantly lower interest rate than the contract I was in prior. Not to say this will be the case for everyone but if all the Sales associates are as determined as Mark, you will not only leave satisfied but with a newer vehicle for probably cheaper than you are currently spending. Go say hi to mark or the other sales associates. This is the first review i have ever written for a company and this is all due to my extreme satisfaction.

My wife and I were very impresssed with the knowledge of the salespeople. They were honest about the pros and cons of each of their vehicles and worked hard to help us find exactled what we needed, rather than what they would like to sell. In the end, we bought a 2012 Tiguan. Great vehicle, roomy for tis size, with loads of power for a 2.0 L turbo. The only put off was the pushy finance people; that's where the money is: getting you to buy a plathora of warranties and, quite interestingly, insurance policies of various types. At one point, after we politely turned down the extended warranty (almost $4000.00!!) they sent in the "customer relations person" to get our feedback (via survey). Then, this person went for round 2 in trying to push the extended warranty on us. This time, we were offered a "special deal", only $2000.00. What? I could see right through their little game.
I would have given Norden 5 stars for service, custormer relations, and knowldge. Unfortunately I have to drop them to 4 stars due to the pushy finance personel trying to foist some very expensive add-ons.
Very helpful team there at Norden VW. They are prompt, courteous and take the time to answer your questions before, during and after a sale. Ryan did a great job working with an out-of-town buyer and made arrangements for a smooth pick up. Great facility, too that looks like a good representation of the VW Brand, and has lots of inventory!
I have purchased 3 vehicles through Norden Autohaus and everytime have been dealt with the highest level of respect and consideration! The level of customer service from both the sales and service departments has always been well above my expections. I have recomended all my friends and family to go there the next time they are in the market for a new car or just need to service their VW!
