He shows empathy to clients and explained the pros and cons of the car which gives us more informed decision in buying it. Though I didn't catch the name of his Manager who just pass by (I'm a Life Insurance/Investment broker who had trained sales people as part of my experienced), and just going into the motion of shaking hands, I can sensed his insincerity. But for Wei Lau, he's the best sales person I've ever encounter in a car dealership.

Absolutely terrible. We made an appointment with Maria to test drive a RAV4 hybrid. We drove right after work from Brantford to specifically see this car that we had been told was available. We get there and didn’t even get a greeting. And then the first question we get asked by her is “are you sure you want to wait 6 months?” And then she proceeds to tell us that the car sold YESTERDAY. And she never bothered to call us to inform us. So we just drove an hour hoping to buy a new car today. Didn’t even offer us any deals. We will NEVER return to buy a car here. And I would suggest others to pick a different salesperson to work with in the future.

Was a bit confusing figuring out where to go for my appointment since not much info was relayed over the phone but once everything was sorted out I had a wonderful experience. Was greeted by 1 staff that helped with directions and then had a lovely gentleman named Luke handle the customer communication from upfront. He offered to call when my car was being worked on as I was in a bit of a rush to head to work within the next few hours. He also called to let me know when my car was finished. Let me just say this, I have recently been having issues with my vehicle. Due to this, I’ve been coming into the location nearly everyday this week, in not the best mood. HOWEVER, let me give credit to the red head receptionist who I’ve seen everytime I’ve come in this week. Despite everything going on, she always has this bright smile on her face and upbeat personality. She’s partaken in pleasant conversation with me, and even remembers who I’m coming in to see from the day before. She has been a breath of fresh air during a time that seems quite glum. I had an appointment to get my car serviced. My appointment was at 11AM and I guess there was a miscommunication between the Service Rep and I, he thought I was leaving and returning later to pick up the car. Instead, I was in the waiting room. (No shuttle was not available)

3PM rolls around, the Service Rep sees me wandering around. He thought I left and was going to come back, so that's why they never serviced my car yet.

So, what? If he didn't see me I would've been waiting until 9PM? What's the point of booking an appointment?

A service consultant tried to rip me off by suggesting my vehicle needs front brakes replaced, brake fluid replaced and rear brake service costing about $1087.00. When I asked again the price was lowered. He offered to give me more discount if I came to see him. I became suspicious because he wrote it down by hand . I went to check out with my mechanic his advice everything was fine. I had already replaced brake fluid 9000 kms before. I meet with the manager and he also suggested my vehicle was fine but the staff is new. I trusted this place for right advice but was very disappointed. Only advice dont believe everything they tell you. Use your judgment.

I cannot say enough about what great service you receive at this service centre! I bought my 2002 Camry XLE here and have serviced my car here exclusively throughout the years. Harry Tam, John Kirkpatrick, Bill Leo, Mario all provide excellent customer service. Harry has always been very helpful and available whenever I have had a problem with my car. He was my service adviser for many years and is still there in another position. John Kirkpatrick has been my service adviser the last 5 years and provides excellent customer service and pays attention to the little details. When I am ready... I will buy my next car here and service here as well. I live 45 minutes away now for the last 2 years and still go there even so there are other Toyota service centre's closer to me. I have over 300K on my vehicle and am sure I will get another 200K. Love Toyota's cars and service.

Just had my 2010 Rav4 serviced at this location and they forgot to top up the washer fluid and lubricate the door hinges even thought they clearly stated on the invoice that these services were performed. Was my vehicle actually serviced? Not sure. Fellow Toyota owners please do your due diligence and ensure you get what you paid for. Fist and last time for me at this location. Really unprofessional. When I enquired if "2020 Corolla HYBRID " is in inventory or not, I was told - it is available.
But when I reached the dealership, the sales manager told there 4-6 months backlog. They just baited me to visit the dealership and convince me / negotiate on other cars which were available.

They tried their best to talk me out of buying a hybrid - only because they had none in inventory.

Walked into this location to test drive a 2020 Corolla to potentially be my first car. It was around 7:50pm, when they close at 9pm (this is the only time I could come in because of my work schedule). I was walking around for almost 10 minutes before someone actually helped me, and I had to interrupt some women for that to happen. There was no one at the front counter, and barely anyone there at all. It seemed like the people who were still there were ready to go home even though they didn't technically close for another full hour. I'm not sure if it was because I look young or what but no one wanted to help me. The women I spoke to worked in sales and she had to ask another man (who was on his laptop by himself) if he could take me for a test drive. He said no, and it seemed like she wasn't happy that she had to take me. She told me she was worried that they were going to close the lot, and that I would have to drive her to her car if they did... oookkk. She didn't end up telling me a whole lot about the car either, she yawned about 3 times while we were driving. Just awful service. I'm still considering a Corolla but definitely not here.

This is a full service auto centre with a repair shop, body shop, and leasing plus sales.

Always have problems with service/repair department. For such a simple job like changing winter tires - they can still mess up. Don't know if some young kid is doing that kind of work. Left instruction to put better tread tires on the front, no, they did criss-cross. As a working mother i didn't have time to go back and complain. Next time changing, they told me "oh, your tires were not put on properly". Oh really, it was you who did it!
Changed headlight bulbs. Took forever. And then my stuff inside vehicle, glove box was all messed up. What the heck do you need to go through in the cabin for headlight change?
I have been patient for many years, but had enough... never going back.

Just picked up a vehicle last week from Erin Park Toyota. This is a second vehicle purchased from this dealer within couple years. Dealt with Ryan (Sales Person) and Geoff (Sales Manager). From the very first visit to Erin Park Toyota Scion, after visiting many different dealerships of various manufacturers, I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the entire experience from every member of the professional, courteous and attentive staff... the Greeter, to Sales, to Sales Support and the Sales Manager. The Scion FRS that I purchased is a great car with a fantastic driving experience for the price point, but the car did not sell itself, as there were other contenders.
