Please listen to me, don't do my mistake of buying an extra warranty from Toyota canada because if you ever needs to get rid of your car early for any reason, you will never get any money back from them. Last warranty I bought it for 3500$ and kept the car for 2.5 month and I didn't get any money back!!!! Plus the new owner he can't use it.....not happy
Vernon Toyota, I am very impressed.
I have been in sales for nearly 20 years, I have grown to expect a cringey experience when visiting any car lot based on repeatedly seeing car salemen poorly executing archaic sales tactics.
To my surprise, I had stellar service from Vernon Toyota.. from the warm greeting instantly from Steve the sales manager.. being handed over to Broden, where I explained to him what i needed and that i needed to buy ASAP.
Broden was the only sales guy that put in the work and followed up.. the other 10-15 lots i visited i never got a call or text despite the fact that I admitted i was a very motivated buyer.
When I purchased a new tacoma and picked it up a week later, broden was sick and at home, so dylan took care of me as if i was his own customer..
Cheryl in financing was great (and hilarious) and jason in parts also great and very knowledgeable
All in all Vernon toyota made it fun, easy, and a truly refreshing experience for me.

Live out of town had an appointment at 10:00, vehicle not even looked at by 12:00. Had to leave with no service as I had other appointments pending.
Told my appointment time was just a drop off time not a real appointment??? Spoke to the manage of Toyota who was very rude. Will never deal with them again!

I went to Vernon Toyota and Adam gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
He even knows some of my own language and greeted me in punjabi but only the basic, very funny guy to just chat with and made me feel like we were long term friends.
He was able to locate a car for me and it took 1 day to come in but it was worth the wait as I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else as he was a pleasure to deal with.
He is a true professional and I felt no pressure through the entire process which is important to me as I will walk out of a dealership if pressured.
10/10 stars, do yourself a favour and just request him immediately.

Great service and nice people. I just don't understand why they can't make a firm appointment for service. Instead you have to take your vehicle in and leave it for a block of time. That's fine I guess if you live in Vernon, otherwise you are stuck for hours without a vehicle. Thank goodness for the shuttle guy.
The most disorganized and rude experience I have ever had at a car shop. Didnt tell me I needed another part so now I have a warning light all the time. Service person was anything bu, rude, blaming and unable to listen. When I expressed my displeasure she called to "apologize" but actually she called to justify her behavior and refused to listen to us and hung up on us! Do not go there!

The staff at Vernon are so easy to deal with. They put you at rest and you do not feel the pushiness you get from walking into a car dealership. I would recommend anyone to go check them out and feel the ease in purchasing a new or used car.

I have a Corolla that has recall for airbags and a Tacoma that needs frame inspected for possible replacement. Called service department 2 weeks ago and today to schedule repairs. Left several messages on service dept voicemail and chat line at Toyota Canada and STILL haven't received callback to schedule work. Very frustrating
-November 3rd-Just to follow up. Shania(a new employee) called me and scheduled both vehicles in. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
They took care of the vehicles and made an excellent recovery!
Tyler happened to conveniently leave out the fact that my new truck was missing its mudflaps until AFTER the papers were signed. I was then told that they are severely back-ordered and they will contact me when they're available.
I have to go into winter without any protection on my rocker panels leaving them exposed to rock chips and damage. Inspect your vehicle, don't expect them to let you know of anything wrong until you've signed the dotted line.
Adam is one of the most helpful/ knowledgable sales reps I know and through the process he doesn't pressure you into anything. he does his job well and gets you into the car that best fits your needs and budget

Consistently terrific service department. I made a scheduling error for one appointment, they stayed overtime to finish with my car. Then there was an intermittent but persistent issue with my tire pressure monitor, which meant a few visits to resolve. Today they cleaned all four monitors, found and fixed a coding error in one, replaced, and took a few extra test drives to ensure the monitors are working...no charge. Definitely stand behind their product!!

Good sales staff though their trade-in offers are very low. It appeared that if your trade is not a Toyota, then they will low-ball the trade value and just off loss them to some auctioneer or used car reseller.
The sales team do not know what options come in used models. I was told that my used Prius V came with the technology package and touring package. I asked questions about the upgraded sound system and radar cruise control. They said it had it, fully loaded. This got me pumped and made the purchase. Now, it does have the obvious leather and moon roof options, but after further inspection, which took a lot of online research I found it does not have the premium audio, radar cruise control, break assist, and park assist. I told my insurance dealer that it had a pre-collision system. If I'm in any accident I won't be covered, so now I must notify BCAA. Such a hassle. Hence 1 star.
The used car I bought was emaculate inside and out. The staff was friendly. They treated me like royalty! The price was more than fair. Very impressed with Vernon Toyota 💗💗

I'm from Edmonton, AB and needed to get a oil change done by a Toyota dealership. I checked in with Mandi who was pleasant and had my oil change done. When receiving my vehicle to my surprise they checked my tire pressure including spare and lubricated locks and filled my windshield fluid. I know that may be standard but they did wash my vehicle. No dealership that has performed a oil change went the extra mile and washed my vehicle. In Edmonton I pay more for oil change from Toyota northwest and was not impressed. Keep it up Vernon.

I have a new Toyota. I love Toyota. I just don't like this particular dealership. The sales team couldn't be bothered to let me know when a particular model arrived for sale. I called the Kelowna dealership and found out the model was available for over two weeks. I bought my new car in Kelowna and have no plans to return to the Vernon dealership for anything. Not even an oil change.
Terrible experience with salesperson. Unfortunately, the staff seem to feel that the brand sells itself, and that they don't need to try very hard.
just went in for an oil change, came out with a comp wash and they are very dog friendly... paid the same as any quicky type lube

I am from Kelowna however, because of my experience with the Vernon dealership, I will be travelling to Vernon for my services on my vehicle. I am so impressed with Marty's service; complete opposite to sales dept at Kelowna Toyota!!! Very glad I met Marty. He got us exactly what we needed, made sure all our needs were taken care of. This guy didnt stop there, oh no, he even helped me put my car seats in! I had gotten the 3m for the front of the vehicle and he even brought me a demo vehicle, took mine in for me and brought it back to me after it was finished, all because I couldnt wait around to get it done. Service like this is very hard to find these days. I have been treated aweful before from many dealerships, but this one, start to finish was the easiest transactions I have ever done, no joke, painless and smooth. You wont be disappointed with his level of professionalism.

Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Ashton Hickson at Vernon Toyota. My work situation forced me to shop for vehicles remotely which Ashton was able to accomodate far better than the other dealerships I initially contacted. His calm and honest demeanor is what earned him my full trust throughout the long distance communications over phone and email. First time customer, and overall very satisfied. They mounted the winter tires I supplied not on rims. I asked for a wheel alignment also, and they fully explained the costs up front. They called me back and explained in order to do my alignment they needed some extra time and a caster camber kit as my car had been in an accident in the past. The bill came to double what was quoted but I am ten times happier on the way it drives now. Easy 5 star for me

Not pleased at all about the random unexplained extra $10 charge on my tire change bill today. Otherwise, good and I'm still happy that I got my car from them!
