Service department is geared for sales... They will find anything wrong and try to keep selling service - When I asked about the Yaris "Cool" coolant light : they say it was because I had a pin hole in my rad, $1000 to replace. I read online that this light is totally normal when the coolant is still cold plus the coolant level remains the same month after month. There is certainly no leak. They insisted I should "adjust" the parking brake as part of a safety check, now it makes grinding noise and is loose and floppy at the handle. Oil changed but no service sticker - I have to make my own reminder. Replaced manifold gasket but they warned they may have to replace the manifold (I asked for the old part if they had to) - no need after that. I wanted to go back for them to fix the "adjustment" on the brakes but I feel they will create new repairs. They should keep sales on the sales side of things and for service, just focus on service - it's bad practice to try and replace every part that isn't optimal to jack up the service bill. They'd get more repeat business if they were honest and not service up selling.

I bought a 2020 Tacoma from this location and the staff were very friendly and responsive. The process was smooth and efficient. Any questions were answered promptly and with plenty of detail. One thing I noticed is when it came down to filling out the paperwork the sales staff were very open so I didn't have to ask for a breakdown of numbers instead they were clearly explained to me before I actually signed off on the purchase. I live far from this dealership so for the time being its unlikely I will service the Tacoma here but I would if I was close by and maybe their service department would be decent too.

I’ve been a loyal Toyota Customer for over 20 years. First with the Family Camry, and then with our Corolla and more recently with our Venza. I’ve exclusively used Toyota service department for both the Corolla (2010) and Venza (2014). I’ve accepted the higher costs at the dealership and the numerous recalls for the Corolla believing in Toyota’s high respect for quality, service, and customer experience.
Over the past year of so, I have noted their service and commitment to service has been deteriorating. In my recent visit, I went for Maintenance Service and an issue with my key. They managed to ‘find’ numerous other things to fix (including supposedly fixing the key issue I came in with) at a cost of $732 for that visit alone (not of course including my business of over 20 years). Upon exiting, I noted that the key (that they claimed to have fixed) still wasn’t working!
Told me, that actually it would cost an additional $200 to fix it. ... Would have been nice to be given the full picture upfront (or during my nearly 3-hour wait in their store) rather than discovering it wasn’t fixed on my own.
And it would be nice that my 20-years of loyalty was worth something to Toyota Canada.
I guess my loyalty has been misplaced.

So I had posted a wonderful review 2 months ago when I renewed my lease. I take it back! For 2 months I have been calling and emailing the lease manager, because they owe me a significant credit. They double billed my lease. For 2 months, I have not gotten a single reply to an email or voicemail. SO disappointed! Should have gone with my gut and NOT renewed my lease with this dealership!!

Terrible! Do not bring your vehicle to this place. I paid for battery maintenance that was not completed. Also, I was quoted $1000.00 for an emergency brake repair. I then went to a nearby mechanic and it was a simple adjustment; $99.00. I don't mind paying for vehicle maintenance, just be honest with me.

The service department workers seem pretty good my car was serviced quickly and on time but it sat outside for 20 mins whole I waited because the people working there couldn't be bothered to bring my invoice. If I can, I will rate them lower than one star. They keep calling me and email me, ask me to pay the $1000 deductible which my insurance company confirmed with me I don't have to pay. Because that's a hit and run, I have zero fault. I have the collision centre report and police officer sign documents.
On the claim document the deductible section is zero, they left a sticky note with handwriting saying I need to pay $1000 deductible. (Which is not true)
After two weeks they call me and emailed me ask the money.
Eventually, I have to go to my insurance company manager call them in person to stop this. They send an three sentence email to apologize for that.
If at any point I am not sure the policy and paid the money to them , I don't know if they will refund for me.
VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Amazing and friendly staff. Chris was excellent, he accommodated to fix my car without appointment. Car stalled on the side of the road, had to tow it to the dealership. They looked at the car same day and told that it had a recall and advised of next steps. The parts required for the fix are backorder, so they gave a loaner for a few days. No issues since the fix. Great service.

I just killed almost 3 hours of the beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon waiting for the oil change. Just an OIL CHANGE. It was the LAST time I saw this place after 7 years of descent service. Sad. That’s how businesses loose loyal customers. AVOID THIS SERVICE BY ALL MEANS!!! To say nothing about their prices. Oil change $125+tax. Spark plugs change $480. Sometimes I do believe some businesses (well, PEOPLE who run those places) do become insane and inadequate. Amen.

I arrived at 9:30am for my 10am appointment I had made weeks prior for the airbag warranty repair and an additional coolant flush and fill. I had been told over the phone and in person that the work should be completed by 1pm. I was also told that they would perform a general inspection free of charge. I dropped off my car and went walking around the nearby area until around 12:30pm when I returned and waited to be told that my car was done. At 1pm I had to go find the person I'd talked to before to ask what was happening. I was told that they were just about to *start* the work - 3 hours after the appointment I was early to. I had to wait an additional half hour until they gave me the car back with a blank inspection sheet - because in the 3.5 hours they had my car they couldn't be bothered to look at anything. No discounts or any other remedy was offered for this lackluster service.

Also if you're looking for a drink, go take a water bottle from the fridge in their cafe thing - they're free, but they won't tell you that unless you ask. I can't believe this dealership doesn't have a free coffee machine for customers. My basic rust proofing shop does free coffee but this big dealership clearly doesn't care about providing a quality experience for its customers.

Go somewhere else.

I've been with Toyota for 8 years now, going to this location for the past few years. The staff is always very friendly, and I've been well served consistently in more than one department (service, sales, and the café).
This past week I purchased a new car, and the sales manager Adam Strazzeri spent much of his time (on a couple of visits) helping to personalize a car and a payment that worked for me. The financial manager (Justin Attfield) was great in getting through the paperwork quickly, and both helped me figure things out to the last detail. Can't wait to pick up my car today! Just purchased a car here this past weekend. They just recently switched to a non-commission structure as of July 1st. What a difference.

The sales staff is polite, accommodating, and eager to please. There's no pressure whatsoever, they just let you see what you came for and are able to answer any questions.

Pricing and final negotiation takes place with a manager, who doesn't need to go back and forth speaking to someone else to discuss numbers with you. The deal is seamless and makes for a much easier process.

It also helps that they have a comfortable environment with a good set of amenities. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased my first car here and had a great experience. I had time to take a look around before I was approached by a sales rep, and when I was, I told him (Nick) what I was looking for and what was important to me. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want, and catered to what my needs were. I was glad there was no pressure. I had done my research on the car I was interested in, and went to Meadowvale Toyota to see if they had one I could test drive. They did and I was able to give it (and others) a test drive. They ended up giving me a great deal on the one I purchased. I know anyone can say they got a great deal- but when I told my friends about the car, what it includes, and the price- they all had the same surprised reaction on their faces and said 'wow'. I think they may have been a bit jealous.

I paid for the car in full at time of pick up, so I would not be able to comment on the experience of dealing with leasing or financing.
