Service is garbage. Appointment for an alignment at 1015 and the truck didn’t even get in the shop until 415. Asked parts staff for enough oil to do an oil change and received 1 litre too little to do the change. Once you leave the sales floor this place is a mess and a joke!

We love Toyota our first car till now is a Toyota Camry. And we planned to get a toyota again but bigger because We are a family of six and I’m returning back to work so we purchased a sienna and it’s Toyota’s sort of a company transport means second hand with a good mileage but there are some small things that needs to be fix before we take the van and the SA make sure that everything will be settled before we get the van, yes they did one part of the things that needs to be fixed but it’s been 2months but haven’t heard anything from them. We’re paying accordingly but unfortunately we’re not happy with the service.
I would love to rate their service but they don’t have ANY service at all. They can’t respect any timing they set. My daughter was here for service but they forgot her car. I had to wait over an hour regularly first basic maintenance on my 20 Tacoma. It looks like the owners don’t care about service, only about the sales and do not provide any service after sales. Great vehicles, garbage service. Too bad.
We recently purchased a Toyota Sienna through Tim Downing and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality of service was A1, no pressure sales, friendly staff and extremely helpful. Would have no problem recommending their services.
Always seem to try to upsell during standard service sessions. When you refuse, they write it on your service record as punishment.
I had a transmission flush and an oil change booked at 1 p.m. and was told it would take an hour and a half tops . At 3:30 in the afternoon they told me it would be another two and a half hour wait without even doing the oil change. I got them to do the oil change and left waiting a total of two and a half hours for a 15 minute oil change.
Booked servicing online and received a confirmation e-mail of same on June 29th. Showed up 10 mins before appointment today, only to be advised that they can't find my appointment anywhere in their system.
Arrangments were made and service will occur but will have to wait an extra 30 mins. In my opinion, Fredericton Toyota should work on their appointment system.

Saw an ad on the Facebook Marketplace, with the General Managers number to book an early bird viewing. Called and had been on hold for an hour before I hung up. I realize they probably aren't open on a Saturday evening, however how hard is it to implement an automated voice message stating their hours?? Why do I automatically get put on hold and told someone will be with me shortly???? Just a reasonable suggestion.
Called for pricing on an oil change, I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla bought from there. Waited 2 weeks for a call back, nothing. Called again, nothing. Don’t waste your time going here for anything once you spend a bunch of money there.

Without going into detail, they made a mistake and wouldn’t make it right or even return my calls when I purchased my vehicle. This resulted in additional costs to me and unfortunately for them, I won’t return. Be clear in what you want because if not, you are stuck. I would not normally leave reviews and am less inclined to bad mouth any business but my review is certainly warranted.
Visited Fredericton Toyota for a frame re-call, they rejected the replacement. Got another evaluation outside Toyota, And was advised to take it back at Toyota. Rejected again. Sell my truck at lost to Fredericton Mitsubishi. They bring it to Fredericton Toyota and they said it will be replace under the recall with 8 months wait...there is something I don't understand there. Customer service at it's best.

