They will sell the car but service department is very rude . Every time you call or go in service make you feel like you are trying to get job done for free. Guys we come for service our vehicle and we want to leave happy. Being rude won’t take any of us anywhere .
It's OK, but that's all. The necessary service is done, but I feel like options are not presented very well and service performed is not detailed. It's just pay up and go, see you next time.
I drove my truck through a puddle full of fresh asphalt. It was not pretty. I left it with Keith in the detailing shop for the day and it looks better than the day I bought it. No damage to the vinyl wrap either. I could not be happier with the outcome. I still can't believe how good of a job he did. By far the best detail job I've ever had. Excellent work.

I purchased a set of ($100 ) wiper blades.
Within 2 weeks, I tried them for the first time.
I immediately noticed streaking across the drivers side windshield.
Toyota has a parts warranty of 6 months for wiper blades. It specifically states this on their own website.
Regardless, I informed the service manager that this was a defective part and should be covered under warranty. He informed me that this was wear and tear and he couldn't help me. He never even offered to look at the defective blade while I was holding it in my hand.
Very poor customer service.
The service manager should educate himself on this Toyota warranty and follow it.

I have a Venza that I bought from them some years back. I have been doing much of the regular maintenance issues either by myself or mechanics closer to home. This spring I booked a detailing package and a 4 wheel alignment. The detailing was spectacular and the alignment needed no adjustments so instead of Charging me the 119.00 for the alignment they only charged me 19.95 to check it out. That alone it noteworthy of an honest operation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was in the market for a new car late in 2020 and decided to visit a few dealerships in Owen Sound. Baywest Toyota was the second dealership I went to and I was greeted by Kieffer Fowler who spent time listening to what I was looking for.
It was my first time car shopping alone and Kieffer answered all my questions, provided thorough information and worked hard afterwards to find an amazing 2021 4Runner Venture that's a perfect fit for me and my budget.

I had my wife's truck detailed here last month, it hadn't had a good cleaning since we bought it 4 years ago. The service staff helped me to go through the different packages available and their detailer Keith met with me beforehand to take a look at the truck and offer his suggestions. It's a 2010 with black paint so sometimes they don't recover very well due to age and wear.
We went with the premium package and dropped it off for the day. We were blown away by how amazing the entire vehicle looked. Keith and his crew really went above and beyond and did a great job of bringing the black paint back to an almost new condition. My wife is super happy to have her truck looking brand new again. Will definitely get our vehicles detailed more often and would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to have theirs done.
I made an appointment with the service advisor, he was so quick to respond and satisfied with the replacement of my Rav4 brakes and rotors. I forgot his name but he is at the front service desk.

Was taking a leased corolla back, they were dealing with my wife as we may have purchased a new vehicle, the sales tactics that Adam Gateman and his sales manager Brent used were discusting, in the end I was threatened that They would not take the car back and I would have to deal with toyota financial if I didnt sign a release, the charges , and lies Brent made up were ridiculous,
STAY AWAY do yourself a favor deal with any other dealer,
I'm sure Brent will respond to this with more lies, he is good at his job, ripping people off, called Attrell toyota and they knew of their shady tactics, told me to contact toyota canada
I also talked briefly with the general manager as he was with Brent looking at the car, He didnt seem to care either,

Great cars very reliable and economical to operate, but the service department here is Amazing I always feel fairly treated and never feel over charged like I felt at other dealerships.
BayWest has serviced our Venza many time since late 2014. I have been impressed with the quality of work, the reasonable prices for work and parts and the effort they have made on our behalf ; to do the work where warrenty was available. I'm especially pleased with the way they took care of us today however; and would like to thank them for doing a seal repair and installing new Serpentine belts for an extraordinarily fair price. They first repaired a differential Pinion seal last August but the seal was not complete and continued to leak. We called and it was fixed today and from what I can see there was no charge given that the first seal had failed. This is really decent on their part and we are grateful for their efforts. An excellent company.!

I would not buy a truck or car from any Baywest dealership. They do not post new inventory and pricing. As a matter of fact vehicles on the lot have no pricing. Transparency is everything and there is none at Baywest.
I depend on Baywest to keep my little car in tip top shape! Getting some detailing done today too - cleaning off that winter wear and tear!

The associate I dealt with was very nice and professional. He sold me on the new 2019 Toyota Corolla HB. Unfortunately the way they do their business was not great. They said that they couldn't print any pricing or a quote off for me and tried to make it into a joke (but it made me very uneasy). The sales associate told me he couldn't do his own pricing (again what?) he had to go to his Sales Manager for pricing. He came back with some numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. When reviewing these numbers his Sales Manager called back and said he forgot to include a freight charge and my cost was actually higher (.... okay). The sales associate took me for a test drive, showed me all the features and I fell in love with the car. I wanted to shop around and get other quotes which I did. Other dealerships told me that there was an error with Owen Sound's pricing and they would not be offering me what was on the written quote. I called Owen Sound back and yet again they told me they forgot to add freight charges in (I thought they missed that the first time?). Anyways, they told me it was an "insane deal" and they would honour it if I purchased by 9am on Monday. This was at 3:30 on a Saturday (they're closed Sundays). I'm 24 years old and not making a commitment like that on the spot. I never went back in. I thank the sales associate for his product knowledge and I know it's not his fault that this dealership has these stupid processes and procedures. Their way of doing business is not very upfront or honest. You cannot scribble a number on a piece of paper without showing people what charges are included. This also lead to MULTIPLE errors on my quoting. I ended up buying my car at Collingwood toyota. The sales associate had a quote printed out for me when I arrived and there was no shady business or mistakes.
