I have had all of my service done here and they are quick and easy to deal with. They recently did a recall job and got it done under time. I did get an engine light after being there so I returned. Just an en evac line that was overlooked. I was in and out and problem solved. Bart the body shop man gave me some helpful advice about some spots on my paint. What he suggested worked well!

I had three small issues with my Camry. The small issues that you wish you could fix yourself, I couldn't fix them. And this was a time when you have to grin and bear it and get the car to the Dealer. The opposite happened. They took care of the issues and got me on my way in no time.

Bad Experience, Not Professional and Not Straight. Purchased 2012 AWD Toyota Matrix under my company name and found next day (it is not All Wheel Drive AWD, it is front). now have to go to OMVIC and follow the procedure probably will take about 3 to 4 weeks. Very good overall experience!
I have had all of my service done at Russelle Toyota. The lady at the service desk (sorry I forget her name) is courteous and helpful and friendly!
I had minor body work done also and they were great to deal with. The body shop manager was great to deal with and responsive and helpful.
The used car manager (Jim I think? Older experienced gentleman) is always helpful and knowledgeable.
Only issues I would have is that the parts manager is not easy to talk to or deal with. I have had a couple of bumpy interactions with him so I avoid that department.
Also, it would be good if car washing was available as part of the service.
Otherwise a very good place to do business!

Dissatisfied. Diagnosis was quick and accurate. Had a broken spring. Only would deal in Toyota parts. Other dealerships will come up with cheaper alternatives. Called the local spring shop, first question was why didnt they just send us the spring, they do on a regular basis!?! Wouldnt budge on pricing even when shown genuine parts were less at other places. Wouldn't recommend this shop, sad for a Toyota dealership.

One day I went to Russell Toyota not expecting to get anything at that time, but just to test drive and get some information. I was introduced to Rob and he was so patient with me and showed me all the features of the new 2020 Toyota Corollas. After playing with some numbers, he got me into a brand new Corolla XSE in my favourite colour, and I've never been happier! Went there for collision repair on a Mazda 3. They were professional, kind, timely and when the car was finished, they gave it back completely detailed inside! Total surprise! Thank you to the team for a job well done.

The only reason they did not get 5 stars was there were some other items needing to be fixed and found their hourly rate of $110 a bit too steep for me.

I went in to this location because I was interested in the 4runner TRD pro. The salesman seemed annoyed that I asked a question and went as far as to suggest I go to the Whitby Toyota. He seemed more interested in talking about his Saturday night plans with another staff member then helping me. Well I took his advice and am now a happy customer of Whitby Toyota.

Russell Toyota advertised a 2010 Toyota Yaris. I was looking for a reliable car for my 84-year old Mom. Brendon the used-car manager and Kathir the sales representative let me know that the car had just come in and they hadn’t fully evaluated it’s condition. I took it for a test drive and noticed a few safety concerns, they immediately sent the vehicle to their mechanics and presented me with a list of repairs to be completed before purchase. When they mean CERTIFIED, they really mean certified!! I pick-up the car this Saturday, so I’ll let you know how it goes!



I would highly recommend this dealership! They have a great selection of new and used cars. The staff are friendly and professional. I think they’re reputable and place a lot of pride in their work!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER FOR TOYOTA!!!!

My car is a 2018 Toyota Camry with 22,000km I bought it in September 2018 brand new

3 weeks ago I took my snow tires off and put my summer tires on when I noticed that my back rotor was grooved in several places...only the one rotor all the rest were smooth and no grooves...
the way they should be...I booked it in for today and a guy named Jason Russelle called me (not friendly what so ever) and said that the car was fine...I told him that I saw the grooves and that it grinds when I back up...you can even feel the grooves...he told me that it was normal...I said to him NO ITS NOT!!! and he told me to talk to the the customer service manager which I did...this guys name was Joel...when I spoke with Joel...he tried to convince me that it was normal wear not damage...I told him that it WAS damage as it has many grooves in it...none of the other rotors have any grooves in them...he couldnt give me a concrete answer to why this was..
I said I wanted it fixed and i was told its not bad enough to be covered under warranty...this is ridiculous as it's a safety issue and should be covered!! Normal wear would be on both back brakes not only one of them...there's a week link somewhere...I think because I am a women they can get away with this..not this women..I wont stop till it's fixed the way it should be...New
He than told me that he would contact Toyota to see if they have seen any issues like this...but they still wouldn't fix it!!!
Toyota claims they are highly rated for there quality in cars and trucks and customer service....NOT TRUE AT ALL...I have them as a 1 star as you cant give a 0 star or I would have...I plan on contracting HEAD OFFICE FOR TOYOTA as they refuse to do anything about it...they will take your money to buy from them but BE AWARE they DONT come good when something goes wrong with your vehicle!!!! I seriously hope they will fix the brake problem with my car...we will have to see...untill than....Buyer Be Ware!!! Dont go to Russelle Toyota...I have heard really good things about Vandermeer in Cobourg

I approached this dealership and introduced myself as a potential new customer to their service department. The response to my request (I had a warning light indicator on my console) was that they could not see me for two weeks. There was no effort made to bring me on board or find a way to meet me halfway. I've had years of dealing with Burlington Toyota who have always accommodated me based on the urgency of the request. Some folks in business still don't realize that it is this first interaction where they can build a lifetime relationship with a client.

I love my toyota. Love my past Toyota’s. I really don’t like spending my money at Russell’s. They don’t do much of anything as far as deals go on trucks or trade ins so I go elsewhere. The service department I use because they’re local but they’re not friendly or accommodating. Everything takes forever and is an ordeal. Takes half a day for an oil change??? Booking weeks out todo tires or breaks.

Buying my truck here was a good experience but had a LOT of trouble with the service regarding warranty work. They tried to send me away 3 times with my truck not fixed and telling me there was nothing wrong it. And then I had to take it to another mechanic to diagnose it then bring it back to them to fix it (quite a segnificant fix too) Then when there was a nail in the sidewall of my front tire they said sorry we won't fix or replace it because they are expensive tires. When THEY sold me the tire warranty for those tires. The Service manager is an anbsolute joke, working part time there 10-3 good luck getting ahold of him.
I hope they change things there because until they do I am never taking my truck there again.

We own and have owned 2 Toyotas from Russelle Toyota and absolutely love them both... Our first one is a 2002 Toyota Rav4 with just over 220,000 Km on it... With it still running great and there only being one minor problem in the 13 years that we have owned it we love our Rav4... Our second is a 2015 Toyota Corolla with just over 10,000 Km on it... It has started off great... The process of buying it was fast and efficient... With service over the 13 years that we have been with Russelle Toyota we plan of staying with them and never buying anything but a Toyota...
