Justin, a product advisor at Jackson's Toyota got in touch with me via email after looking through their inventory for a 2019 RAV4. He was quick to respond to emails and we setup a visit after he had found some in the area that would fit my criteria. However, by the time I visited the dealership, the inventory he had bookmarked was no longer available. We still took a test-drive in a 2020 but could not work out a number that would have sold me on getting that particular model.

From the moment I entered the show you I felt at ease. I was directed to the lounge where I found myself being offered a lunch, coffee and a sign up sheet for a massage. I stuck up a conversation with others who were in the waiting room as to how they loved their cars and what types did they own. Upon meeting Noel my sales rep, I found him to be warm and open to hear what I had to say and we took the journey together step by step to the completion of my sale. He was very accommodating and was compassionate and caring to my needs in this time of life as it was not easy as a new widow and one who has come through stage 3 breast cancer. I found the whole transaction one of ease and highly recommend this company from the reception, sales reps, financial reps and others. So far so good, Love my car, enjoying it very much.

My 2018 Toyota had a recall notice delivered and I took it here to get that done. I also scheduled an oil change and getting my winter tires swapped out for the same appointment. They were done within about three hours and the price was entirely reasonable for the work done. I have no issues other than during these trying times if an appointment is made especially for people who may live out of town like myself it should be a firm appointment. I had no one who could pick me up because of social distancing... and no place to go therefore had to stand around outside. Unfortunately my car died, out of the blue. Jackson's Toyota happened to be my first stop and I'm glad it was. Jeff introduced to the whole team and made me feel very comfortable. I recently was shopping around for new vehicles and I met with Campbell. I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, but I do really believe that the staff here deserves all the positive reviews they have been receiving, including mine. Campbell asked me a lot of questions to really figure out what I was looking for and made the best recommendation for me. I've had a bad experience before where I've walked into a dealership and the rep didn't ask me any questions, but just handed me a sheet of paper with numbers of a car I practically glanced at. Raj and Campbell worked together to provide me with the best rates and used all resources to make me feel comfortable with shopping at Jackson's Toyota. Pros:
Polite staff- front desk and service desk
Waiting area- free coffee and cookies with ample space to wait and massage chair(bonus)
Shuttle service- within Barrie, both dropping and picking was easy with live tracking. The drivers were very polite and friendly.

Cons:
Nothing.

I have dealt with a few Toyota dealerships throughout the province, and this is one of the better ones. I've never purchased a car from this location, I do, however, regularly bring my car in to get its regular servicing and seasonal tire changes.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Last year the service department solved an issue with my car that another Toyota dealership was unable to do, and they did it very fast. When I get my serving done, I always wait. The waiting room is pretty good, with free coffee and free wifi the time flies.

I now have my truck back with a brand new frame. My 2008 Toyota Tundra has a new lease on life and will hopefully serve me for more years to come. After 245,000 Kim’s I have only had two real issues. My secondary air injection pump failed on the one side and the frame rusted out. Although Toyota isn’t perfect when both of these problems arose Toyota stood by their product and fixed both issues free of charge. Everyone there is polite and nice enough. My only real complaint is with the service department. Twice now ive scheduled appointments for the maintenance of my vehicle and twice i was told it would be 4 or 5 hours before my truck would even be brought into the shop to be looked at. If that is the case then why bother scheduling appointments? Just tell your customers what days work best and plan to leave your vehicle for the day. Setting up specific times and then taking all day is misleading and quite inconvenient.

Just purchased new Toyota Tacoma from Jacksons Toyota Barrie. The sales person Campbell was extremely helpful and the Truck was ready exactly on time. One thing I like was there was no pressure to purchase items that I didn't want or need such as the Rust proofing that most dealers push you to by for $700.00 plus which you can get the same in town for $100.00. I actually bumped into him at the used lot next door and very glad I did. The tire option Campbell suggested for the Truck looks awesome and they gave me the original tires as well. Personally my 1st. Toyota and very pleased at this point.

I went into Jackson's Toyota to trade in my car, we found out some bad news about the the car I bought last year from a used car dealership. It was a huge loss on my part but the the team was actually very helpful on the best actions to take to trade in the vehicle. They are very loyal and will not accept write off vehicles which I totally understand. They showed us the Carfax and we found out that deviating news. They helped us out the car on auction and get us a good deal on the vehicle to go towards the new Toyota Corolla I fell in love with. Campbell was really helpful and did his best to give us the best price on the vehicle and financing. He really gave us the ultimate experience and I highly recommend him to anyone. Purchased a car off lease 2 years ago as clean of accidents. Fast forward: half of the front bumper cover paint has peeled off. Must be a poorly painted replacement after an accident.
Update 1: repainted the bumper at my own cost.
Update 2. The service department replaced recalled airbag and broke 2 plastic clips on the cover in the process 10 dollars each, then refused to replace because I came back once 1 month later, when the dept was closed for the holiday and then again 2 month after that. Note that I live 100 Km away.

Jackson's Toyota service was excellent several years ago. This no longer seems true. I'll often leave with low pressure tires after a seasonal rotation. In one case the tire was obviously flat. I've also had 25% too much oil added during a change. The dipstick clearly showed an overfill.

Recently I watched the oil crew "RPM check" a truck while the owner was off somewhere else. They fully floored it in neutral for (easily) 30 seconds. People in the shop were stopping and looking.

These are small details but they can cause expensive damage. Always monitor and double check the work yourself.

Story begins with out on a Saturday started are preliminary vehicle shopping ,began next door at Hyundai(great experience) then over to Jackson to look the the 2019 Rave4

The salesman introduced himself as Jeff, and we discussed the vehicle for a bit, when I told him are interest was in the hybrid version he stated they are about a 5 month wait, we told him we were fine with that

This was when the downhill slide descended very quickly, seems Jeff was more interested in making a sale that day then discussing a future sale,he became condescending arrogant and disinterested

never offered a test drive in a gas version, never even offered a sit in a gas version, no feel for the vehicle at all

with that we moved on to other manufacturer dealers and sales people, Toyota,Jackson Toyota and Jeff Greatrix you lost a potential sale for now and into the future

Dear Dave Although I am not currently a customer I am writing to say THANK YOU to you & your service staff for your much appreciated help during our family’s recent visit to Barrie.

While there for a family funeral I experienced a concerning vibration & thumping noise from the front end of the Toyota car we had rented from the Toronto airport.

Not needing the extra hassle of vehicle trouble during this already stressful time I was very pleased with your expert & prompt assistance to get us back on the road again.

It is people such as you and businesses like Jackson's Toyota that help renew a persons faith that there are indeed many good people that are there when you need them?
