We experienced quite few dealerships in London throughout the years and had some horrible experiences but this is by far the best dealership we've dealt with. Our salesperson, Jon Glavin, was patient with all our questions and we felt that we could trust him, which isn't a feeling we ever got from any other salesperson before. We took our little kids with us more than once and everyone was welcoming and understanding. 100% recommend this place as we didn't have a single negative interaction.

We bought a brand new corolla from them, then we took it in for our second oil change at 22,000km only to be told we need a new tires all round. I did not understand how we needed new tires on a brand new car with only 22,000 km on it. after arguing with customer service, and then being told there was nothing they could do I took it to another mechanic to get another opinion. It was later found that the cars alignment was WAY out of wack and i believe it could have been that way when we bought the car. considering the car only had 22,000km and we never even drove it down a gravel road. We love our corolla but we absolutely are in disgust with the lack of responsibility and professionalism from Exeter Toyota. A brand new car should NOT need new tires after only 22,000km, and the fact they weren’t even willing to look into the issue for us paints the picture. I will never deal with Toyota again when it comes to servicing our vehicles.
Went in for an oil change not only did they squeeze me in for an emergency appointment as I had a long drive ahead and my oil was due to be changed. Their customer service was excellent and their service staff was extremely helpful in walking me through and talking to me about useful information and future things that my car will need to keep it running smoothly. They also already got the part on order. I totally recommend Exeter Toyota hands down and will return for all my future car needs.Thanks Exeter Toyota! We picked up our beautiful “new to
us” Highlander today - the second time in less than a year due to an unfortunate accident . We wanted to deal with Ryan at Fraynes once again as he was most helpful with our first purchase . Once again he came through keeping us informed of an upcoming trade in that would be perfect for us . And it was well worth the wait ! Fraynes pricing is fair , and good value . I was there and I was offered below trade value for my trade. It became quite clear to me they were only there to maximize their profit and not make a fair deal. Also no mention of a test drive. I have never been to a dealership where a test drive was not offered. There was almost no discussion about the vehicle other than the questions I asked. There was not a lot of back and forth on the price and we got to within $900 on a deal and they would not budge. Every dealership I have ever been to usually asks what can we do to see you in this car and make a deal. Not a pleasant experience. Stay clear!

Would not recommend for servicing! I spent $750 on an oil change and a spark plug change. They patronized me over the phone by repeating their sentences over and over instead of answering questions, and they kept saying the issue was I did not get oil changes. I had gotten oil changes at Canadian Tire every 10,000 kms where they put in whatever Toyota Corolla's manual says to put in it and I have never had a problem going there for years (it was 8,000 kms in when Toyota changed it). Then they were explaining how 10W 40 is garbage in comparison to synthetic and how that really makes a difference and that could be causing the issue. I have had many cars and I have used 10W 40 in it, and have never had any issues! And I already know there is a difference, but I'm certain Canadian Tire followed procedures (since I've been going there for over a decade versus this Toyota dealership once). I also know all about that- and I know how to do my own oil changes, brakes, transmission fluid changes etc (basic stuff). They also said there was debris in the oil. When I asked what type of debris, the answer I got was "it could be this or it could be that. We just hammered on the gas a few times and it fixed itself." So they didn't even fix the problem so they were hypothesizing the problem. They also said a bunch of electrical warning were going off and it's a bit of a mystery so they had to contact Toyota! I had a buddy connect their electrical device later to discover only one electrical warning was going off that Toyota did not fix. Would not recommend! Now my engine light is on again, and the issue with my car is still happening, which it was pretty obvious it was going to happen again since they did not fix anything).
Jon was amazing throughout the whole process, super approachable and easy to reach with questions and great with our kid when we went to pickup the car. Also did an amazing job at getting us a vehicle in a timely manner!

went to get vehicle from woodstock. price was compitative. talked through messages with manager before. he was responsive and positive. overall good experience till i gave deposit. car suppose to be delivered next week. i told salesperson ryan that my wife is pregnant and due in 2 weeks so thats why i m buying vehicle. on second week when i inquired salesman was not sure when they will get parts to do repairs and certify it. that was shocking. please have it ready before u sell it to someone. i asked for return of my deposit if car is not delivered in 2 weeks. from sale date. i understand covid is happening. but was told that i had purchased it and cant be cancelled. thats simply wrong. i m calling them tomorrow to see if they can deliver or cancel the deal. i m hoping for professionalism and sincerity. i will update review after. thanks everyone for support.

Unprefessional clowns. Avoid at all costs for $36000 cars they wouldn't touch up, cleaned up cars in their lot. Sales man kept saying someone will buy it tomorrow. Basically saying only fools or people who have no knowledge of buying a car will fall victim to it. Would not recommend it and don't be deceived by their 4.8 stars rating. Fake reviews

I just bought a new Tacoma from Exeter Toyota I can only say positive things. I shopped around some of the other dealers to try to get a price. After paying an initial visit to each for them to look at my trade, it seems that most the sales teams are usually pretty evasive in giving you a deal unless you again visit in person and they “run it by their manager” a number of times. I’m sorry but “ get a price from ??? and we will see if we can beat it doesn’t fly”. In these times of physical distancing it was pretty refreshing to deal with Cliff and the rest of the team who gave good price with and without the trade over the phone and via email. The sale was dealt with professionally and friendly manner and I thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

On a family vacation in Grand Bend and my FJ was making a whining sound and Thought it would be a good idea to get this checked out, my volt meter was reading lower then normal and suspected the alternator. Googled the nearest Toyota dealership and Exeter Toyota was 25 min away. I called up and said bring her in. It was the alternator and they had my truck fixed and cleaned in less then 24 hours.

Over the years I have bought a lot of cars. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I found the car through an on-line search. I contacted Nathan Bedard and arranged to visit the dealership and test drive the car. First and foremost, there was no rush to get the car back. Second Exeter Toyota offered me a fair trade on my car. Third, Nathan was very accommodating on the day I came to pick up the car. He had other clients but took the time make sure I was not being inconvenienced at all. Fourth, one completing the purchase I met Shelly Campbell. She made the whole process extremely simple. I don't live locally, yet I felt like I had been a customer there for years. I strongly recommend going to Exeter Toyota to look for your next car.
Drove 2 hours (one way) to pickup my brand new 2019 4runner TRD Pro and was shocked to find two scratches on it when I arrived. Service took the car into the back and tried to buff out the scratches (on a brand new $60K truck) and when they brought it out one of the scratches turned into a DENT and they still tried to sell it to me.
DO NOT BUY THE 2019 4RUNNER TRD PRO IN VOODOO BLUE FROM HERE CAUSE IT IS DENTED.
Do not waste your time or energy with this dealership. They are rude and legitimately shady.

We were really impressed by Cliff who helped us with our purchase. The RAV4 hybrid is a great vehicle and has exceptional efficiency, and its green. We were somewhat disappointed that since two family members had made previous purchases at the Toyota dealership that this didn't earn us any sort of loyalty reward or reduction in finance %. Having said that the sale was very quick and no bargaining - what you see is what you get. Why is that every dealer offers extended warranties? Shouldn't that be part of the purchase price and be standard? Shouldn't manufacturers stand behind (or in front of) their vehicles?

Aaron was very pleasant and accommodating. It’s kind of funny because we bought our first Toyota 4-runner at Fraynes back in February of the year 2000. It was a great vehicle and lasted us 18 years! If. It for the frame rusting out, we would still be driving it as otherwise was fully functional! So recently when we went shopping again for a new 4-runner Fraynes was offering a great deal. Who would have thought our shopping journey would take us right back to Fraynes again to yet purchase this new vehicle😊!
