Just got my 2015 Highlander. Chris Mah was good sale person. In this dealership you feel that they want your business and they do not play any games. Got a good deal on the car considering that this car is difficult to find in Ottawa or even in Canada . If any one is looking to buy a Toyota give Kanata Toyota a chance. Also, if there is a issue of any kind ask to speak to Dimitry (general manager) and he will personally resolve your problem.

My husband and I have been casually looking at buying a SUV for sometime now….we would go to dealerships on Sundays to look around at different makes, prices etc because there were no pushy car salesman bugging us to buy something. Once a little more serious, we went into Kanata Toyota. Maryann Renaud changed our perspective on car salesmen, she was the total opposite of what we had experienced in the past. She was very informative, and took the time to get to know us to help us make the best decision possible. There was no pressure what so ever. She worked for us and ensured we were comfortable at all times, including fixing me a chai tea every time I came into the dealership :) We are now proud owners of a 2014 Rav4. We absolutely love our new vehicle and it was all because of Maryann ensuring we made the right choice.

I had initially called a dealer closer to me to ask some questions. I didn't get much info by phone; they seemed OKish, felt like 4/10.

Then I called Kanata Toyota as I'd decided to see if any dealer stood out over the phone.

I was impressed.

I asked about two government tests, safety and eco. First I was told the eco test probably wasn't needed (as a hybrid), not something the other dealer suggested. Also I was asked for the VIN, not something the other dealer asked. With the VIN the service guy told me what service history the car had received, useful to know, nice of him to provide.

Then I asked about a loose seal, on the door, near my head when driving, the same question I'd asked another dealer. Unlike the other dealer this time I was confidently told this was a press-fit seal and how to re-attach it (I did just that by following their advice just after the call).

Finally the dealer told me how to find the Toyota recommended service intervals on the Toyota website and quickly summarized what the next few entailed allowing me to confidently book up a first visit.

My old car recently died so I was looking at new cars from a few dealerships and by far got the best service here. I was leaning more towards a Honda Civic but I ended up getting a Toyota Corolla LE Upgraded due to the excellent quality of service received from Tony Graham Toyota. The entire experience at the dealership was clear and professional, I never felt pressured and all the dealers seemed more like human beings than car salesmen. Completely professional, accommodating and very friendly. If you go here, ask for Nick Cross - he was unbelievably helpful, always available and even stood late to ensure I picked up my car safe and sound. This dealership set the bar high for when I need to go through the process of buying another car, because I am doubting it's possible to make the process more smooth and easy than what I experienced.

In two visits I got my new car and traded in my old one. I worked with Maryann Renaud - she led the whole thing through and for me working with one person is very comforting. I believe that in my situation the positive outcome was a result of synergy of professionalism and positive attitude of Maryann Renaud and Tony Graham Kanata Toyota business processes. They work long hours: both my appointments were conveniently after regular business hours. Despite the fact that first time my expectation was only to get some answers, Maryann organized the test drive for the model I wanted to buy and I got a trade-in price as well. Maryann also went over all the details and deal options and helped me to get through decision points including financing the car. At the end of very productive two hours I had everything ready. She also took time explaining all the benefits I get from Tony Graham Kanata Toyota Services like express bay for the oil change and many others. Managers at Tony Graham Kanata Toyota also make decisions and work incredibly fast: overall feeling that they take expression “Customer first” very seriously. In my second visit to Tony Graham Kanata Toyota, Maryann helped me to get a new car and to finalize all the papers.. “help” is to small of a word actually, as she did all the work!

We recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna van from Kanata Toyota. The vehicle is perfect for what we needed. We dealt with Kris Mcfarlane and we don't have anything but excellent things to say about everything he did for us. He listened to our needs, showed us a couple of options and then worked with us and our budget to make sure that we got the best! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and Kris was the only one who went through the safety features of the vehicle with us. Which was very important to us as we are a growing family.
