When I asked for a carfax they said they don't have one. In my 20 years of car buying it's the first time a dealership would not provide a Carfax. So, I had to pay for one out of pocket. When I read the Carfax I understood why they didn't want to provide one. When questioned further on the history of the vehicle I was ghosted by the dealership. Never had this experience before from a Toyota dealership.
Mike in the collision centre was extremely helpful and worked with me through my unique situation. The quality of the repairs made was excellent and the staff in general were great. Thanks Mike.
My name is Crystal. I purchased a grown up car from Brian and he found one that fit my budget and still had everything I wanted. Almost two months later my tires shredded, Darcy and the guys in service went out of their way to stand buy their product they sell and got me four brand new tires and made sure I was safe on the road again. A very negative experience. I felt belittled by the staff. My vehicle sat on the lot for a month, before the collision center staff, started the process with SGI. There is a parts crisis, however after the parts arrived, repairs of other vehicles were prioritized even though mine has been sitting on the lot for over 2 months. I have called approximately once a week for a quick update. After the one month mark, it became difficult to find someone to answer. When I call from my place of work however, the call is answered quickly. I was given ridiculous timelines for when my vehicle would be ready. One week I was told a Tuesday which, later turned into the middle of the week, which then turned into the middle of the next week. The beginning of one week to the middle of another is a long gap of time when they have all of the parts. I have yet to get my vehicle back. I will never go back to this dealership for anything.
It was a smooth process buying from rainbow, Rick was pleasant and professional and likewise for the finance manager.
This was the third new vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Rainbow Toyota.

I Had an oil change done on my Toyota Tundra here, first time in this business in years all staff were friendly and efficient. I got to have a coffee in comfortable lounge while I waited , It took about 45 minutes . Overall I'm pleased with the service.

Bought a vehicle brand new and there was a major failure very shortly after warranty. The service manager was rude, did not offer any help, refused to attempt to talk to Toyota Canada about this failure and told me that I had to pay for the repair and no other option.
I will not be buying a vehicle from this dealer ever again, let alone trusting their service department.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is first rate. Unfortunately they do not maintain a very good parts selection. I took my truck in and it was determined that it required a new left rear wheel speed sensor based on the computer diagnostic. The parts had to be ordered from Vancouver. The part was ordered and I made a second trip (2 hours one way) the part was replaced but still required other parts that connect to the sensor. If there had been a more thorough check on the first trip (2 hours one way) the proper parts may have been ordered. I have had to waste 2 holidays and looks like a 3rd as well. So far 2 holiday days, gas money, and $380.00. This is the only drawback of owning a Toyota product. Not a dealership close by. It would be nice if dealerships carried a more complete parts inventory. I like my Toyota vehicle but this would be the only thing that would keep me from buying another Toyota product.

I arrived in the morning from out of town and they were very helpful in doing the oil change I required while also bringing a few issues to my attention that they were able to address at the same time. I was in, out and on my way within an hour. The staff were pleasant and helpful while the service was efficient and thorough.
The only thing that disappointed me was when I got my summer wheels put on. (They had been stored at Toyota) they were caked with dust and grime, The car always used to be washed when I picked it up. If ever it needed a wash it was this time to clean the grime from my new rims. Other than that service was adequate,

I had a wonderful experience here! My thoughts and needs were put first when Rick was giving me options to consider and I was not pushed one way or another. He went above and beyond ensuring I was happy, and he came in on off hours for me to pick up my vehicle as I am from out of town. I would highly recommend both the company and Rick to anybody seeking assistance, especially if they aren't 100% sure what they want.
Can't belive how somebody could destroy a 60k car in 4 years like that and try to sell it for some much money, wasted a lot of time to be disappointed
