John Tate the sales manager was very good to deal with through the process.we did not end up buying from them but was always good to deal with.Would certainly give them a chance at the next new vehicle as we are now stuck on Toyota.

I bought my Matrix in 2009. The car is incredibly dependable. On the few occasions i've required more than regular maintenance, the staff were prompt, kind and got the job done quickly.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this dealership, Mike Fochuk was the start of it, basically looked at me like I was nothing and was pushy and quick to anger, he has no respect for young people, not to mention I injured myself at the dealership and watched mike turn his head away as it happened, pathetic. Along with the finance manager Renee, she lied to me, refused to listen to what I asked, and damaged my credit in the process. The communication was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. As a person who’s worked at a dealership myself they are not running things well at all and I would suggest staying far away from them. If you’re looking for someone to buy a car from I would suggest Honda, they’ll treat you like a human being not just a bag of money.

Had terrible experience when JOHN TATE pick and choose customers. We were super interested in a vehicle there. First he said it was AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE and after he knew we were from the Lower Mainland he completely changed his tone and being so ridiculous! Here is the photo for proof! He said to send Drive License and that’s what we did. I do not know if you can see the picture I uploaded so if the dealership is seeing this please contact me and I can send it to you! I do not accept this kind of customer service.
I ordered a part for my truck and it came before it was supposed to. That never happenens.The staff who answered the phone was apologetic that he didnt havw part available. And he asked lots of questions to ensure that i got the right one. Staff were helpful ansd freindly. And I didnt get approached by a salesman trying to sell me a car. Yay! I love my truck.
i was so interested to get new Rav4 but when i enter into dealership it was like they are not interested to sell had a test drive i like that suv no doubt but sales person wasn't helpful at all so i took my business to Honda and got a suv in 2 hours. big big 0 out of 10 and they dont even ask you or call you again
Bob Yaworski at Heartland Toyota recently helped us find a really good car at a great price.
He and his team were very professional too. A breath of fresh air compared to another in-town dealership which had taken our deposit for a car we liked and then went on to sell that car out from under us.
Our car has gone for some long 5+ hour drives since we purchased it from Bob. It behaves great and gets good gas mileage - We love it.

Always excellent service at heartland, keeps you well informed of issues ahead of servicing your vehicle. Only down side is not having the option of a courtesy vehicle to lend. Shuttle is nice, courtesy vehicle would be nicer.
I thought I found the vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. It was a Sienna Hybrid with a waiting list of 6-10 months in the lower mainland.
I was talking to Mike and Renee. In comparison to dealers near Vancouver, Heartland was a breath of fresh air.
The local Vancouver dealers for the most part were absolutely adamant that all deposits are non refundable even if you have to order without seeing the vehicle. Heartland made it simple, once I decided the trim level is not what I wanted within 24 hours, it was an immediate refund.

I was able to buy a very difficult to get vehicle and when I called in, Bob answered the phone and was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I'm new in town and my 2 year old Tacoma started giving me battery problems. Terry got me in on the same day and had it replaced under warranty in an hour. He even coordinated with an auto glass shop to get my truck in to fix a chip in my windshield. As annoyed as I was that my Toyota let me down, it did lead to meeting good people. 10/10, really happy.
Cannot say enough about this dealership and their staff. Bought a new RAV4 last year and it has turned out to be the most stable vehicle on the road I have ever owned. Have returned 3 times now for scheduled maintenance. I have found the service staff to be second to none. Excellent service here and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We searched a vehicle on their website and contacted their manager, he told us it’s still available, so we sent him all of our information. They wasted our 2 days and then told us that car is pending for someone else. Very disappointed with your sales guy!

We were immediately welcomed and shown around, given keys for a test drive by Kalie - she was awesome and took care of us! A few hours later we drove out in a different new-to-us vehicle. Great inventory and knowledgeable staff!

While visiting Williams Lake the battery in my 4runner died and needed to be replaced. After a kind person dropped me off at the dealership, I was greeted by members of the Parts & Service staff who quickly got me the battery I needed and drove me in their courtesy van to my stranded truck to install the battery.
