The entire team at Whitehorse Toyota are friendly, professional and make you feel like part of the family. Dealing with the service advisors like Rick, they are proactive in checking out your vehicle tires to see if you need to start thinking about replacing them. They offer shuttle service to work or home as well as back to the dealership when your service is done if you need it. They make sure to explain all services provided as well as any recommendations so that you can keep your vehicle in tip top shape. In fact, I trust the service team so much that I also bring my Chevy Silverado to them for oil changes and service. Installed my dash cam here last year. The whole process took 6hrs. They broke my window and tried to blame the broken window on me (saying I didn’t notice before coming in). The dash cam stopped working after a couple months. Turned out they misconnected 3 cables. The mechanics here don’t know what they are doing.
Every single staff that I have come across or spoke to over the phone has been extremely helpful and professional. I am always welcomed entering the dealership. Had a few things going on with the vehicle and the staff helped me fix all of them and was very accommodating to my situation (thank you Shawn). I also had an issue with my trunk latch not opening when I picked up my vehicle and Rick took his time to help me figure out the issue.

We always receive the absolute best service from the service department at Whitehorse Toyota. We live about 5 hours from Whitehorse, so it's always quite the process to book our service appointment, but the staff are always so accommodating and helpful. In the winter, while in Whitehorse, our canopy shifted. I went into Toyota to see if I could book an appointment for them to fix it. They took it in immediately, fixed it and noticed my key battery required replacing -- they did it all quickly and didn't charge me! They offer friendly, helpful, personalized service, and truly go above and beyond with the care they provide!
Staff were extremely considerate of my emergency and was able to get my car up and running again sooner than we thought it would take originally. I know the struggles, and I am grateful things worked out thanks to their flexibility. Praying for their success.
Took in my son's potential used truck with a maintenance question. Service Department were generous with their time and ever-one was extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience!
Parts department is painful to deal with. Between sitting on the phone to check stock and finally paying for the parts was a 30-minute experience with no other customers in the store. Then found out that one of the parts was wrong because the parts guy didn’t clarify my vehicle’s engine. Unless you’re desperate for Toyota-branded parts, I’d shop elsewhere.

It's the local Toyota dealership. They have certified Toyota mechanics who know their stuff! Sadly I am writing this review in the midst of the covid car shortage, but I know their sales staff will try their best to find you the vehicle you want as quickly as they are able. If I owned a Toyota I would take it here for servicing without hesitation.
I came up from down south where some of the Toyota dealerships are less than enjoyable, all about the money and would mess with you to get more for less work. I can say the Whitehorse Toyota crew are on the complete opposite spectrum. I bought my vehicle from them last year and have gone to them for regular services rather than going to a garage in town. The team is always accommodating and helpful they treat you with such kindness, Ric from sales helped me get my ideal car and helped me a lot when i was hit and my car was totalled. Ian in the service shop has been so wonderful helping me out with bookings and even comping me a car to use if things were going to take awhile with my car. All i can say is what an awesome team, keep up the amazing work you guys do!!
I brought in a company truck for an interior detail and the results were great! They even did a bit of an exterior detail and replaced the floor mat.

I recommend Mic Mac Motors (Whitehorse Toyota) to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Chris was great at listening to all my questions, and although I was worried he would be irritated with my numerous questions, he remained professional and helpful. Not only did Chris provide me with great service, but the Finance Specialist Blaine was professional and quick when sorting out my financing options as I was on the clock to buy a car and return to Mayo. The Manager also chipped in providing excellent service by helping me reach the TD insurance agent quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Mic Mac Motors and recommend them to anyone. They are trustworthy.
I don't think their hours are correct on Google. I just tried calling and pressed every extension and no luck. Maybe they need to update their hours.

Was in a difficult set of circumstances on a trip through the Yukon. Ian Elliott (Service Advisor) was able to fit us in despite having a tight schedule to get work done on two vehicles. I can't thank Ian enough, he is a great person and seems to be a guy that would do anything to make sure people are getting great service. Otherwise, all work was completed quick and done well.

Just picked up our brand new Highlander XLE from Toyota Whitehorse! Chris was very personable and helped make the buying experience easy and straight forward. Lorne was also great to work with and explained all the numbers with clarity and transparency. No pressuring sales tactics or numbers gymnastics here! Definitely recommend these folks.
I give 3 stars BC the service team mechanics are amazing the sales guys are truly troopers but the detail shop is subpar, would even go as far to say it's a back yard job.

I was flying up to Whitehorse from Alberta to buy a vehicle, and had it brought to Whitehorse Toyota to get inspected before I flew up there to pick it up. They failed to note that the Check Engine light was on, and that there is a 3/4” x 1/2” hole in the starter motor. Very disappointing and frankly rather concerning that they missed these two VERY obvious items. Further, they couldn’t even get the model of the vehicle right, despite it being a Toyota - the one brand they sell (T-100 vs Tundra).
Would not recommend whatsoever.
I finally traded in my Toyota Tacoma for a newer 4-Runner. The cost of service for my Toyota over the last seven years has been about a third of my other vehicle which was not a Toyota. The staff provided no pressure opportunities for sales and even delivered my glasses and credit card and some tools they found when cleaning up my truck to my work. Really exceptional service.Update: I’ve had two minor issues since practising my used vehicle and each time it’s been dealt with at no cost and extremely quickly.
Had a broken windshield on the way to Alaska. They were super busy but somehow found room to squeeze me in and replace my windshield so we could continue on our road trip. Grateful for their service and they did a top notch job.

Very helpful service department
Reasonably friendly. We bought a new key for our 2012 Rav4. We were charged $75 for the key and charged 1/2 hr shop time for the programming ($70). Locksmith Services says he can do it for $80 total. But what really irked me is that they also charged $8 for shop supplies. When I asked what the shop supplies were the fellow said "you know, use of the computer." He then followed it up with "whenever you go to a shop they'll charge you shop supplies." He's right, a disreputable shop will charge shop supplies when no supplies are used. That makes Micmac Toyota a disreputable shop. Not impressed and I will, where possible, take my business elsewhere.