The purchase of the truck was great, but since the purchase the service department was not a great experience.
First time I had an appointment to install a box liner, day of the appointment, drove to the dealer to go in and be rudely told I did not have an appointment and that the box liner was not in. General Manager did step in and made it right.
Second time I made an appointment for regular service and repair a recall and a few other things. Showed up at 7:45am for the appointment to be told a second time that I did not have an appointment but they could squeeze me in. At 3:30pm took the truck in and did the service, and recall but rushed through the other items (and not done right), took the truck out at closing time and said good to go. I felt rushed out the door. No paperwork to show what was done at the service. When I called the service manager to discuss the bad service he said he would look into it and get back to me. He did call back the next day to make a third appointment, but when I asked what was exactly done the day before he still did not know what was done.
The service department needs some major work to make the customer service better. Fortunately I live between this dealership and another one, I am taking my business to the other dealership.
Jim and Tracy worked together with me and made my first car buying experience not so scary. They were both kind, friendly and went above and beyond go help me in the purchase of my vehicle. I would definitely go back in the future. They were both very clear in laying out all my options and in making sure I was comfortable in my new car.
The place is a dump now. They couldn't tie Jim Clark's laces. Wasted an hour of my time when I wanted to schedule a visit before returning my vehicle on lease because BJ was in a 'meeting' even though we had scheduled an appointment. Ended up being brushed off and told to just bring it when I was done. As if I'd wait until the last day to find out any surprises on a lease return. Staff turnover has gone through the roof now, every time I went for service it was different faces. I'll never go back.
I thought I walked into Toyota with my mind made up, and and a pocket full of irrefutable offers on comparable vehicles. Not only was I happy wrong. But I left with a safer and more reliable vehicle that easily fit into my budget. The people at Fredericton Toyota make you feel great about your decision the second you walk in the building, and until you've "signed the dotted line" and have driven off. I'll be recommending Fredericton Toyota to my friends and family, and to anyone else that'll listen. They're hell bent on not only saving you a trip out of town, but a drive down the road. As if I didnt say thank you enough while I was there, but thank you very much. And one of the employees looks like a skinny Nick Frost from Hot Fuzz and was a blast to hangout with.
Neverr used shuttle service now i know why. Called at 4 for.pickup took over 30 minutes for pickup......now been sitting outside NBPower for 15 minutes waiting.for another customer. Will be full hour to get to dealershiip. I should have just walked
Treat you like a second class citizen in service if you didn't buy your vehicle from them.... Thought I should have been able to get good service on my toyota at any toyota dealership.
Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership's service dept. has caused me to leave Toyota and move on to another manufacturer.

Have been a Toyota enthusiast for the past 20 years. Went there to pay cash for a new vehicle and they wouldn't meet the price point I was asking. The salesman said that he would follow up later in the week if they were able to find what I was looking for - no follow up phone call or email came. Went to Saint John Toyota and they bent over backward not only to find the right vehicle, but also offered a much better price than Fredericton dealership - with extras -. Saint John really felt like they wanted my business. My family has owned six Toyotas since the late nineties, it's a shame to see the Fredericton dealership slip in customer service. It used to be a great spot.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The salesman Mike Dressaire was so unenthusiastic, he had no interest in selling me a toyota 4runner. It was such and effort, he did not listen to my requirements.

I had some service done on my car a while back. They are really unorganized. Booked an appointment but they never ordered the part. So I had to rebook the day of the appointment. For the next appointment, again they called the day of the new appointment to say the part was back ordered.... I re booked again and at the end of the conversation I mentioned that they should remember to order the part this time.... The person I was speaking to sheepishly agreed. The day of the third try I called ahead just to make sure. They had no idea if the part was in. It took a bit, but it turns out it was. So, when I dropped the car off, the guy asks if I'm going to wait. I say yes because the other person I was speaking to said it would take a half hour.... He then says, no, this usually takes 2-3 hrs. So much for my other plans.... Not to mention what it was going to cost. When it was all said and done, it took 2.5 hrs but they only charged me for the quoted 0.5. I was thankful for that but what a head ache. I think I'll try another place next time.

My first attempt to get vehicle there was in 2011 and was not successful... attempt #2 was with Jim MacDonald! Success, we now have a Prius touring gen4! Jim was amazing to deal with! Don't hesitate to go see Jim! That's our fourth Toyota!
Absolutely terrible...they quoted a close friend of mine around $1100 in repairs...I looked at the work order and knew right away she was being overcharged by double!!!! I hope you are ashamed of yourselves!!

I had a 2 year old vehicle and brought it to Clark's Toyota. I am 150% satisfied with the service I received. They gave me a brand new Toyota for my 2 year old vehicle and I didn't pay to pay a cent!!!! I had my vehicle for 3 months and was very dissatisfied with the gas mileage and other factors. Mr Morency and his staff gave me more than I had ever hoped for.
I have moved quite a bit in my life and never had any issues in a toyota dealer before coming here. my tundra check engine lite so I went there to get an apointement. they said the air pump was the problem and made me a rendez-vous 2 weeks later. the very next day that I went to get my truck checked, it went into limp mode. I called toyota but they only told me to get the codes cleared... good thing I have an obd11 because the codes would pop every time i started my truck. two weeks later my apointement is finaly here. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN ORDER THE PART AND THEY DID NOTHING!!! they don't want to give me another car in the mean time so I am stuck with this! all the other toyotas I ever went to would take me to enterprise and pay so I could get a rented car. but clark toyota left me on foot! I will NEVER buy a car somewhere there is so bad service and recommend anyone who wants a toyota to go some place else!
