Vlad at Maple Toyota is really nice person. I don't think I've ever had anybody buy lunch for me dinner when buying a car before. I really appreciate it. So far so good. Vlad Mintz is very good, down to earth, straightforward, sincere, not pushy, and never demanded that I show up in person. Why waste time when many things can be negotiated electronically? Armando is also very straightforward, not pushy and explain everything comprehensively. Pricing seems fair and competitive. My experience so far has been pleasant and suitable for us. We will be closing our transaction in a week or so. I hope they do well because they deserve it

My husband (and his uncle) went there the 1st time, tired and not happy as he just had an accident and needed a car. He had been to another dealer but they haven't been meeting his needs.

Just wanted to share my experience with Maple Toyota.
1-Wanted to install a Remote Engine Starter, got an appointment the same week, was greeted nicely by the advisor, had a couple of questions, she called the workshop guy who explained everything, got the job done in less than two hours. Awesome.
2-Had an issue with the exhaust system, initially they said they will charge an hour of work, came back after the job was done and charged only half an hour and said that was how long it took. Appreciate your honesty guys.
3-Wanted to get the tires balanced & aligned as well as full maintenance, charged me less than my old dealership used to charge me for maintenance only. Have a small complaint though, there is still a small vibration in the steering wheel, guess you can’t get the tires balanced perfectly for a 5 years old car.

The worst service experience from any Toyota dealership I've been to. They make you wait over 3 hours to change your all season tires to winter ones with rims already on them! Mr. Lube does the same job in half an hour without an appointment! In addition, the service staff are rude and have no manners - save yourself the aggravation and try another shop.

Jo-an Garcia is by far the best advisor I have come across. I have been servicing my car and my parents car for years now and Jo-an has been the best advisor I have dealt with. She takes her time with customers, which is so important especially for women who normally aren't so mechanically inclined. She's patient, professional, friendly, and has a heart of gold. Have a deal for a new Corolla yesterday, may not be the best deal but service is prompt and stress free. Location is far from my home but lots of parking instead of 2 Toyota dealers where I live, show room is big, clean, neat and functioning. Sales man is good, dedicated although need a little more knowledge, explain on new model description rather than web site, good thing I have my home work. Overall, I get what I want at an OK price that matter to me, appreciated.

The gentleman who handled me was Jas Chandok. He was so polite and professional in the way he attended me. He was even ready to accept my offer though my asking price was little bit on the lower side. He took time to understand my requirements perfectly. What’s really great is that Jas offered me to install a factory backup camera at the cost price to the dealership. It has been nearly one month now since I purchased my car, I have been getting constant follow-ups from the dealership and Jas about my experience with the car.
