Brandon was very knowledgeable and great to work with. From answering questions in a quick manner to making sure everything was exactly how I wanted. He found me the perfect car and made sure it had everything ready for me to take as soon as possible.
I went to have my Toyota worked on as my local mechanic couldn't do a specific repair. Got a quote from Toyota and showed it to my mechanic to review. Everything looked good but my mechanic said they don't need to replace a part. A $350 part. I tell Toyota to reuse the part. They don't saying it was too rusty... I'm out $350 plus whatever labour.
O’regan’s south shore was the only dealer with a good selection of vehicles on their lot. They had exactly what I wanted. Made a deal, only had to wait a couple days to get the vehicle undercoated and prepped! No two month wait! Everyone was very knowledgeable, and everything went smooth with no issues! Looking forward to driving my Tacoma well into retirement!!!
Excellent service from O'regan's Toyota at Bridgewater. Shaan did a great help that he reached out to me as soon as the shipment was arrived and I took the delivery on the very next day. He walked me through the whole process and helped me by explaining everything patiently. Julius was quick to get me the best rate financing available in the market.

My wife and I were very pleased with the attention, and quality of the service we received at O'Regan's. We went in on a Monday looking for a replacement for our 2018 Rav4 SE Hybrid, and were excited to find they had just had a 2021 Rav4 XSE Hybrid, returned from a lease. Shaan looked after us very well, answering all my wife quires with curtesy and professionalism. Roy, on their finance team, quickly arranged the financing at a competitive rate, and we were in our new (to us) vehicle by Thursday afternoon. I am loving my new RAV4 Prime. Almost 3 weeks in. It is a smooth ride and looks great. Lots of features that are included and I have learned how to use the ones I need. Not to difficult. Recharging is easy, I plug it in every night after a days use and it is ready to go in the morning when I need it. Everyone at O’Regan’s South Shore Toyota are very friendly and helpful. This toyota dealership is fine they don't provide the same service that other dealships do like washing your car and vacuuming it when you bring it in for service which was a very nice treat, but the staff is great. However, I will not purchase tires here again. I will go back to Kal Tire for all my tire needs. Kal tire offers free rotation and repairs on all tires it sells. Had a set of new summer tires installed 2 weeks ago, unfortunately got a nail and needed a repair...$50+ tax, and a dirty spare thrown back in to it's holder in the back that needs cleaning up..

Used to love the service here but my last service turned me off, damage to my rims, always trying to upsell and wait until you have to replace the windshield, so not worth it. Why buy new when the roads destroy your vehicle 10x faster than it should. And I have found that the customer service has gone way down hill here, along with most places unfortunately. The money I have spent here, (4 vehicles) I should receive awesome customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
I was very mad with this dealership. Salesman and manager play around with customer, they called me the vehicle is available but when we got there from 100 km away and test drive it, manager came to tell the vehicle was sold.
We would like to give a huge shout out to the staff for their exceptional service during our recent purchase. Our selection specialist Al was amazing. Not only did he help us find the vehicle we desired but he also kept us informed on the status of delivery and addressed any and all questions we had during this process. When we picked up our vehicle Al took his time in explaining all the details of our new purchase. Within a week of our purchase he followed up with us to ask how we were doing and if we had any additional questions. In all the years of purchasing vehicles we have never had a salesman follow up with us after we left the lot. It was nice to receive such personal attention. We would also like to thank a few others who were just as amazing. They are Sarah, Bonnie, John, the team who prepared our car for delivery and all others who were so kind and helpful during this process.

I was very disappointed with our experience at this dealership. We ordered a RAV4 Hybrid in January 2022, was not contacted by our sales representative Al for 10 months and then in November 2022 was asked to come in to ‘finalize the paper work’ only to find out that we were no longer going to get the SUV year we ordered, as our only option now was to get a 2023 at a new price and new interest rate than our initial agreement (which they said have no credibility as a contract despite ordering the vehicle, completing a credit check, and putting down a down payment). I understand that the dealership only has so much control on when the vehicle arrives, but to have no contact for 10 months (never informing us that our price and interest rate was likely to change or had already changed) was very discouraging and made us feel completely blind sided, especially since we had been patient loyal customers. In the end, we cancelled our order after our vehicle arrived and now face the struggle of having to find another vehicle at the new inflationary expense. Very disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend this dealership or our previous sales representative Al to anyone. Poor communication, poor customer service.

Brought my truck over for quite a bit of work ( bill was over 3000$ but was expected ) problem is, some of the work wasn't done properly..my truck left this dealer ship with a fresh inspection sticker and the emergency brake that wasn't working...that same night I parked my truck next to the scotia bank center in hailfax only to put the E brake on, hop out of the truck and watch it roll down the hill and smash into an old ladies car...she was very shooken up. Not a good experience at all. They offered to fix it but im not going back to somewhere sketchy like this. Find a good local repair person who can look after you, the level of care at these dealerships doesn't exist anymore

Here for a service appointment. Easy to check in, friendly staff. We will see if it takes one hour, lol. I am here for a recall appointment because I got tired of all the emails from Toyota telling me that my airbags are defective. Safety first, right? Covid protocols in place. Am comfortable waiting inside. Free wifi. Even have a very cool charging station that looks like a battery, cute.

Purchased a vehicle, asked that winter tires be part of the package. When tires were given the Salseman said that the rims may be incorrect but that if I had any problems with the tires to call and they would take care of me. Flash towards a few months and of course the service center refuses to put the tires on my vehicle. I called the Dealership in the south shore and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The dealership covered all the costs and ensured I would have no issues. Not only would I recommend for a great sales team but now I can also recommend for great customer service and support months after purchasing the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received every step of the way with this purchase.
